HQ Dental Design

Experiencia fantástica: My parents cannot stop raving how amazing Dr. Tran and staff have been! I am grateful on the care and patience they have given them. Thank You HQ Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Third time getting my teeth cleaned. Always a pleasant experience with the staff and doctor Tran. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is very courteous. I have had 3 services done and had no pain with any of them. The communication about my service plan was easy to understand. Also, making my appointments have been super easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Good place to come. No complaints

Experiencia fantástica: My recent cleaning by Dr Pham and the dental assistant "Amber" was excellent. Dr Pham is always great and explaning extra things I needed to know. His new assistant & Hygenist was also very professional and personable. Lee K.

Experiencia fantástica: Very considerate and personable staff who are gentle, caring and well trained make a visit to the dentist a stress-free experience. Dr. Pham and Dr. Tran are wonderful, empathetic and offer treatment alternatives that benefit the patient. I have a lot of trust in their abilities and fairness in helping to decide the best way to treat any dental issues. They are very ethical and treat their employees well which makes for a happy organization.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: great dental care !!5 ⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and very pleasant staff and Doctors.

Experiencia fantástica: HQ Dental is autistic adult son’s favorite place and Dr Hiep (as he likes to call him by his first name) is his hero. He would tell everyone we meet everywhere at the gym, the market, our neighborhood as well as in foreign countries when we travel , on the airplanes, strangers and friends alike how great Dr. Hiep is. Dr. Hiep did a fastastic job fixing my son’s 2 front teeth with a crown and an implant. Because my son has autism and intellectual disability, this was not an easy feat. We were turned down by many dental offices. Dr. Hiep and his staff went above and beyond to help us over a year and a half. Now my son smiles with confidence and this whole experience has really touched our life. We had never met a dentist with such great compassion and skills. His office is very nice and professional . His staff is dedicated and very friendly. We have recommended this dentist to many people.

Experiencia fantástica: Good people, great service quality, and always outstanding customer service

Experiencia fantástica: Very Happy People here. Happy People make for good outcomes.

Experiencia fantástica: I really love this office. I say this as someone who hates going to the dentist and will avoid at all costs. It’s kind of tucked away & it smells good lol and they were sooo nice and transparent and I got a pretty cool toothbrush. When I received a dental treatment plan, it was thoroughly explained and easy to follow. They explained EVERYTHING and I was so impressed. Weird to say, but I can’t wait to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful, friendly staff, very understanding and works well with my anxieties with dental procedures! Highly recommend the entire staff and Dentists!

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is truly the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had a single problem, and every visit has been such a positive experience. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like part of their family. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for, which makes such a difference. I always leave feeling happy and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Quick professional service. Super friendly front office staff and Amanda, the dental assistant is phenomenal - knows her stuff and outstanding bedside manners. Highly recommended this practice. I’m a retired physician too!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to HQ Dental. It was great! Dr. Tran and her staff were pleasant and friendly. The experience was painless, efficient, and wallet friendly! Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran was so kind and I was seen same-day! I was nervous about seeing a new dentist because I've had dentists in the past tell me I have cavities when I don't. She personally did the cleaning, with the intent of protecting the enamel. I was very impressed with the camera technology used. Both Dr. Tran and my hygienist Ashley answered my questions thoroughly!

Experiencia fantástica: Love all the people in this office. I would recommend to anyone who has a fear of dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: First time there and was really impressed by the quality of their service and professionalism. Needed a new dentist that would except my insurance and they filled the bill. If you need a dentist give them a call.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed dental work in an emergency on a late Friday afternoon as a new patient. Only question was "how can we help you." Neat.

Experiencia fantástica: HQ dental is a great dentist office. The staff are always friendly and professional. They aren't a place that tries to upcharge you and they even will cover certain things insurance says they won't cover. I'd highly recommend going here and have even referred a few family and friends to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice and caring and non judgmental and really showed me and explained everything. 10/10 I recommend going here.

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands down the best dental office in Texas. Everyone is very friendly and take a genuine interest in your care. They take the time to explain in depth the procedure and show you your options. They are very upfront on pricing which I thought is very reasonable. Dr. Pham took as much time as I needed to understand what was being done and why. The office staff is simply the best as was the nursing staff. They made me feel very comfortable and were not in a hurry. This was a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Nobody actually likes going to the Dentist so the best a place can do is make the experience as quick and painless as possible. Everything at this office runs smooth and seems organized. Ashley? at the front desk gets you in and out quick, Shyann? who is a assistant/hygenist is very knowledgable and efficient, and Dr Tran did both a deep clean and filling (back to back in two days) and both times it was painless and quick. Also, bonus points for showing up on time and actually having your appointment start when scheduled vs showing up on time and then waiting for 20 minutes like a lot of other places...I literally walked in on time both days and went straight to the chair and they started.

Experiencia fantástica: Lets start with the basics. The folks at HQ Dental are conscientious, competent and professional. Did I mention that they are very, very good? Or that they make a root canal practically painless? I recommend them most highly.

Experiencia negativa: I had the teeth filled and the office said that they used new technique that would last long and look good . Just around one month later that filling was broken , and of course my insurance did not cover to re- do it . I called the office and i was told i had to pay full amount out of pocket to refill ( same precedure for same teeth).

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience for the whole family. Very welcoming and courteous throughout the entire visit. Details of my care and that of my family was explained clearly. I appreciated the images and diagnostics to support any suggestions/plan of care. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: They are Outstanding! I walked in and immediately the woman up front was very sweet and answered any questions I had. A very welcoming experience to start and when I got to the back the team took good care of me. Efficient and didn’t miss a beat with any concerns I had. I’m not one who’s excited about the dentist but they sure made it easy for me! Thank you HQ

Experiencia fantástica: They were quick and easy.

Experiencia positiva: Dentists seem knowledgeable and professional, staff are very friendly, helpful and skillful. It is inconvenient that they are somewhat often closed at the Temple location.

Experiencia fantástica: Very patient friendly, understanding and easy to work with financially.

Experiencia fantástica: HQ Dental Design exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service—truly a 5-star experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at HQ was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful and came up with some great plans to help me with my dental health. They were able to explain things to me in a way that I was able to understand.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient at HQ Dental and had my first appointment today. What a great experience! The staff is small and friendly and answered all my questions both before and after initial checkup. I needed a deep cleaning which was handled great. Dr. Tran is a kind and talented dentist and made what can be an uncomfortable experience very easy. I expect to continue as one of her patients going forward.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant atmosphere. Was treated very nicely.. Would definitely recommend HQ to anybody for their dental treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: best nurse i've ever had and i'm 70 for aaloni

Experiencia fantástica: We just move back to Texas recently and HQ dental was our first dental experience here and from the dentist and the receptionist and the dental tech are super and did very well. We are so grateful to them and they did not push us to do other dental works that our insurance does not cover. They were friendly and very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Getting a permanent bridge. DDS had to take off my two of my old crowns. The dentist is very kind and puts a patient at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice.everyone was kind and and I give them all 100 . Don’t pass this one up.Drs .Tran and Dr Pham are great

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist! Fabulous staff, professional, helpful and accomidating. Blessed and thankful to be in their care

Experiencia positiva: Always friendly and on time for scheduled appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: really nice staff, i was comfortable throughout the entire experience despite not going to the dentist for 4 years. they kept checking up during my cleaning to make sure i was okay and never shamed or spoke down to me. edit after another appointment: STILL very nice staff and clean office. The last time I was there I was instructed on how to better brush and floss and it showed! these people are great and remain great! so sad i’ll be moving and won’t get to keep coming to this office.

Experiencia fantástica: The nicest Dental office.Receptionist and Dentsl assistant were extremely helpful kind . My dentist was knowledgeable l attentive and made me feel like I was going to have a new beginning.

Experiencia fantástica: My son (7 years old) is a new patient at HQ Dental. We came in for inflammation of his gums and the removal of some extra teeth at the bottom. The dental staff was very professional, everyone greeted us with a smile. They had modern dental equipment that made the visit a smooth and interesting experience. Dr Pham and his dental assistant Alani (spellcheck) were very informative and made our visit very comfortable. Dr Pham removed 4 teeth. My son didn’t experience any pain, or discomfort. Dr. Pham and Alani took my son to their treasure vending machine where he selected 4 prizes for the 4 teeth that were extracted. This has been the best dental experience we ever had. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor was very nice and made sure that my kid was comfortable and made sure when he pulled her teeth it didn’t hurt.

Experiencia positiva: Everything very good. Dental assistant Jasmine was very polite and thorough. Dentist is always nice and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: HQ Dental is the best dental office my family and I have ever experienced. They are so caring and make my family feel welcome every time we walk through the doors. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: Very caring and gentle treatment. Small quiet practice that is very friendly and organized. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience. And would suggest anyone looking for a dentist, go to HQ dental?

Experiencia fantástica: They were very professional and helpful with my whole visit today. The plan for my future appointment was explained and worked with me to get the care I need in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited HQ Dental for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! The team incredibly friendly, making sure to answer all my questions before and after my checkup. I needed a deep cleaning, and they handled it wonderfully. Doctor is not only kind but also exceptionally skilled, making the whole process comfortable and straightforward. It’s great to see a dental practice that genuinely cares without overcharging. Looking forward to being a long-term patient here!

Experiencia fantástica: HQ Dental does an excellent job taking of taking care of my Dental needs and preventing issues in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is nice the Dr. & Members met my expectations good job!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and calming

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you. Dr. Pham is always patient and kind. He helps my wife work through cleaning her teeth, even though she does not know what he is doing.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love HQ Dental. They are all so amazing with myself and my kiddos and work with us not charging an arm and a leg. They have the best team! And we absolutely love Cheyenne for our youngest who has some dental anxiety!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and great staff.

Experiencia positiva: Excellent service with state of the art equipment. Dentists are knowledgeable and professional. They take time to explain any procedures and are concerned about your comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very well taken care of. Didn't feel judged and they made sure I was very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Shyann and Madison were both very sweet and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Shyann did a great job assisting the dentist and making me feel safe. I really appreciated it!!!

Experiencia negativa: I visited HQ Dental Design in September 2022, where I was treated by Dr. Pham. First off, I want to acknowledge that Dr. Pham and the staff were friendly, but I’m deeply dissatisfied with the treatment I received, which has made me question Dr. Pham’s expertise. I went in for recurring nerve pain in one of my teeth. Dr. Pham took X-rays and all different exams but didn’t find anything wrong. He suggested that my pain might be caused by a bite issue and recommended filing down my teeth to prevent contact. I trusted his judgment and agreed to the procedure—a decision I’ve regretted ever since. Two years later, my tooth pain remains unchanged. Although Dr. Pham scheduled a follow-up, I didn’t go back due to doubts about his skills. I hope my experience is an exception, but the fact that I received an incorrect diagnosis and ineffective treatment makes me seriously question Dr. Pham’s professional abilities. If you have alternative options, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any treatment (not specifically fot this place but any dental place in general). Your teeth aren’t something you can afford to take risks with. Btw the reason I didn't write a feedback until now is simply because I'm too lazy.

Experiencia negativa: I didn't like a new person being left with me alone. She acted like she didn't know wat she was doing. I felt like she missed a lot of my flossing and cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't seen a dentist in 11 years due to lack of insurance and they really took care of me. I was honestly really nervous about my first visit and they had an affordable game plan ready for me and broke everything down so I could figure out how to proceed. My husband and I now both will always come back to this place. I highly recommend everyone to book here because they know finances get tight and they will actively work to assist you every step of the way. I only wish I'd been going sooner but now that I'm here I will definitely stay. Extremely professional, fun, and relaxing. Please book your next appointment here...

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10, I went in for a fill in at 8 am and I was done by 8:25 am! It was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Very painless, affordable, and they made me feel comfortable the entire time!!

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best dentist I have ever had. I would lay down my life in their service.

Experiencia fantástica: Relaxing dental office. Zero stress.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pham is the best dentist I've ever been to. Kind, gentel, and a warm personality. Her practice is efficient and I always feel well cared for. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran is awesome

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at HQ Dental. I was very pleased with Dr. Tran and her staff. Dr. Tran explained everything that needed to be done. The staff were very professional and the front desk answered my questions concerning my insurance.

Experiencia positiva: My daughters didn't get a free toothbrush and cleaning kits as they are always expecting this treat after their cleaning. I would have also liked to be present for one of my daughters when the doctor evaluated her but was not called to be there.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so nice and they all really care about the patient. Wonderful dentists, hygienists, and front desk.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience. I enjoyed meeting the staff. Looking forward to going back

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend HQ Dental Design for their skilled dentists and technicians, outstanding patient care, and commitment to making every visit a positive one. Dr. Pham, Drs. Tran, and their entire team have earned a loyal patient in me.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional staff. First time patient, and the entire appointment process was painless. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to HQ Dentist for many years, and I’ve always been treated with love and care, but, my last visit was over the top, I had an emergency with a tooth and they took me in immediately. I am very grateful to have relief. I would to say thank you once more.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff and great dentists and techs

Experiencia fantástica: Had a cleaning done, and all the staff was helpful Madison was excellent about giving me the information I needed! Will be back again

Experiencia fantástica: Shyann and Madison are super great and friendly! Both very helpful and made my time here go by fast and easy! Thanks hq

Experiencia fantástica: Kind, gentle, caring. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but after a lifetime of bad experiences I finally found one I actually don't mind going to. Dr Tran is calming and caring. The office staff and dental assistants are amazing. 3-8-24 Update... After much work this past year (extractions, implants, bridges), I stand by my previous review. Dr. Tran and Dr. Pham are both genuinely concerned about your comfort as they work miracles, aided by excellent dental assistants, (Shyann - you're amazing!). Mattison at the front desk is a joy to visit with when discussing appointments and billing. I can't stress this enough - if you hate going to the dentist, go see them. They will change your mind.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were all super friendly and made my child feel so comfortable. Couldn’t have gone to a better place

Experiencia fantástica: Very excellent service and amazing people!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Kind and comfortable treatment to repair my cracked tooth. Professional service. I appreciate taking me in without much notice too!

Experiencia fantástica: Good customer service and care

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend HQ Dental Design. My crown fell out so I scheduled a visit for the same day... went to their office, it was a seamless process getting in and out. They were gentle and very kind! Another dentist recommended them, and now I know why! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Great place with great people. Hannah was very thorough and pleasant

Experiencia fantástica: Great doctors and awesome staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and patient

Experiencia fantástica: The employees were nice and friendly. There was not a wait time. They explained all options clearly. As they worked on my teeth they explained what they were doing. I'm very happy and looking forward to calling this dentist office home for future visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Who really likes going to the dentist? However, today’s experience was great. Apart from teeth cleaning I had to have some other work done. The staff were fun to joke around with and completed their work in a professional manner. Thank for all you do. Merry Christmas to all the staff. Tony Quintana

Experiencia positiva: Dr Q Tran is awesome and very knowledgeable. She’s been my dentist for 1 1/2 years and she also did my root canal last year. The staff at the front desk is very professional and makes you feel welcome welcomed. The place is very clean with lots of windows and natural light coming in. The dental hygienist who did the flossing and tooth polishing this last visit was very nervous and shaky” handed, and accidentally sprayed water all over my face and up my nose; otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars. The hygienists I’ve had during prior visits have been great.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful office! Highly recommended for their dental services.

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate the fantastic service that I received today! The doctor was amazing, and Cheyenne did a perfect job on my temporary crown. I felt very comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. I also like the fact that they do not only crowns, cleanings, and check ups; but also root canals and extractions if needed; all in one location.
