They put you at ease and calm even those of us who experience high levels of stress and anxiety just walking through that door! I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been so happy with Dr Colbert! I was with a pretty pushy dentist’s office and I feel like I get options here but no hard sell services. I have recommended others to this office

Experiencia negativa: Dental service was fine, they did a good job. The issue came after with billing. Was sent a bill for about $50, I have delta dental which is 100% coverage for preventive. Called them and they said that they are not a preferred premier member so delta only pays 80%. So I’m left with a $50 bill, the part that’s irritating is that was never disclosed and since delta dental is one of the largest insurance companies in MN it seems like they would know that right away. I won’t be coming back if I have to pay for insurance and $50 for every visit. Just be aware that if you have delta dental you will be paying out of pocket for routine cleanings. I also asked if they could adjust their billing and was told no. Just a heads up so you are aware of what you are getting into.

Experiencia fantástica: Decided to try out a new local dental office and I chose Colbert family dental because of the great reviews it had. I will say they lived up to their reviews. My hygienist was very friendly and did a great job, and I had Dr. Hannah for my exam after wards and she was beyond nice and very comforting since it was my first visit with them. They were also fast but efficient which was impressive to me. Overall it’s a nice place with great staff, highly recommend going here!

Addie, the dental hygienist, was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable during my entire dental cleaning session! Dr. Moran was very helpful and knowledgeable about my dental hygiene routine and gave me the best advice on how to get my wisdom teeth removed! The only thing I would discount from this awesome practice would be the not so user friendly tablets. But the receptionist, Kathy, was very helpful walking me through my troubleshooting using them!

However, Dr. Moran and the hygienists at Colbert Family Dental were amazing through the whole process. I have never had to wait around for Dr Moran after getting checked in. She really cares about her patients and she's not just trying to get the job done.

I appreciate that they come up with a dental plan for you and are very informative about the importance of each step. I have to travel from Edina and I made the mistake of trying to find something closer to get a cleaning and they used a water pick for maybe a minute or two, very quickly flossed and then suggested that I do $8000 dollars worth of unnecessary work and fraudulently charged my insurance for one of my 2 cleanings a year… I came running back.
