Roth Orthodontics

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are truly wonderful to work with. Since day, they were always happy to answer any questions I had and they’re very knowledgeable about what they do. It always felt homey. As far as the treatment plan, they were very clear and explained everything in detail. Even though we had a couple changes down the road with my plan, they were able to accommodate me on what I would most comfortable with and I think that’s what matters. They just want you to feel your best. Thank you Roth Orthodontics team! I couldn’t be happier!

Experiencia fantástica: My Invisalign journey actually started with a different Orthodontist in Texas. But, less than mid-way through the program, I relocated back to California. I am so glad I found Roth Orthodontics to take over! Dr Roth and his entire team not only successfully picked up my treatment where I left off, but my experience was so much more positive and personal. Every visit I felt like I was among friends, which strengthened my belief that they viewed me as a valued, unique individual PERSON, not just another transitional patient (aka “customer”). I highly recommend Roth Orthodontics!

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to say a special thank you to Dr.Roth and Miah and everyone else in the office for all the kind and supportive services that they have given My Daughter . Overall, I’m super glad I made the choice to come here for braces. My smile looks so good

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Roth and his staff are amazing! Not only are they friendly and clean, they take the time to answer all the questions my daughter and I have. While they are doing anything to her teeth they explain each step to her each appointment. We have also had a few emergency appointments with my daughter’s bumpers (she is rough on her braces) and they get us in quickly each time. We absolutely love it here. After each appointment the kids get a chocolate chip cookie which both my kids love and they have a sock contest monthly and always have a fun themed contest for each month.

Lots of personal touches warm atmosphere and genuine smiles. They are damn good at what they do and I highly recommend them. If you’re comparing Anyone else you can stop looking because they are the go to resource in the Vacaville/North Bay area. You will be happy you did!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best orthodontist and best staff! They treat you like family and always are so welcoming and friendly. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this place more. Great treatment

Experiencia fantástica: When I began searching for an orthodontist for my son in Solano County, I consulted two local moms’ groups to identify top-rated practices. After scheduling consultations with three offices, I ultimately chose Roth Orthodontics in Vacaville, and it was an exceptional decision. From the very first interaction, Roth Orthodontics stood out. Unlike another practice where the atmosphere felt cold and the staff interactions lackluster, Roth’s team was warm, professional, and accommodating. The receptionist was friendly and flexible when scheduling our consultation, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a thorough office tour. Dr. Roth personally examined my son’s teeth, taking time to explain the process clearly. Following the exam, a nurse walked us through the financial options and potential treatment timeline with transparency, while Dr. Roth returned to address our remaining questions. Their approachable and caring demeanor made us feel confident and valued, and by the end of the consultation, we were ready to proceed. We chose Invisalign for my son in February 2024, and as of July 2025, he has successfully completed his treatment. Roth Orthodontics provided clear comparisons between Invisalign and traditional braces, along with flexible in-house payment plans and insurance options, making the process seamless and stress-free. Every visit—roughly every six weeks—was a pleasure, with the entire staff consistently demonstrating kindness and professionalism. Rescheduling appointments was always handled with ease and understanding. For anyone seeking an orthodontist in Solano County, I wholeheartedly recommend scheduling a consultation with Roth Orthodontics. Located just off the first Vacaville exit from Fairfield, their office is conveniently accessible. Their exceptional care and welcoming environment make them an outstanding choice for orthodontic treatment. Oh, and they send you off with chocolate chip cookies at the end of each visit

Experiencia fantástica: Roth office is such a gem. The space is beautiful, always spotless, and has a warm, welcoming vibe. The front desk girls are consistently the sweetest. Always greeting you with a smile, and somehow remembering your name every time! The entire staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making each visit feel easy and comfortable. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel heard and cared for. Dr. Roth and the whole team are absolutely one of a kind. Their professionalism shine through in every interaction. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and that makes all the difference. Highly, highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Roth did phenomenal work on my daughters smile. Years of braces and chocolate chip cookies (special gluten free ones just for her) and she is finally done! Dr Roth approached us at the end of her treatment offering to do a laser procedure on her gum line to expose more of her smile! He did incredible and she is so happy with her smile! We were so impressed that I made myself an appt for invisalign and started treatment a couple months ago! We recommend his office to everyone! All of the staff and super friendly and welcoming. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Roth’s office is the clean, organized, fun, friendly, and his military discount is incredible. There is zero reason why we would go to another orthodontist. Oh and also every time I’m there I want to be one of his employees. It just looks like they are treated so well and it’s a lovely environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Roth and their staff are amazing. The moment I had my first consultation, they walked me through the process and told me what are my options. Experiencia fantástica: nice experience and fun events!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place has to be the BEST office we have ever visited, as well as the best dental office that we belong to! Ever since the first day we walked into this place, my children and I were warmly greeted by such a beautiful and joyful staff who made them feel so important and valued!! My kids absolutely love entering all the super fun contests, especially the sock contests where some of my kids have won and so they got to choose which cool socks they could take home. Dr. Roth is really great, wise, funny, and is very encouraging to his patients. The staff here is super organized, all in, and every time I walk in, and I always feel heard as a parent and they always go above and beyond to make people feel valued. Usually on the way out of our appointment they give out free cookies and since one of my kids is allergic, they had something else for her that she could have. We are blessed to live close by but if we did not, i would honestly drive hours to come to this office - and I am not exaggerating! Thank you, Dr. Roth and this amazing team!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been a great experience for my daughter! They worked with us and our schedules and through a move! The whole staff is so nice and sweet. The absolute BEST!! My daughter asked if we can just move them to Iowa with us!

Experiencia fantástica: I have two teenagers that I brought into Dr Roth’s office to get assessed for braces. They wanted Invisalign but I’m old school and thought traditional braces were best. I was a reluctant parent the whole way! However two months into Invisalign and I couldn’t be happier! No whining about wires and brackets making their mouth sore. No food in their braces. No limiting what they can eat. And no reminding them to put them back in after they eat. And I have kids that need to be reminded often to do things. Absolutely sold on Invisalign! If you’re “on the fence” about traditional braces verse Invisalign…I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Invisalign all the way!!!
