Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Strupp and Brumm since I moved to Florida. Never will I go to anyone else. Their new office is state of the art. Strupp and Brumm have always been the best, but they have raised the bar to a new level. The new group of hygienist replacing those who have retired seem quite good. Lots of new ways of doing things, and I like it. More praises. Becoming boring listening to me, eh? I'll be redundant. Great dentistry. July 31, 2025: Emergency situation. Dr's out of office. Staff went to extra lengths to get me to Dr. Rasmussen for tooth removal and first step toward and implant. What a great group. Thank you so much. August 6, 2025: Evaluation wasn't what I wanted to hear, but was what I expected. Now for a plan. Glad it is dentist I trust. Let's make it a saga so it's more interesting than saying "great" all the time: :-) August 19, 2025: Another step along the way planning the most effective way to handle my problems. Seems everybody was poking around in my mouth. :-) Sept. 22, 2025: Minor adjustments to my flipper. Seems much better now. Now we wait until December or January for Dr. Rasmussen to do his thing a gain. Feb. 9, 2026: The implant/bridge saga continues. Attention to detail is amazing. Just another great visit. Feb. 24, 2026: 1st hybrid prototype (Dr. Brumm called it that). Quite a bit of bite adjusting. As I previously mentioned, details, details. Almost there. Next step in 4 weeks or so. Actually, the prototype isn't bad looking. Mar 4, 2026: Minor adjustment. Still best ever.

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are the absolute best! They operate the way a professional healthcare provider should - in the best interest of their patient! Should you have an emergency, they will figure out a way to work you in that same day because to them, you are the priority! Unfortunately, that focus is unheard of these days, outside of Strupp & Brumm. Here you are treated like family - and it’s sincere; everyone knows you by name! They are an exceptional dental practice and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This year is our 20th year of being their clients, and we continue to contend with an hour's worth of traffic to have these dentists and their hygienists like Lisa and Billie Jo do their superb work. The practice could not be this special without the best front desk of Lyndsay (the insurance expert) and Taylor (the appointment magician) who feel more like friends than dental staff. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brumm and his staff were very kind and professional. I'd recommend them to everyone I know; However, I was sent to A Bay Area Endodontist for a root canal. They were the epitome of reasons why people avoid dental work. I was not treated very kindly by the receptionist. I didn't arrive *early* and I apologized. She heard me, but flat out ignored me. While in the waiting room I heard them saying bad things about patients, how what "she really needed a psychologist." Once I was seated in the exam room I heard the endodontist talking about another patient saying she was a "butter-face" and proceeded to explain what it meant. I was horrified! During my procedure, they didn't hook up the nitrous gas correctly to my face AND did not turn it up high enough for it to even work! P.S. I'm up at TWO AM in excruciating pain. I'll go back to see Dr. Brumm, but I will NEVER go back to their referred endodontist! EVER!

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Strupp and Brumm. From start to finish, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a very anxious dental patient, and they went above and beyond to make me feel calm and cared for, including prescribing Valium, which helped tremendously. Every single staff member was kind, patient, and genuinely great at what they do. They explained everything thoroughly in a down-to-earth, reassuring way, never rushed and never talked down to me. My appointment was right on time, and the care itself was exceptional. I felt absolutely zero pain—from the needles or the procedure— which honestly amazed me. They also have an on-site lab technician who personally came up to color-match my teeth for the new crown, which really shows their attention to detail. The technology is clearly state-of-the-art, and the office itself is impeccably clean. What impressed me most was the level of personal care. My crown fell off unexpectedly (and it wasn’t even one they had originally done), and when I texted the doctor the evening before, he personally responded and fit me in first thing the very next morning. That kind of responsiveness and compassion is rare. I currently have a temporary crown and will be back at the end of the month for the permanent one, but I already feel completely confident in the care I’m receiving. If you’re looking for a dental practice that is modern, skilled, gentle, and truly patient-focused, I highly recommend Strupp and Brumm.

Entire staff professional, attentive, friendly, and caring! I seriously have never had a more thorough cleaning…and after the repair… no one will ever know that I chipped my front tooth!!! But no hesitation and they were there waiting for me , took me in and Was able to secure them and replace them and once again I had my smile back for the weekend!! My Final teeth are Great to have , I thought they were going to be a shade whiter and was concerned because they don't look like the sample that I have been looking at throughout the year process. I felt the day after I got them give a little on the right side , there was pressure there but while eating a slice of pizza the pressure had released but left a Small crack so naturally I went back to see what happened but it didn't break all the way through, so we are going to watch it and make sure it doesn't get worse . They are always concerned and if anything happens what so ever they don't want you to hesitate to call and come back in. This is the best Dentist Office Ever !!

Most critical is if you believe YOU are worth it. Once you appreciate yourself enough to insist upon the truth about your complicated dental challenge—ergo, an honest, accurate diagnosis and treatment plan that best serves you, all that remains is where to go for your ideal result. My purpose isn’t to recommend Dr. Strupp or Dr. Brumm. Their singular credentials conjoined with a veritable galaxy of stellar 5 star reviews already accomplish that. I’m here to warn about consequences of trusting lesser dentists. Being very afraid will serve you well because there are uncountable lesser dentists. The stark, unavoidable reality is—to the public such doctors are sworn to serve—they can certainly make themselves appear caring, competent, compassionate…, whatever is necessary to get your signature on a treatment plan and credit card receipt. From 50 years of experience married to a general dentist, there are certain things about dentists I’ve come to know are objectively true. The first is; despite their varied idiosyncrasies, differences in personal background, education, training and experience, I’ve never met a single dentist who regards himself as lacking in integrity. This is something they like to brag about on their web sites. “Integrity is a neutral value. Hyenas have integrity, too. They are pure hyena.”* So how can anyone discern whether a charismatic, credentialed doctor in a well-appointed office on the tony side of town isn’t really an opportunistic scavenger? You can’t. No one can. It’s not possible. There are far too many unknown, ever-changing variables for the unwary patient to navigate. It’s laughably easy for anyone with a dental license, attentive staff and clean office to convince himself, his family, friends and patients he is “a good dentist.” Even if you’re fortunate enough to find yourself in the care of a competent doctor who truly prioritizes your wellbeing, all it takes to topple you from that precarious perch is an unanticipated business expense; notice of pending reduction in insurance reimbursements; or a relative’s call from a bail bondsman’s office. The second thing I know for sure is that no one at the Strupp/Brumm Clinic ever does anything to align with any external purpose; (insurer’s directive, financial goal, etc.) Staff members are unified in an unrelenting intrinsic pursuit of excellence. To them, anything less is a despicable dereliction of duty. Conversely, during the years before I first emailed Dr. Strupp, absolutely every general dentist, board-certified orthodontist, periodontist and oral surgeon—besotted with personal integrity—stripped me of all my available cash, credit, and insurance benefits; while causing ever-worsening destruction during a time my income was <$1,500 a month. I don’t particularly enjoy saving six months to afford a Salon Keratin Treatment; but what I like a whole lot less is looking at ugly hair in my mirror. Likewise, I gladly pay whatever costs necessary to travel >1,200 miles (round trip) for a dental exam with Dr. Brumm and a hygiene appointment if available. I never again want to suffer the terrible results of third-world dentistry delivered in an upscale dental office in my home state. If you’re curious, motivated or in enough dental pain to have read thus far, you really need to get yourself to Strupp/Brumm Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry in Clearwater, FL—where learning the truth will cost you less than half the clearance price of a fake Fir Christmas Tree @ Frontgate. Finally, if Google informs there is interest in this review, I’ll follow-up with my before and after photos. I’m confident it will be clear that Dr. Strupp, Dr. Brumm, Jim and Alicia restored a great deal more than just my smile. *Jonathan Franzen “FREEDOM”

Experiencia negativa: Great Place! Nurses are super kind and considerate. Very hospitable. With that being said I think it’s time for Dr. Strupp to retire. I asked what my options were and he just kept pushing implants on me. I told him that I was very anxious and scared to be at any dental office. HE ASKED ME WHY I WAS SCARED AND IF I EVER GOT RAPED AT THE DENTIST. After I heard that completely checked out. Also I specifically marked down for no pictures and to not have my teeth used to video or picture educational purposes. They did not listen and decided to take pictures AND video.. I’m sure they do great work, but if you want the comfort of knowing that the person working on your mouth cares DO NOT GO HERE.

They made my smile beautiful again. I had 4 crowns put on and they look 100 percent real. There is an in-house lab there too and his work is amazing. I honestly feel so lucky that I found this place. Experiencia fantástica: I began my journey to restore my dental health, years after receiving substandard care. I learned proper dental hygiene in my late teenage years and sought dental care routinely ever since. I mistakenly thought dentists I visited took care of my dental needs. I found Dr.’s Strupp/Brumm through a relative. I finally found an honest assessment and evaluation of all which was needed. The team put together with Strupp/Brumm Cosmetic Dentistry includes referrals to highly competent specialists. One of these specialists discovered a cotton ball under an amalgam filling which was placed fifty years before and the tip of an explorer broken off in the canal of another endodontically treated tooth from eleven years ago (all the dentists between then and now missed these problems). This dental history shows the high-level care (sarcasm) I experienced before arriving in this team’s hands. Several all-day sessions spread over several months and my full mouth reconstruction is complete. Dr. Brumm and his chairside assistants are unmatched in their diligence, attention to detail, and skill. Behind the scenes were the lab personnel who managed to construct near perfect teeth which are indistinguishable from natural teeth in shape, color, spacing, and bite. They even accommodated for several teeth which were not aligned (straight) giving me the best bite possible. The color matches my complexion, completely unlike many smiles (blindingly white) seen in commercials on television. You know, the ones you have to wear sunglasses to look at If you are looking for the best quality for your dental needs, this is where you should visit. Although I travel over 1200 miles round trip, the results are well worth the time and the effort of this team.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff great, front desk, dental assistant and the doctor were all kind, friendly and the environment was clean, cozy and refreshing. Only drawback is I wasn't informed that insurance isn't billed at the end of the visit and xrays were taken even though I had them done recently. I was there more for a consultation rather than an exam. I'd go again and I'd refer, just with more clarity on things before receiving a service.

I needed to have four veneers replaced as my old ones were over 20 years old. I initially meet with Dr Strupp and he described who his team was and their credentials. He explained that he had an on site laboratory with a highly experienced ceramist; this made my decision easy. Dr Brumm was in charge of my care and he was assisted by Alicia. I had little to no pain throughout the entire experience and was offered additional measures to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process. The team did a great job explaining the medical jargon and showing me how to move forward with at-home care. You can tell they really care about the outcome and wellbeing of their patients. After 30 years of not loving the dentist, I am looking forward to coming back for regular care here!

No one enjoys going to the dentist but if you go to Dr Strupp and Dr Brumm you are treated like part of their family from the minute you walk in. Dr Brumm never let me experience any discomfort. He showed me kindness and I was given the best care. They have an amazing reputation and have been awarded top recognition in the industry. I must also do a shout out to the staff. From the front desk to the very well trained dental assistants. It’s just refreshing to be treated so kindly and they are constantly asking if I’m ok, if I need anything, do I have any discomfort? They watched over me every step of the way. I must add that I drive an hour and fifteen minutes because I trust them and I know they are the absolute best! I had extensive work done, so I needed to be there for hours. I can't believe how fast the time went, and they explained every detail as they went along. I watched them all work together as a well oiled machine. The attention to detail and perfection is beyond anywhere I have ever been. Dr Brum made sure that I did not experience any pain throughout the entire procedure, and I trust his expertise completely regarding my mouth, and oral health. I was treated like royalty, which made me feel special. Especially nice was the lunch they prepared, and served me. The office was immaculately clean, modern, and comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: I lost a crown over the weekend, the office got me in right away on Monday. I knew I would need a new crown (2), I was not expecting to be dealt with in it's entirety on Monday with no appointment. Dr Brumm worked me in around other patients. It took all morning but the job was done, I just have to go back after the new crowns are made, in the mean time I have temporary ones. I have some suggestions for Dr Brumm and the staff if they are interested.

My first point of contact was with the front desk - coordinators Lyndsay and Taylor were friendly, professional and welcoming. Lyndsay worked magic in perfectly scheduling (without gaps) my two referrals and cleaning all on the same day. Dina, my dental tech provided exceptional service; made me feel very comfortable and at ease with open and engaging communication. Dr. William Strupp (an accredited Fellow!) has an outstanding chairside manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuine in patient care. A proposed plan of care was clearly explained to me. I was briefly introduced to Dr. Michael Brumm (another accredited Fellow!). His chairside manner was friendly and very pleasant. It is very hard to find a good qualified dentist when new to the area - but not only did I find two exceptional dentists - I found an awesome team that works together towards the best outcome for their patients!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: What a beautiful office, as soon as you walk in the door you have a friendly welcome from all the office staff. There was no waiting very prompt. I was introduced to Dr Brumm and he was wonderful explaining how the procedure works examined my mouth and X-rays (that I brought with me) to get somewhat of an idea what he had to work with. He took his time answered all my questions never rushing me. I was told by my dentist, in Tampa, who referred me to their practice that they are the best cosmetic dentists in the country and only wanted me to have the best results. Very impressed with my visit.

I had a free consultation with Dr. Brumm after struggling with my biting for 17 years even after more than one year biting adjustment for a full mouth crown installation with another dentist. I didn’t expect Dr. Brumm would adjust my biting since it’s a free consultation only. Dr. Brumm told me he would like to adjust it if he saw something was not done right and he did it - I can now bite much better than before - I will possibly go back after a month for some minor adjustments and I believe that I will be totally good. By the way, he didn’t even charge me! I have seen 5 dentists for my biting for these struggling 17 years from Houston to Tampa and never seen so skilled doctor like Dr. Brumm before. I am not only giving 5 stars, I will also add Dr. Brumm in other reviews and let those suffering patients come to him to get correct treatments. There are just so many dentists who spent too much time in social media to prompt themselves instead of learning some really good skills. I like to help people and am grateful with Dr. Brumm and am angry with other dentists who didn’t do their job right. I feel I have a duty now to prevent patients like me going to wrong dentists!
