Experiencia fantástica: They are super great. Efficient and give helpful info. I need to Floss more and they were kind about it, but encouraging haha. Sandra is the best Hygienist I've ever had! She is super thorough and helpful, was giving tips on how to use a water flosser, encouraging me nicely with what she does to keep up on flossing, like keeping a flosser on her nightstand to use when she's scrolling before bed haha. I wish tipping was a thing for dental professionals, because she deserves a big tip!

I can't work so I can go buy me other set. Thanks alot for not do me right and and fixing then or making them to fit. All you all want is them money......... hpw would you all like going around with out no teeth its not fun .like to a family thing and you are the only one that don't have teeth.. I WILL tell people not to go to you all or Have a lot lot lot of money

Experiencia negativa: Staff is nice, but if you are handicapped, be prepared for a struggle. There is a sidewalk ramp, but no button to push for access. So unless some nice person holds the door open you will have to try and open yourself. I spent the day there with my mother, and it is pretty hard to push a chair and hold the door open at the same time.

Experiencia negativa: Careless with X-Rays & No Accountability – Do NOT Take Your Kids Here! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rock Family Dental. From the moment I expressed concerns about radiation exposure for my son, the staff dismissed my worries with incorrect and misleading information. I requested a properly sized lead vest for my child, only to be told it was "better not to wear one" because it would make the radiation worse—which is completely false and dangerous advice. To make matters worse, they took a panoramic X-ray but then claimed the vest (which they shouldn’t have even used in that type of image) interfered with the results, making the whole thing useless. Then, they had to retake one side of his mouth three times because they couldn’t properly use their imaging device. Their excuse? They were "trying to be gentle" with my son—except now he was exposed to unnecessary extra radiation due to their incompetence. When I raised my concerns, the doctor had the nerve to suggest I take my son elsewhere instead of owning up to their mistakes. If they knew they couldn’t handle pediatric X-rays properly, why didn’t they say so before putting my child through this? Parents, BEWARE: This place does not take radiation safety seriously, gives false information, and refuses to take responsibility for their errors. My son was exposed to more radiation than needed, and the images were worthless due to their poor technique. There are much better dental offices out there—avoid this one at all costs.

Sandra is a most excellent assistant; her communication skills, thoroughness, and touch with the tools are unparalleled for me. There is a good vibe at the office, everyone seems to get along well, and I really appreciate the dentist there. He always is kind and has a gentle manner. He seems thorough, informative, and skilled with the tools. He took the extra time to make sure my bite was perfect after fixing my cavity. The texting reminders were on point, and the office staff was very responsive to my questions on many occasions. Highly recommend.

Im really glad I found this place. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Orr was amazing on setting up my tooth for a permanent crown. The whole visit was as not as stressful as a dentist visit normally is. I was very worried about finding a new dentist who knew what they were doing and I'm glad I found this place!!

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient here since before it was bought out and became Rock Family Dentistry Dr. Orr has always been friendly and kind to me but lately his front desk staff is so rude I recently had a baby and while I was pregnant, I was having so much pain. I called a couple times to get in and they were so rude to me on the phone told me they couldn’t get me in for a couple months that I should go somewhere else I couldn’t believe how I was treated. I then called again to ask to speak to a manager, and one of the girls proceeded to tell me that I have no so three times and that’s why I’m being treated this way, which is a lie. I would never no-show an appointment so the note they put in my chart Was probably done by the miserable front desk girl who was so rude to me on the phone! I will in fact be going some where else I was hoping maybe it was just one very unhappy lady that I had spoke to, but it seems to be the norm now I have been in the healthcare field 14 years we would never allow people to treat our patients this way! If you are so miserable with your job, I suggest you get out of the medical/dental field and it is sad that they are allowed to treat patients this way especially because I have been a patient 5+ years and I was pregnant I ended up having an infection in my tooth which could’ve hurt my baby and could’ve been really bad. I would not suggest going here. Hopefully they can train the front desk better or maybe hire kinder more empathetic employees
