Experiencia fantástica: I love perfect teeth

Experiencia fantástica: RR Perfect teeth is " perfect"

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you , I am very happy with my teeth . The visit was great.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff members at Perfect Teeth are always smiling, polite, professional and they make you feel comfortable during your visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience with the doctor, the assistant, and the receptionist. It's a very nice clean office and would highly recommend. Thank you Perfect Teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this office for 20 years. Dr. Dominguez and his staff are wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone very helpful. Things explained very well.

Experiencia negativa: For my first visit I was supposed to get a freee exam and free cleaning. I got the exam ok but they tried to charge me $430 for the cleaning. I was told I needed a "deep" cleaning. My insurance never said anything about two types of cleaning, but said the cleaning was free. duh. i left very dissatisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dominguez and his staff were kind, professional, and patient. I really appreciated the explanations of their actions during my routine cleaning. And I'm especially grateful for the information they provided when Dr. Dominguez determined I needed 2 crowns. I'm so grateful for having such wonderful dental care so close to my home.

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect Teeth Rio Rancho is outstanding. Dr. Frank Dominguez, DMD and hygienist Sativa Ridsdale, RDH are absolute rockstars. The service is consistently excellent, straightforward, and honest. No fluff, no sales talk, just the truth and high-quality care every visit. Highly recommend this office if you want real professionals who actually take care of you.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, professional, friendly, courteous staff. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: Phone system is a horrible experience. Whe. You cant understand the person answering the phone...that's a problem. Makes me wonder....if the initial phone system and team member experience is bad....what will the rest of the service be? To the lady that answered the phone....slow down....chew your food before you answer the phone. If I cant find another dentist I may call back.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going here for over 5 years and will continue. Entire staff is great!! Thank you, Perfect Teeth

Experiencia fantástica: I went for the first time and I was so grateful that I found this dentist. My last dentist retired and I was not comfortable with getting a new one, but I had a great experience here. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Experiencia fantástica: Great place to go. Staff is friendly

Experiencia positiva: They didn't explain what work they were doing. Several cavities and remove root of lost tooth was done after 2.5hours my teeth do not look like my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, efficient, on time appointment,. Excellent care and precise information for patient at home follow up preventive care. I had to have a crown replaced and the new one fit perfectly. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, efficient and skilled. So glad we found this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this dentist for about 7 + years. I have been happy with all the care I have received there.

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect Teeth Dental is awesome, see them with confidence! I am in the middle of a big move and started having a tooth issue. The last thing could afford was for it to become a full-blown crisis. After trying at least 8 other offices, I called Perfect Teeth in the afternoon and they got me in first thing the next morning. After a full set of x-rays, they filled a cavity and advised me of other issues that might need addressing at some point and I was on my way. Dr. Dominguez is a very professional, kind, and compassionate man and made me feel totally comfortable during a stressful time. The hygienist, Rita, was great as well. Thank you so much Perfect Teeth! I recommend them highly and unequivocally.

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect Teeth in Rio Rancho (Frank, Mr D), has been my dentist for 23 years. He has a great staff and they always make you feel like you're home. I love Perfect Teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent office for dental care. Very professional and thorough. Give good advice on how to take care of your teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care, and the hygienist was kind and understanding as well as very knowledgeable and competent...I would definitely recommend Perfect Teeth Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to your facility for many years and my husband and myself have been very pleased!

Experiencia positiva: Friendly, but I wish I would have been treated that day, we will see going forward.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dominguez, Sativa And all the staff are such kind people and make my daughter’s experience a positive one. She has special needs, and they are just so Compassionate, and gentle with my daughter’s dental care. We call them our silent angels

Experiencia fantástica: Visit was good but your text saying prescription should be $8.50 was way off.Price without that discount card was less at Smiths.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience. They were very thorough and I felt very relaxed the whole time I was there! Thank you Dr. Dominguez, Sativa and Amelia!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was amazing and the Dr. was excellent!!

Experiencia fantástica: God bless Dr Dominguez, I came in with an abscess and he took care of me immediately with pain meds/antibiotics and scheduled my extraction. My extraction was incredibly quick and pain free. Dr Dominguez and his team are wonderful and I will certainly be back. Thankyou again for helping me so quickly!

Experiencia positiva: My visit was pleasant and comfortable as usual. The doctor, hygienist are always very kind and professional as well as the rest of the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Just like the office name,....Perfect. Had my problem fixed and scheduled another appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and friendly staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Sativa and Dr. Dominguez are great professionals. Been seeing them for 20 years! They are thorough and kind, teeth feel great!

Experiencia positiva: It was a friendly group of employees who assisted me with the whole process of getting me checked in and cleaning and checking my teeth! Very professional and courteous!

Experiencia fantástica: Great employees, friendly and fair prices. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is great….The doctor and staff are all great and front office staff are very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: My wait was short, my cleaning thorough and the staff is wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was wonderful and very attentive to my issues

Experiencia fantástica: Received very good and thorough dental services here. It has been my go to place for all things dental. Thanks to the dedicated and professional staff!

Experiencia negativa: Scheduling issues aside What made me most uncomfortable was the doctor himself. He repeatedly touched my arms and shoulders tightly during the exam, which felt inappropriate. He was also moving and swaying (like as if he was on drugs) in a way that made me feel unsafe while he was using sharp tools in my mouth. The cleaning process was rough and painful — it felt rushed and careless. He scraped the hooked tool on my teeth very hard for no reason. I've never had a dentist that touches people like that. I waited two weeks for an appointment for a simple cleaning, but when I arrived, they took X-rays and said I needed to reschedule for a “debridement cleaning” instead. Overall, the entire visit felt unprofessional and unsettling. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Please be cautious if you decide to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist and other staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very gracious staff and peaceful environment. Good to have in a dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dominguez is the best! Great staff, great service, easy to set appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect teeth Rio Rancho staff are always kind and professional. They also educate me about the latest dental treatments and carefully explain when additional dental care is needed. Good and thorough service. I will continue to keep going thereThanks!

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk was super helpful and friendly I felt appreciated and welcomed. The manager Janet went above and beyond for me to get seen by the Dentist. I will definitely be back. Thank you Janet you’re a super star!!! - Jeff

Experiencia negativa: I'm breaking up with the Perfect Teeth at 4500 Arrowhead Ridge after over 20 years. Up until now, I've had a great experience with them, referring anyone who has asked for a recommendation. (Now I'll advise to go elsewhere.) The care is 5 star worthy, the policies the office staff have to follow? Zero. Read on... Recently their office staff has begun harassing me by voice mail and text, threatening to cancel my appointments if they don't get a "verbal confirmation" that I'll show up for an appointment that I've made. I've had multiple calls during working hours, I even had 2 voicemails today! Including the texts I've received, they've contacted me over a half a dozen times in a short period of time for this last appointment. This is a rescheduled appointment mind you- they called ME 2 hours before my last appointment to cancel on me. ( With no 75$ or whatever they charge for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice coming my way. ) They then offered to reschedule me a few days later, as if I didn't have to prearrange time off work. It wasn't the first time they've done this, and with no ill will from me. Truly. Stuff happens. Heaven FORBID I don't contact them in advance BY PHONE to confirm upcoming appointments however. When I asked the poor soul who answered the phone today how many appointments I'd missed in my over 20 years of history there , she acknowledged that I've never missed one. So why am I being harassed? Well, other people have missed their appointments.... Not good enough. "We've noticed an increase in people missing appointments, and the fee is pretty high"...Not good enough. Charge them the fee, and leave me alone. When I asked them to remove my phone number from my account so they don't harass me in the future, I was told they would cancel all future appointments if they "can't get ahold of you for a verbal confirmation". Ummm you have my email address. You send plenty of stuff there ... "We have to have a Verbal confirmation." It's a "corporate policy". I stated that meant only people who could afford to have a phone deserved to have dental care. I pressed them, and asked if that was what they meant- they tried repeatedly to say it was a "corporate policy" before finally saying "yes". Ummm.... No. The availability of a phone is NOT A REQUIREMENT TO RECIEVE HEALTHCARE!! And yes. Dental care is healthcare. When I said I confirmed the MULTIPLE texts they've sent - I even sent screenshots - I was told the text system - "isn't working". Okay...1) why do I get multiple texts from a non-working system? And 2) that's my problem why If it's not working, you fix that problem. You don't create a written-in-stone policy that requires action from all of your patients due to the system you use not functioning. I was told they couldn't email me, as the system wasn't working ( along with their texting system). My request ( read as demand) for the District Manager to call me wasn't realized. I spoke to the office before 2pm, with no response from their District Manager. Funny how they can't be bothered to call me as PART of their job, yet I'm required to call them during my working hours or I will face consequences. My request for the District Manager's contact information was refused, noting it was "corporate policy" not to give it out. They would have to email her - which prompted the question "so you do have functioning email?". "You just told me a minute ago your text and email systems didn't work". No (to me) valid responses were provided to that question. So goodbye Sativa. goodbye Dr. Dominguez... I'll truly miss both of you. You've provided me with excellent care over the years. I just wish you weren't aligned with the corporate entity that is Perfect Teeth. The two of you deserve better... And so do I. I'll be there tomorrow at 9 am for my appointment, if only to request a copy of my records and to say goodbye in person. Anyone in Rio Rancho or North West side of Albuquerque have a recommendation for a dental office who won't treat me like garbage? Let me know!

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere!!! Super customer service by all dental assistants, especially the lady that cleaned my teeth. Super personality!! Great job!! Dale

Experiencia fantástica: Having recently moved to Albuquerque, I needed a new dentist. I am so glad I chose this clinic! Janet has been an exceptionally helpful and thorough receptionist, taking care with my new patient appointment and paperwork. The hygienist that handled my cleaning, Sativa, has over 18 years experience, and I was impressed with how quickly she worked whilst being gentle. I need some additional work done and I feel confident in the care that I’ll receive here. I don’t normally leave reviews, but Perfect Teeth Dental in Rio Rancho has been…well…perfect!

Experiencia negativa: I recently had an experience at perfect teeth that I need to share, in hopes of cautioning others about potential scheduling issues. I had booked an appointment online for what I thought would be a routine cleaning. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist that I would not be seeing the hygienist that day. Instead, I would only be receiving X-rays and an examination for cavities, with the actual cleaning scheduled for a later date. Double the Cost and Inconvenience This unexpected change means that I would have to make two separate visits, incurring two copays, and doubling the inconvenience. As someone with a busy schedule, this was far from ideal. The most disappointing part of the experience was the receptionist's attitude. She showed neither apology nor empathy for the scheduling mishap. Her demeanor suggested a lack of concern for the inconvenience caused to patients, which was quite disheartening. Based on this experience, I have decided not to return to this dental office. I advise others to be cautious when booking appointments here, as you may find yourself in a similar situation. Customer service and clear communication are essential in any professional setting, and unfortunately, this office fell short in both areas.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you everyone for the great work! It is always a good experience, quick, painless and professional! Everyone is friendly and helpful and always kind. I love the Perfect Teeth Plan which gives me a beautiful smile at a low cost! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dominoes was very careful to not cause me pain while putting pain killer in my gum line. The technical staff were personable and attentive. The front office staff were friendly and ready to help in any way. The whole office exudes positive personalities and are quality service oriented.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a new dentist for an emergency and Dr. Dominguez and his dental hygenist were amazing! I had a positive experience bcs they eased my anxiety. Highly recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: everyone was very friendly and service was great

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere, professional and friendly front desk employees. Hygienist and the Dr were really nice and made me feel very welcome.

Experiencia fantástica: All roles are competent, caring, and considerate. Glad to work with them.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr. Dominguez and Perfect Teeth for years. Best Dental care ever

Experiencia fantástica: This office has a great team! My family has been going here for care for years. We are lucky to have found them.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I went in for a tray fitting, and I was having discomfort with an absess. Dr. Dominguez, Sateeva and staff jumped on it right away with great concern! They did an xray, gave me direct antibiotics and sent me a prescription for antibiotics. I know they care about my gum health and teeth! They never fail me! Love my dental staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Was seen and diagnosed in a quick timeline.Xrays were taken,by Rita. She completed taking xrays in a timely manner.Great expierence.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with this place.I will not go anywhere else or see anyone else !!! I love Sativa and Dr D. The rest of the staff is amazing as well, thanks keep doing an amazing Job Perfect Teeth!!

Experiencia positiva: Visit 3/5/25 was for 6m cleaning. Was surprised to find out Dr. D was out of network for Delta Dental this year. I had to pay 20% of the charges. Would have been nice to know before my visit. Other than that Sentiva was her awesome self.

Experiencia positiva: Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of one of the girls that works here! Love the doc and everyone else here from the front desk staff on down. The one girl I believe whose name is Ameilia is ALWAYS EXTREMELY rude to me when I come here. She acts as if she doesn't like her job. Works very fast and messy and hurts me everytime. She's rough and always splashes water, toothpaste, etc all over me. Yeah I get a small splash might happen here and there but with her it's over the top. I'm looking into how I file a complaint with the board so that hopefully someone will either have a talk with her or remove her from here so that I don't have to choose a new dentist office over one bad person, because other than her everyone else here is friendly goes above and beyond and just does a great job! Thank you to the rest of you there that do take pride in what you do!

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service. Great Dentist and Friendly Staff

Experiencia negativa: Had asked billing to check before any dental work was done to be sure My Insurance was accepted, was told yes. After completion of Exam and Ex-rays was informed, perfect teeth could not do the extractions. Most of 6 months later, I received a full bill of over $500 for incomplete dental services by perfect teeth Rio Rancho. Insurance company paid majority of this charges, now in Jan 2025 ( 2 years after services ) received a bill for $150

Experiencia fantástica: I let my teeth get bad. I had 10 teeth worked on with crowns, and white fillings. My teeth look so nice. Brings my appearance back 10 years. Thank you for making my teeth look near perfect to on lookers.

Experiencia positiva: I Perfect Teeth is very caring and professional. They work together as a team to deliver quality care.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was professional and kind. I hate going to the dentist, I had a terrible experience when I was young, but they were friendly and kind. The prices were very reasonable, and as someone who has chewed tobacco for a lifetime, they didn't judge. I would highly recommend, and am going back to get all my dental work done!

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with this office. They always do a excellant job.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a SCAM. I have a dental emergency and need to be seen asap. Told the woman on the phone this. They lied and said they took my insurance, they don't. When I showed up for my appointment the receptionist said 'I tried to call you but we don't take your insurance. You can pay out of pocket though.' There is NO MISSED CALL from them at all. This lady lied once, then again, then tried to get me to pay them. Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing. Thank you for being a great example of an unprofessional, money grubbing, lying doctor's office. Shame on you.

Experiencia fantástica: The people here are both professional and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and providing good treatment and service

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at the office is friendly and, most importantly, competent.

Experiencia fantástica: This small Perfect Teeth office has always been a nice place to go to get dental work done. I saw Dr. Prenzell, the oral surgeon. He was honest and friendly and explained exactly what was going on with my teeth. I enjoyed the experience and encourage others to try going there.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I had an appointment for a check up & cleaning. The office staff checked me on and it was 2 minutes when hygienist was ready for me.The Dental Hygienist made me feel comfortable as she worked. Dr. Dominguez is quiet spoken, and I'm always at ease. Yes I am going back to them. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dominguez & his staff are always positive & kind when explaining any procedure. Appointments are on time & reminders are sent out in plenty of time. Thank you for taking care of me with patience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, extremely attentive and caring. Practically no pain removing two old crowns and installing temps. Doctor and Assistance were terrific.

Experiencia negativa: I called to make my kids appointment today and the lady helping was rude! I was obviously inconveniencing her when I called! I told her I would call somewhere else! Everyone there has always been awesome! I will go somewhere else! I’ve always worked in busy clinics, there’s no reason to talk to people that way! Making them feel like they’re bothering you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was nice from the moment I walked in. Each step was explained as I had not been to the dentist in a while. I highly recommend this practice.
