Experiencia negativa: I just called up here to set up an appointment with them. The young lady that answered the phone was very nasty and was telling me that I need to give her all of my insurance information just to do a next day appointment and I told her that I’m working and can’t go home to get this information. Can I go ahead and schedule I will pay cash if need be , then she starts saying oh she can’t see me until next Monday now but if I would’ve gave my insurance information, she literally says she had a next day appointment because I’m having a dental emergency, but she was very snotty on the phone and very short with me, the wrong person who have represent. I have a toothache that’s very painful and her nasty attitude is not needed

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jason Botts and his staff are by far the best in town. I have been a patient over 10yrs and every time I walk in for my visit I feel like I am family istead of a client. They go above and beyond to ensure patient comfort as well as patient education, making sure you undertand the treatment plan and the expectations. Botts Dental Spa is hands down the best in town.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time at this dentist and it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Botts was extremely nice and my dental hygienist is the sweetest I’ve ever met. I have found my forever dentist

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using Botts Dental Spa since it opened. This Dentist and his staff are Outstanding. Their work is Top Rated. I am 65 years old and I have used a lot of Dentists . I am from Boston - and I am accustomed to the Highest Quality Dental Services. Dr. Jason Botts is simply a very caring man and an honest sincere Dentist, and I am a critical person by nature. I have in the past been a little nervous and afraid of the Dentist. I review a lot of businesses, because I believe businesses need to be checked. Based on my experience with Dentists, and based on the last 55 years - of over 110 separate Dental Visits - I am proud to recommend Dr. Botts and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about Botts Dental Spa! My family and I have been going to Dr. Botts for a while now, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Botts and his entire staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. They truly take the time to explain every detail of your care, making sure all of your questions are answered. I love that my kids and I can go to the same place, and we all have our needs met in one visit. It's a perfect setup for families! What really stands out is the consistency across every appointment. The office runs like a well-oiled machine, with everyone playing their part perfectly. The team is always on the same page, which makes each visit smooth and stress-free. From the dental hygienists to the office staff, everyone is organized, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to patient care. If you're looking for a dental office that is not only professional but also warm and family-oriented, I highly recommend Botts Dental Spa! You’ll be in great hands every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Botts and team are amazing. We’ve been going for over 10 years and I value his professionalism and welcoming environment. Most people don’t like to sit in the dentist office for services, but my visits are pleasant and they put me at ease every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing private dentist office. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the work they do is exceptional. I’ve had a ton of work done there recently and every time has been stress free and comfortable. They really take their time and are very meticulous. I haven’t had a single issue with any part of the work they’ve done, including crowns, fillings, etc…Such an improvement from my last dentist. Bott’s dental spa is one of the best if not the best dentist office in Memphis. Super clean and modern looking and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Botts Dental Spa for almost 10 years. They were my first dentist when I moved to Memphis and I've been very happy here since! The office is very clean, the staff is wonderful, and I have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room to be seen. Dr. Botts, in addition to seeing him every 6 months, has helped me in several situations since becoming a patient. He gave me a recommendation to get my wisdom teeth removed (the surgeon he recommended was great), has filled a cavity, and has removed my permanent retainer (top and bottom). All experiences have been very positive! He's professional and very thorough. He not only checks your teeth but he checks your muscles all around your jaw too. My dental hygienist, Laura, is the best! She cleans my teeth so well. She is very thorough but she is not too rough. With having braces as a teenager and my 3 pregnancies as an adult, my teeth and gums are very sensitive. She never hurts me during a cleaning! She is a pleasure to catch up with every 6 months and she is a huge reason why I am still a patient there. I used to live closer to their office (Bartlett) but I have lived in Germantown the last 4 years. It takes me 30 minutes to get to Dr. Botts' office but I've had such consistently great experiences there that making the drive is worth it to me. I'm thankful to Dr. Botts & Laura for taking care of me since 2015!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Botts and his team are very professional, yet down to earth. Laura is welcoming and excellent at her job. My husband and I have been going there for a few years, and the wait time has always been no more than 10 minutes each time. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff members are exceptional. First it was just my husband and I, but now our kids also have changed dental offices. We're very pleased with the quality of care we receive at Botts dental spa.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for over a decade and the staff is very accommodating. It is always a nice way to start your dental treatment with a paraffin hand treatment. Laura is a wonder dental hygienist and treats my whole family. Teeth whitening is offered as well and I’m very excited to try this next at the most relaxing dental office I have ever been to. My family and I will be patients for years to come.

I love this place place and highly recommend for all your dental services.

Experiencia fantástica: Laura is the best! So nice amd welcoming! She makes is feel as if you're visiting family vs getting your teeth cleaned. Each time I visit I am never waiting longer than 5-10 minutes to be seen. They are very efficient!

Experiencia fantástica: I Love Botts Dental Spa. I have been attending this dentistry since 2016. I havent been disappointed yet. Dr. Botts and his team are very friendly, caring, and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff! Most of my appointments, they are usually waiting and I simply walk to get started, and if I have to wait, it’s usually a very short time. They are very efficient. Dr Botts does a great job, would definitely recommend!
