Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend!! Visiting this place was a big waste of my time. I was referred here by my daughter's previous dentist and after calling a few times with no answer, I decided to try one last time when they finally answered the phone. They scheduled my appointment at 9:00 am. I was a new patient so I thought id make it a little earlier so I can fill out paperwork. I got there and it was still closed (my fault) Office opens at 9:00 am. It looked like they had over booked patients because their were others waiting along with me. People were coming in after me and were being called before me. I understood maybe they had an emergency...etc I waited and waited and I never got called it was 10am when I went to front desk and just decided to cancel everything i had a busy day ahead of me and was bummed that they had completely wasted my time. They should not over book patients and even if they did "accidentally" a heads up would've been nice.

Experiencia negativa: Be aware of fraud going on in this place they will say your not covered by medical but when you head out to other locations its covered and they will explain to you why . They push you to get whats not needed all just to charge the insurance . We had called ahead of time and discussed the need for the apt and when we showed up they were lost and confused about what was going on and tried to push us for services instead of what we were there for . Even the doctor is unprofessional but dont worry doctor we will placing a claim to the Dental Board of California so you can see what you were doing is really fraud . You charged us when you shouldn't of had on our last visit we came back because our first visit went well even though we paid and were unaware of the medical coverage and all of a sudden we mentioned we had went to our closet dental office and that it should be covered they lost it . We didnt even go with that dental office just to give you guys a chance but after this experience and with the attitude that came up for just bringing up why we should be covered and having to argue with so and so professional I will be reporting you guys .I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience. After having a tooth extraction, I was in pain and felt that my concerns were dismissed when the doctor refused to prescribe pain medication without offering a helpful explanation or discussing other options. What upset me the most was the customer service. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking compassion. I understand that doctors have to use their medical judgment when prescribing medication, but patients should still be treated with respect and empathy. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and disappointed with the overall care I received.

Absolutely love how they explained treatment and why exactly it was needed because let me tell you I will not spend money if I knew it’s not necessary but definitely trusted the process and before things get worst rather fix the problem now !!! Experiencia negativa: I've never been so disgusted! The way Dr. Navarro treated my daughter was horrible. This was our first time at this location so it's new for my 10 yr old daughter. We got seated in the room, Dr. Navarro came in asked her how old was she and said "you're 10 and need 2 teeth pulled out, by the time you are 20 you won't have no teeth". No introduction, no care, no respect to a child that is nervous. He starts applying the numbing gel on her and is getting ready to give her the shot. She notices the shot and gets scared but she isn't moving , she isn't crying, she isn't screaming, she just has fear in her eyes. At that moment Dr.Navarro takes off his gloves and walks out the room and goes to another patient, he doesn't say anything just walks out and leaves us there. The nurse walks in a few minutes later and I ask her if he is going to come back because he just left and didn't say anything. Apparently he overheard what I said and comes back into the room and says "your daughter is 10 acting like she's 3"! I said excuse me, she's scared and you didn't give her no reassurance you just got upset or annoyed and walked out. He said I have other patients to entertain. I said wow I'll take my business somewhere else, he said good luck. I have never seen a doctor treat a child like this before. It was a shame , imagine all the other kids he has mistreated. He is a terrible doctor, rude, unhappy, and does not know how to treat people.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst dentist office I have ever experienced. I went here for the first time to get a cleaning and to get my cavities fixed. The dentist never filled two of my teeth and let me go with a chipped tooth and a hole in the other. I personally had to go back to the dentist to tell them that they left holes on my teeth and the dentist confirmed and stated that they didn’t know how this could have happened. If I wasn’t self aware this could have caused me to loose those teeth. On top of that they still charged me for those services including when I went back for them to fix their mistakes. Even when they fixed and filled my tooth I now can’t floss because the filling was done incorrectly. I would not recommend this dentist at all and will never be going back again.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me begin saying the Staffing are very friendly and helpful I wish I could remember the young lady was helping me with my medical dentist insurance was awesome amazing customer service but unfortunately I cannot get anything done due to my prior medical history I need the approval from my MD doctor but it shows that this dentist doctor care for his patients he could easily took my money he would not I'm definitely a fan of Liberty Smile Center and I'm definitely will go back and finish my procedure at the dentist office
