From the very first phone call experience of becoming a patient was done with exceptional compassion and understanding by Haley. Beth is a phenomenal hygienist! The Dr. B explained everything about treatment recommendations and also saw an underlying health issue that no other medical professional had ever taken the time to address. Dr. B took the time to ask detailed questions about my health it changed the trajectory of my quality of over all health. That’s exceptional professionalism and without a doubt someone who cares about his patients. The office is beautiful and all the staff is amazing and they care about the work they do for the health of their patients and their families. 10/10! This dental office is FANTASTIC!

Experiencia fantástica: Found this office after having a really bad experience at another and what a night and day difference from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist all good, I enjoy coming here. I look forward to coming and getting my teeth cleaned, very clean and relaxing environment. The dentist has been very honest and open with me as well as the front desk about pricing and insurance as well as Needed procedures. Scheduling is incredibly easy whether you need to call in or text. They have wonderful refreshments in the Waiting room and they have been incredibly kind to my children. I 100% recommend this place so happy I found it here in Greeley!

Experiencia fantástica: Lost a crown on vacation. Was able to get into Clearwater quickly. Great work as they were able clean out decay, reform the tooth stub and create and install a permanent new crown in just a few hours. They have an amazing hi-tech approach to generate a full mouth 3D scan and build a crown on-site. The new crown dropped into place perfectly and required no bite adjustments. There were also skilled at working to close insurance issues...and are such a pleasant and caring team of providers.

He was very gentle and all the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. This was a positive experience that I’ve never had at a dental appointment.

I have since had multiple procedures at Clearwater and they have made me feel comfortable and at ease at every step along the way. Between Dr Baughman, the hygienists, the dental assistants, to the front desk, they always treat you as if they've known you for a long time which provides a very comfortable environment. I highly recommend you looking into this dentistry if considering a new dentist or new treatment. They do a fantastic job.

Experiencia negativa: I would have been a returning patient here. I truly loved the doctor and his wife. They were amazing when the practice first opened. I made an appointment for my daughter and myself recently and it was in fact scheduled. I received a call a couple days later stating they were not going to be seeing me due to the practice not accepting the insurance I carry. When I had made my appointment I disclosed the insurance and I also stated that I would be private pay. They refused to accept private pay, weird, and the woman Haylee stated they will not being seeing my daughter and I… since I had already disclosed all the information you would think they’d be efficient and say the same day said appoint was scheduled, that they can not see us as patients.

I have had a bad experience in the past with other dentist and that has caused me to be fearful and guarded about coming to the dentist. That has all changed!! They were very professional and helpful when calling to set -up my appointment. I had a lot of questions about insurance and how they handle fearful patients. Plus I wanted a practice that can do same day crowns. My first appointment was amazing! Very thorough and they took the time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions. It felt very personable and put my mind at ease. I have found a new dental home for me and my family.

She has perfect teeth according to all the other dentists and she routinely does regular cleaning. Be aware of the overselling

Experiencia negativa: They forced me to take x-ray even though I told them I already took x-ray in a different place. I should have sailed no and find a different place. So after they took x-ray, they evaluated my teeth and said I need a deep cleaning and discussed the cost and care plan with me. I said, can I just do a dental cleaning today as I told them when I made an appointment. They rejected. So I left. I asked them to send me all x-rays. They NEVER SEND ME x-rays. They never send me bills yet charged the insurance company full price. I want to warn anyone who see these five star reviews. I don’t know if it’s just me. But if you do not want get big bills by deep cleaning, Do not go!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go to this dentistry! I went here May of 2023 and was told I had 7 cavities that would need to be treated. The doctor didn't seem to know the difference between a filling and a sealant either. I have been to two separate dentists since, and both told me l don't have ANY cavities. This clinic is money hungry and should be avoided. Make sure you are looking at itemized receipt and get a second opinion if something smells fishy

Experiencia positiva: The Dr's are amazing but be weary if you try to reschedule your appointment they charge you 50 dollars per hour if it's within there 48 hours of your appointment meaning the business hours are Monday thru Thursday so if you call Thursday to reschedule your appointment that's on Monday you have to pay a astronomical fee because per there business hours it's not technically within there prior 48 hours of rescheduling. Thank you Eva for waving my fee as I've found a new dental office but all be weary of that fee if this is the dental office you choose.
