They are never pushy, they always greet you with a smile and they don’t question you when you have to reschedule! Experiencia fantástica: Amazing people, quality service, very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Diamond Dentists is the real deal. From the front desk to the chair, this team operates at a level you don't often find. Dr. Pham clearly loves what he does, and it shows. He works with a confidence that puts you at ease immediately. He knows exactly what he's looking at and what needs to happen next. He's also built a process that runs efficiently from start to finish, and it shows in how smoothly his team operates around him. Amanda, my dental assistant, has a depth of knowledge that goes well beyond what you'd expect. She answered every question, explained things clearly, and made the entire experience comfortable. Julie in the front office walked me through treatment plan costs and worked with my insurance company to make sure I was getting the most from my benefits. She made the financial side feel manageable instead of stressful. What really sets this practice apart is the technology. I've never experienced a dental office this evidence-based. Advanced imaging tools let me follow every step of the treatment plan and see the visual evidence behind each recommendation. That transparency gained my trust quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kontos is the best family dentist! We all go there from my 87 year old dad to my 6 year old grandson. He and his staff are kind and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rachel is both pleasant and professional and makes the dental experience simple and comfortable. She takes time to fully explain any items that need to be addressed along with any questions one may have. It is well worth the travel time to her new location to keep her as my Dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a good choice. Highly recommend Dr Pham and Ms Katie, they do a good job. My teeth is better now

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Pham and his whole staff were very kind and conscientious of all my needs! (After having recent surgery on my foot, they even helped me to my car!)

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Dr. Pham and his staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and have the absolute best patient care attitudes. Patients come first with this team, and they pay attention to all the little details that others would likely miss. They went over each set of X-rays and photos with me in great detail and helped me to understand the recommendations they were making. Additionally, every recommendation was just that...a recommendation. They do not force you into any treatments or procedures. They educate the patient and allow them to make the most informed decision for themselves, without any external pressure. You never feel like you're being sold to.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rachel was very nice and helpful. She was very caring during the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. I appreciate her and the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental office in Tampa Bay. I have been to a few offices, but this one is an absolute best. From Doctor Pham to staff, they care and treat you like Phamily. Thank you! This is my forever dental Home!

Experiencia fantástica: Recently moved to the area and glad I found Diamond Dental. The office is very relaxing and they use a lot of technology to explain your treatment plan. They are up front about pricing and insurance coverage. The business is family run and Dr. Pham was great! I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! I took my wife there from a referral from her friend. The staff is super friendly. After talking to the staff, at the same visit I decided to finally, after nine years of no teeth to get dentures. Julie & Katie walked me through all the boring paperwork and billing. They are both awesome. The doctor explained everything to me and they were super gentle. After a few short visits, one more to go, I get my new smile. If you are a little afraid, everybody is, Diamond Dental is your answer.

I am so thankful to him and his staff for my treatment and care. I would recommend Dr. Pham and Diamond Dental to all Family and Friends.

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful office and team. Great front counter helpers and Dentist’s. They do what they can to take care of us and our months. Bring my nieces and nephews in every check up and never had any complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: I love my experience and the staff is so wonderful! My teeth feel amazing every-time I get a cleaning! You must come!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about the Diamond Dental and their team! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently—appointments always start on time, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give a 10, I would! I had a very old filling—about 50 years old—that had cracked, and I was nervous about getting it fixed. From the moment I walked into Diamond Dental a few weeks ago to make the appointment and get my X-rays, I felt comfortable. They take my insurance, which was wonderful, and I never felt rushed. The entire staff is fabulous, and the doctor’s wife is an absolute dream! Today, I had my appointment at 1:00 PM for the start of my crown work, and I was out by 2:30—with no pain, no major numbness, and honestly, a feeling of calm. And who says that after a dental visit? What truly blew me away was the doctor’s bedside manner. In between working on my teeth, he would have me close my jaw and massage my jawline—can you believe that?! It totally relaxed me. Most dentists wait for you to ask for a break—not here. They knew exactly when I needed one, and they took care of me in a way I’ve never experienced before at a dental office. And the cherry on top? As I was leaving, the doctor himself had me pick out a beautiful coffee cup to take home. I felt so seen and special. It’s the little things—but they matter so much. If you’re not happy with your current dentist, go to Diamond Dental in Oldsmar, FL. Dr. Phan and his team are incredible. I’m honestly looking forward to my next visit—and that’s not something I ever thought I’d say about the dentist! Thank you, Dr. Phan and staff. You made me feel like a million bucks. —LJL

Experiencia fantástica: Update! Even though we moved two hours away, we still come back to Dr. Pham. The hygienist, Kateland, is the best I’ve ever had. So gentle! ***** Dr. Pham has been here for three years. So close to my house, I had no idea there was such an amazing dentist nearby. I can walk here! The staff tells me that many people drive over an hour to get to this office, because they love the doctor and staff so much. And I can see why. Staff is very friendly and extremely caring and considerate. Like no other dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Pham is thorough and really cares about the health of your teeth. The waiting room is cozy and even offers complementary beverages, which is really nice because after riding my bike, I was thirsty ! I love this office because they take my insurance (FloridaBlue). If you don’t have insurance, the doctor has a $300 a year plan that includes regular maintenance and x-rays

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind and informative, they made me feel very comfortable and went over my long term plan with me. I'm so happy to be at this practice after a gap in my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist I have ever been to! Everyone top to bottom were polite, nice, accommodating, and professional. The Dr. Pham was gentle during the exam, explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. The reception area had comfortable seating and an array of free beverages to offer. Would recommend 5/5!

They were very concerned about my discomfort. Did an examination of the aching tooth and advised me in detail as to what needed done. They checked with my insurance for detailed coverage. Gave me a printed copy of the insurance coverage. They asked me if I had questions about the needed procedure Being from out of town and not knowing Diamond Dentistry i felt very comfortable with them. Kathy made my appointment set-up and visit check-in with ease. They were also professional and understandable when I arrived 15 minutes late.
