MintyFresh Dental and Orthodontics

Experiencia negativa: We have been patients for 8 years now. The dentist and hygienists are professionals except the place turned into a money grab dental cabinet. We have had cases for incorrect billing and if you do not review the charges with your insurance, you would end up paying more. I do not know what is happening at that facility but we are done with them. There are more dental places open now in the Prosper and Celina areas with open arms. Choosing money over long term partnership is so lame!

Experiencia fantástica: They are so kind! They have fantastic people working for them, and Dr Land is very good at what he does.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointments are always AMAZING with Maria!! She’s knowledgeable and very thorough with my dental cleaning.

Experiencia positiva: Felt very rushed

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute with a dental emergency. Very accommodating! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and Dr. Land does excellent work!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at mintyFresh Dental are very friendly and quick to explain everything you are coming in for. They don’t make you wait. I would recommend if you are in need of dental work make this your first call. Also they have TVs on the ceilings!

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is absolutely amazing! I began going about 3 months ago and needed some extensive work done. Dr. Land, the dental assistants, and the ladies that handle scheduling and payment were compassionate, understanding, and very patient with me as I went through the process. Dr Land does excellent bridge work and communicates well as to what the process looks like. I would highly recommend making this dentist office to anyone. Thanks again to everyone that works there! -MM

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and experience was good

Experiencia fantástica: Always feel staff is competent, professional & courteous on every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is fantastic and always so kind and understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had 8 very old fillings replaced by Dr. Land. I've been coming to Minty Fresh for years, and routine cleanings were always a pleasant experience - on time, friendly staff, nice environment. I had another positive experience with the filling replacements. We replaced 2 or 3 at a time, over 3 visits, to reduce my stress and anxiety (the sound of the drill is not one of my favorites). Each time, the experience far exceeded my expectations - pain free, high quality results, perfect fit 'right the first time'. I highly recommend Dr. Land and his team at Minty Fresh. He is a talented dentist and he has the "A-Team" there in his office. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been going to Dr. Land at Minty Fresh dental for years. Dr. Land and his staff are wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Kara was great. Friendly and very competent. Dr. Land is also very friendly and gives clear options for any dental issue you may need.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Land explained treatment options so I could make best decision for my health care. He is very thorough. Kind. His staff are very professional , cheerful and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Land and the rest of the team are professional and courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: Kara, as always was so friendly and professional. She did my cleaning and told me I’m doing a good job keeping up with my dental care. After she finished Dr Land came in and did the examination. He’s very nice and always takes his time with the examination. I highly recommend Minty Fresh Dental & Orthodontics on Preston Road in Prosper.

Experiencia fantástica: Been. Going her for years now and love it! Every staff member is always friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Very caring and experienced people.Dr Morrison made very sure I was fully numbed and asked repeatedly as to my comfort throughout the procedure. He, Dr Land and their assistants explained what was to be done as work progressed, checking on me and easing my anxiety. Great teamwork on my extraction and implant.

Experiencia fantástica: Got fillings yesterday and after numbing wore off felt zero pain. The doc & his team are an example of excellence to the industry.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Land is outstanding. I have never had a better crown work done before. I drive a good bit because is really worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional. They guienely care for the patients. Highly recommend MintyFresh Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Land and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable about every step of your appointment !

Experiencia fantástica: Clean office space and friendly, accommodating staff (from the front desk clerk to the dentist). They have never bullied or scared me into procedures, which I appreciate.

Experiencia fantástica: Every visit is positive experience

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very welcoming and explained in detail each process. The dentist and I agreed to a treatment plan that worked within my budget. I would highly recommend MintyFresh.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr. Land and his staff. Definitely the most caring & concerned dentist I have ever met. He & his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I Would highly recommend him and his office, Minty Fresh Dental in Prosper, Tx.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Land and staff put patient care first and never try to upsell you. Kara is the best dental hygienist!

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are great! I love my hygienist Kara, Dr. Land is great, super low key, not pushy or hyper. I love my new dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Land and his staff have been taking care of my families teeth for the past 7 years. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient the team at MintyFresh helped make the transition go smoothly. I am very pleased with the dental care I received.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently arrived in Texas. Referred to Minty Fresh by my Realtor. Very impressed by Dr. Land and staff. I did not want to go to a Dental Clinic - Dr. Land is the only dentist at Minty Fresh. Very satisfied by the whole Minty Fresh experience. Highly recommended. Three years plus and I continue to be 110% completely satisfied with my Minty Fresh experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Office staff were friendly and efficient, hygienist was informative and polite, Dentist was knowledgeable, honest, and listened to my concerns.

Experiencia negativa: Be very aware of what your out of pocket will be. My wife went for routine cleaning today and ended up paying $$$ out of pocket as they did not tell her that the laser cleaning was not covered by insurance. Very unethical, only behind money

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been patients at Minty Fresh for about six years, and the care we’ve received has been outstanding. Dr. Land is highly skilled, provides excellent treatment, and never pressures you into unnecessary procedures. His staff is top-notch, making every visit a great experience. I highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: They were professional and friendly. I went for a cleaning today. Have some teeth to extract and a partial to feel in some missing teeth. They are very knowledgeable too.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here, and the staff was excellent!!

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited Dr. Land for a preventative dental procedure involving fillers for two of my molars. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and has left me feeling quite distressed. Upon arriving at the clinic, I anticipated a routine procedure; however, I was met with a level of roughness from Dr. Land that made the experience traumatic. The discomfort began during the procedure itself, where I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. The dental assistant quickly recognized my distress and fear, which indicated to me that this was not an isolated incident. Following the treatment, I experienced significant pain that lasted for two weeks. This pain was severe enough to disrupt my sleep and daily activities. In an attempt to seek help, I reached out to the emergency phone number provided by the clinic over the weekend but received no response. This lack of communication during a critical time added to my frustration and anxiety. It wasn’t until Monday morning, after persistently calling at 7 AM when the office opened, that I was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Land. After three long weeks of trying to determine the source of my pain—pain that had not existed prior to this procedure—I sought a second opinion from another specialist at a different facility who finally diagnosed the issue. Throughout this ordeal, there was a notable absence of follow-up care from Dr. Land’s office. He never reached out to check on my recovery or address my ongoing issues, which is concerning for any healthcare provider. As a result of the rough handling during the procedure, I now suffer from a severe case of TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder). Additionally, there is damage to one of my crowns caused during his treatment process. This has led to further complications and discomfort that could have been avoided with more careful attention and proper technique. Overall, my experience with Dr. Land was disappointing and distressing due to inadequate care and communication throughout the process. I would advise potential patients to consider these factors before proceeding with treatment at this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: This session was a routine cleaning and fluoride treatment.

Experiencia negativa: I've been a resident of Prosper for 13 years. I try to give my business to local SMBs and in this case Minty Fresh Dental. I get my teeth clean every 4 month as a matter of choice. I have very health teeth as acknowledge but there previous temp Dental Hygienist ( Miriam) @ Minty Fresh; as referenced by every other office that cleaned my teeth the last 10 years. Yesterday, Feb 12th 2025, I went in for my schedule cleaning and it was a terrible experience. Trying to force other pay for service procedures without being requested by the patient, is not acceptable. When I declined the extras, the dental hygienist threw her hands up in frustration. VERY Unprofessional. I was about to get up out of the chair and walk but since they did the x-rays already I stayed. In general, we are in a time where the trust level for the medical profession is at the lowest in history and for valid reasons. Train your staff better! You are not doing us a favor we are doing you one by providing you business. No one is going to force any procedure on me that I don't want. There is probably 15 different dental office in prosper. Time for a switch

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Very pleasant

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at MintyFresh today. One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Experiencia positiva: She seemed to be in a hurry. Throughout the visit. I think she was done with the polishing in about 20 seconds. And not vey good.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Land and his staff are nice, friendly, professional people. I like going to Dr. Land’s clinic where I know they care about the health of my teeth and I get great service.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Morrison and his staff are great!! Kind, caring, and professional. A great place for the whole family to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice and caring!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to choose a new dentist because my longtime dentist retired. Dr. Land came highly recommended and is close to my home. I came for my first visit today earlier than expected due to a chipped tooth. The staff at Minty Fresh was professional, courteous, and caring. Dr. Land did a very nice job. I am happy to have chosen this dentist and his staff for my regular dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist in Collin County hands down.. Great team of professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: Kara did her usual excellent job. Everything went well. They are five star organization

Experiencia fantástica: I switched my dentist after 30 years to Dr Aaron Land, & couldn’t be happier. Nice clean office, great and super friendly staff. So happy that I made the change. Kara is the best and sweetest hygienist ever.

Experiencia fantástica: It always meets and exceeds my expectations. Kara is terrific and also nice to see Dr. Land. Office staff are right on top of it.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very friendly, and treated me well. They were up front with costs and insurance. It was a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I found this practice on Google several months ago and scheduled an appointment for a second opinion on a treatment plan for my daughter based on all of the positive Google reviews. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Land and left confident in the planned approach to her treatment. He’s great with little ones and my daughter is now excited to go back to the dentist! Since then, his office has been kind enough to work me in on short notice as well. We’ve been searching for a family dentist for a while and I’m very glad we found Minty Fresh. Dr. Land is wonderful and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with every single member of his staff. If you’re searching for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Land!

Experiencia fantástica: Today I went in for routine cleaning and as usual everything was great. Everyone greeted me with a nice smile. Hanna took care of me today for the first time. She was really nice and very professional. I think she did an incredible job, she was very patient and careful working with me. Thanks everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional

Experiencia fantástica: 0 judgement, everyone's super nice & helpful too! Brought my daughter in today, no other dentist has even wanted to touch her issues. Dr Land & his staff came up with a workable game plan for fixing her dental issues. Definitely the best experience we've both had, happy to return in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin. Appointment time at 1pm for a cleaning. I didn’t get out of there until almost 2:30 pm. Wait time was horrible and the normal hygienist is no longer there. The replacement was ok but hurt my mouth several times and had to stop her. The doctor comped my laser treatment but when I tried to check out they wanted to charge me for it. Just a mistake. Not my best dentist visit and reminded me of why I didn’t used to like going to the dentist. We well see what October brings.

Experiencia fantástica: Great work done with utmost professionalism!

Experiencia fantástica: I travel 1 hour just to come here. Very high level of skill and professionalism but everybody specially the doctor. I wouldn't trust my teeth to anybody else!

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service, thorough cleaning and exam. I didn’t have to wait an eternity to get in as a new patient.

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to get my soccer goalie in to fix his 3 chipped teeth. His smile is as perfect as ever. Thank you so much, Minty Fresh Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff. Attentiveness. Friendly. Like seeing the entire staff, especially the hygienist!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff and great quality of work. Highly recommend to any of my friends and family for a great dentist, staff and orthodontist.

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist didn’t even greet me by my name and didn’t give me her name. They took a ton of X-rays and then she said I need an intense cleaning because of some gum issues. My former dentist never in 12 years told me that. I got up and left because they weren’t going to clean my teeth today. I didn’t wait to meet the dentist. Going back to my former dentist even though he’s out of network. I would not recommend anyone going to MintyFresh. Very uninviting. Only wants money.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor and staff are so great, cordial and professional. Was looking for a new dentist and found it. Great people

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Land & the incredible MintyFresh team are THE ABSOLUTE BEST !!! Always a pleasant & professional experience! Thank you ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Kara is the best!! Dr Land is great

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Land and staff are excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Land and his amazing hygienists have the light touch. Not only that, their customer service is a breath of fresh air. After a cracked tooth, they got me in to see him right away. The front office is managed by one of the friendliest ladies, Ms. Gina. A first rate dental experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Always on time and the doctor worked really well and very careful. The nurses also very good

Experiencia negativa: This was my first visit. They did xray and gum checkup. Finally ended with another appointment for cleaning(insurance), flouride ($38) and laser cleaning ($68). First visit is entirely insurance claim. I had 4 dentist appointments when in fortworth, Tx. All 4 had deep cleaning/flouride part of insurance and first visit was xray/ gum checkup /flouride.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at MintyFresh are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. Dr. Land is a very knowledgeable dentist and fixed all me dental problems.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Land and the incredible MintyFresh team! They not only excel in their expertise, but they also turned my first-ever filling into a breeze. The level of care and consideration they provide is truly remarkable. Much love to this outstanding dental practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are excellent! Friendly and efficient! Love them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and comfortable with prompt friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service from the hygienist and Doctor Land at my cleaning/check up. The front office was friendly and efficient. Our family recently moved to the Prosper/Celina area and have been looking for a good dentist in the area, and now we’ve found one!

Experiencia fantástica: Great team and excellent work!

Experiencia fantástica: No wait. Quick in and out. He nailed the problem!

Experiencia fantástica: They're fun & great people with excellent service. Although, I do apologize for not flossing regularly

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency today and they were able to scheduled me in. ( I’m very grateful for that) my procedure will happen soon, but the treatment from the staff and the doctor were amazing. I was telling my family after I left that is the first time I go to a dentist office where I feel I good and calm and not scared.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience! Couldn't be more thrilled that I changed to MintyFresh. The Hygienist was great, super sweet, and worked fast knowing I was on a lunch hour. The Dentist was great as well. He took the time to go through everything with me, I loved the fact that he takes a conservative approach. I've always dreaded going to a new dentist and them telling me I had to get lots of things done. Not once did he mention anything, which gave me peace of mind. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: Always great and satisfactory experience. Kara is awesome she takes good care of my teeth. Thanks to Dr. Land and the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hamm and the entire staff are wonderful. I actually enjoy going in to the dentist for the first time in my life!

Experiencia fantástica: All I can say is I don’t write reviews however. Ever since I went to minty fresh dental group, I had to speak my peace of mind. From the time I open the front door to the time I left it felt like family. Everybody is so nice they explain everything help you with your insurance and answer any questions that you have. They treat you like you’re the only customer which feels good. I would highly recommend minty fresh dental group to anybody especially who is afraid of the dentist.
