From the moment you walk in, you can see how clean, organized, and professional the office is. What impressed me the most is how well-equipped the office is with modern technology and different specialized equipment. They are able to perform many procedures right there in the same location, which makes the entire experience much easier and more convenient. Dr. Ahmadi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident about your treatment. His staff is also very kind, friendly, and attentive. The combination of excellent dental care, advanced technology, cleanliness, and genuine kindness really sets this office apart. Experiencia negativa: I like the dentist, but the lack of professionalism from the front desk is outrageous. The hold times on the phone, the amount of wait time when you have your actual appointment is 90+ minutes every time. I usually don't mind, but this last time was really frustrating. They did a CT scan that cost $295 that I had to pay for out of pocket, but little did I know that they hadn't even contacted my dental insurance which covers the CT scan which this dental office told me didn't. After that I waited 8 weeks for them to try to file a claim from my insurance. I spent hours calling my insurance and going back and forth with this dental office to try to get some answers and nothing. I wasted so much time. I finally decided it was time to go to another dentist. The new dentist I went to successfully filed a claim the same day. I don't quite understand why it seems this front office doesn't care, but I think they need to show more courtesy and responsiveness to the patients. I'm baffled that after 8 weeks I have to start at a new dentist. I tried getting a refund and they wouldn't comply. The most unfortunate part is that they don't own up to their mistakes, or at the very least be apologetic. If you're paying out of pocket this dentist might be okay for you, but it's definitely some compromises you'll have to make.

Experiencia negativa: Me parece muy malo que lo hagan esperar a uno mas de una hora y media. Es una falta de respeto con los pacientes. Debían informarle con anticipación a uno si no lo van a poder atender o no.

Experiencia positiva: I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for their front desk or whoever is in charge of the phone. Everyone else is exceptional but being on hold for 15 minutes without even a courtesy “hello, one minute please” is wild! I’m currently on hold trying to make an appointment for my mother in law and husband after a great visit but I guess that won’t be happening. Unfortunate.

My dad used to bring me when I was younger and now I make the drive on my own. Both Dr Ahmadi (Father and Son) are kind, gentle and efficient. They are totally worth the 45+ minute commute I make to see them. Their staff is always super helpful and friendly as well.

When it came down to deal with a nervous, Anxious, Fearful, grown woman, having to take care of A tooth decay lots of cavities and feelings, quite a mess . As I said before, I fear dentist appointment. Dr.Sobhani & his assistant Norma,made me feel so comfortable and at ease. quite often asking how I was doing…… even though I came out with a tooth pull out and a couple of fill-in, to my SURPRISE I had a SMILE on my face … thanks to all the staff and Dr.Sobhani, for their hospitality and making me feel comfortable…I DEFINITELY recommended This Dental Clinic…..Must say I FOUND my new DENTAL CLINIC!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I’m writing this review not with malicious intentions but to share my disappointment with an office I thought greatly of and recommended to many friends. Approximately one year ago I paid $800 for a zirconium overlay which I expected to last at least a few decades hence the large investment. I recall pointing out a discrepancy to the doctor about the crown not being aligned when he showed me an xray. My concern was quickly dismissed and I was assured everything was normal. Few months later I noticed my gums became inflamed and sensitive near that zirconium crown. I learned to live with this gum discomfort however my biggest disappointment was after I visited a new dentist and they mentioned the misaligned crown which could cause a bacterial infection. I made the tough decision to replace the overlay and get it properly placed to avoid a bacterial infection or more tooth decay. To my surprise excessive tooth decay was discovered under the zirconium overlay which was placed over composite therefore the decay was seen but ignored. I must now pay an absurd amount for root canal and replace the crown I thought would last decades. Yes I brush and floss daily however this was negligence from the dentist who chose to place zirconium crown over existing cavity. I’m very disappointed but I will be not be returning here for any further treatment on my teeth.

Experiencia positiva: Finding a dentist is always hard - I hope you agree - after mine closed down - I've been searching - this is the second that I've come across. I saw it was close to home and really good Google reviews. So I'll start with the pleasantries, my experience with the staff has been 1st class. They've been on point coming in seeing me within a reasonably time, and each member have a smile and gentle tone considering it was already way past 3 pm. A remarkable task. They've explain and even shown me in real time pics of issues I have thru photography and gave me multiple options. The bad of course would be the expense especially with the type or lack of insurance, no AC I Believe. It was a warm environment thru out. No wifi - normally that's not the facility responsibility, but my wife experience was way worse than mine, experiencing a 3 hour+ wait when her visit occured. Unfortunately they were understaffed that day, and I'm sure that's not the norm, but a free wifi might've helped during that situation. And me today going weeks after my wife's treatment she is still to get a follow up call for additional services she was advised to take care of. I'll finish the year here but will continue to search other high rated locations and see if other places offer something more to my liking (last min note: I asked regarding wife treatment, seems like it was approved by insurance, but I get it was her responsibility to follow up with dentistry to see if it was approved and make a call,)
