Opera House Dental

Experiencia fantástica: They were right on time - it was great!

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here since I was 15 yrs old. I was nervous when Dirk Hagen retired but dr Wilde and dr meadows have been great. I travel from Townsend DE to come to this dental office. I trust them with the care of my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always received top notch care from this practice. Stephanie always does a superior job.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was exceptional! The staff were very courteous. My appointment was at 11:00, I went back for my procedure, and was in my car by 11:20 ready to drive home. It was a pain free experience. It don't get any better than that!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe made me feel very comfortable. (I've had some bad experiences at other dentists) Everyone was very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was perfect. The cleaning was fast and gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: Finally - a dentist and team that you don't dread going to. Thanks Dr. Joe and team

Experiencia fantástica: Got called back in minutes and done in less that 1/2 hour.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience, even if it is the dentist..they are great!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was professional and very attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best dentist practice I’ve ever been to. The entire staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is friendly and professional. I used to dread going to the dentist until I went here. I will genuinely be sad when I have to switch offices once I move.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good. They accommodated me when I really needed a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Very warm, courteous, and professional staff. Thorough and informative. Loved the enthusiasm from everyone. Highly recommend this amazing group of people.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, friendly and professional care.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: What a positive experience. Friendly staff. Dr. Amy was so great. Will reccomened to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved 9 years ago from the area but I still come up from southern Delaware to Opera House Dental. Been going there for 60 years! Always so friendly and accommodating. Great dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Opera house for over 35 years. Wonderful place with wonderful people and best care. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience with the office. Will definitely recommend this team to anyone who needs good dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental work and people!

Experiencia positiva: The office staff and the assistant were very nice! That being said, I went there to get relief from 2 toothaches. One has to be seen by an Endodontist but I was not given any relief for the 2nd issue. I was hoping to make this my new practice but I left in a much pain as I went in with so probably not? I mean an xray was taken and some poking around but no actual work was done. I didn't feel like the dentist wanted to fix my issue. I was given antibiotics and some sensitivity gel was applied but then I was sent on my way. It could be that maybe because it is something done by another dentist she wasn't comfortable touching it, but if that's the case, I'm never going to get help. They didn't do anything bad, they just didn't do anything at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Meadows and staff were great! The care I received was Exceptional. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual I had a pleasant, comfortable, enjoyable dental checkup!

Experiencia fantástica: OHD staff is amazing! Very lucky to have them in our community!

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a tooth and was leaving for a two week vacation the next day. Dr. Joe squeezed me into his schedule and did a prep for a crown and fitted a temporary crown on it immediately. I was so grateful for this quick and professional response!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Opera House Dental. Friendly and helpful staff and no UPSELLING! Cleanings are quick, painless, and straightforward.

Experiencia fantástica: For years has Always been a great experience !

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great day after my visit. Everyone there are very nice and friendly. They all do great work.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at this office since I was a child, which makes it especially disappointing to see how much the quality of care has declined over time. I scheduled a routine cleaning months in advance, yet my experience felt rushed and inadequate. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, and I was finished and leaving by 4:15 PM. Within that short time, X-rays were taken and what was described as a “cleaning” was completed in approximately 10 minutes. The cleaning itself did not feel thorough, and it was ultimately performed by the dentist rather than the hygienist. Overall, the visit felt rushed and did not meet the standard of care I have come to expect. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning I will not be recommending this office to anyone either.

Experiencia fantástica: Love my dentist! Been going there for 30+years!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe and all the staff are terrific in the 3 or 4 years I've been using them.

Experiencia fantástica: We really like the team here at Opera House Dental. Thanks for taking such good care of my husband & I :) The whole office team is great and today I met Donna for the first time and I’ve never had anyone explain things quite like she did. Thanks Donna! Also we talked about the Lord which was great!

Experiencia fantástica: Service was excellent Dr Amy did a great job in fixing my teeth Thank you Dr Amy!

Experiencia fantástica: I been there for many years. A friendly office.

Experiencia fantástica: Competent and kind staff! Love Dr. DiSantis! Bridgett was very knowledgeable & kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to Opera House Dental for 40 years. Wouldn’t take my mouth anywhere else! The Hagans were always great, and now Dr. Joe and Dr. Amy are awesome, too. I saw Stephanie for a cleaning yesterday, and learned a few things, too. The folks at the front desk have known us forever, and keep the accounting straight. Everything about Opera House is top-notch!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, On-time, explain recommendations and enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole team makes me feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit to Opera House dental with DR Amy went well as she understood my problems and took care of most of them. Her assistant was also pleasant and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: They are Always on time for appointments . Dr. Joe is always professional . His work is always exceptional. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist not anymore. Everyone makes me feel comfortable .

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, courteous service from the staff there. An altogether pleasant visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a 911 situation with an existing crown that came loose. Opera house was able to get me in on short notice & re-attach the crown without any problems. Staff is very nice & professional. I highly recommend. I will go there for my dental needs in the future. A++++ SED

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. DeSantis provides excellent care and explains everything very well. I’ve never encountered anyone in this practice who wasn’t friendly and good at their job!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe and staff are awesome! I wish I would have found this practice years ago! Super friendly, fun, great with me and my kids, yet still very professional and informative as well. My youngest was always a bit leery of the dentist and they were always super patient with her. This last visit, however, she really came out of her shell and realized there was nothing to be afraid of and cooperated with everything. She even came home and played dentist with her Barbie dolls. :)

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Opera House was prepared to handle the issue ‘s that they discovered during their examination. They gave me information and instructions on how they would move forward with my issues. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their own dental needs checked out. They were able to answer my questions and fit me into their schedule in a timely manner.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience - they always take good care of me - friendly atmosphere...

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend this dental office for your dental needs. Everyone was so nice and accommodating when I’ve needed their services.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been visiting Opera House Dental since 2014, and I love it! The hygienists there are very kind and helpful. They do such a thorough job with cleaning my teeth, and I rarely feel any pain when they're doing it. Not only do the hygienists do their job well, but they also engage in friendly conversation, which (personally speaking) makes my experience at the dentist's office altogether fun and interesting. I would highly recommend Opera House Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Now this is a traditional dentist! Not only was everyone so nice, but this was the BEST, experience I had with having a tooth pulled. I will definitely be going back to Opera Dental... and no one was more concerned with getting me to sign my life away, I can not say enough good things about Opera Dental! Yes I fear the dentist, but I won't so much next time.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience from all the staff. The dental hygienist was exceptional. Very kind and really explained everything you my kids. I would definitely recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental office I've ever experienced. Professional, caring staff that deliver the BEST care! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and efficient. Glad I chose this practice 7 years ago.

Experiencia fantástica: The Opera House team is focused on patient care and best outcomes.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick, efficient and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are all kind and do their jobs well. I may not always look forward to a dentist visit, but I always feel well taken care of, especially by Stephanie and Dr. Joe!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going there for 60 years always great I really miss doctor John but doctor Joe is great too and the hygienist is sooo nice

Experiencia fantástica: First visit to this office. Hygienist and dentist were very thorough and caring of my health! Hygienist was very accommodating and staff was friendly. Will definitely make them my dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first appointment at this practice. The waiting area was warm and cozy. The front desk receptionists greeted you with smiles. They were caring, kind and helpful. I was early for my appointment. I was expecting to not be taken back until my appointment time or late like other offices. They took me back prior to my appointment time. The equipment appeared to be up to date, organized and clean! The assistant that had been taking care of me has been there for 35 years! To me that alone speaks Volumes! My dentist was amazing. She was very thorough during my entire appointment. Especially when reviewing my medical history. She explained everything in detail prior to the procedure. It was a very pleasant experience. I never once felt like they were rushed while with me. It's refreshing to know that here I didn't feel like a pay day or just a name on a chart. They even handle billing the insurance for me! This practice is top notch and I feel blessed to have found them!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was great...Amy does an awesome job!!

Experiencia positiva: I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:30 appoint. I was called back to the treatment area by the chair-side assistant at about 9:40 and placed in the treatment couch. Within minutes we were joined by either the dentist or the hygienist (I wasn't informed which), but she proceeded to clean and scrape my teeth. During my treatment the two women were engaged in a continuous conversation about some situation evolving the son of the assistant. Needless to say, the conversation between the two women made me very nervous and uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: R U N, don't walk, to this dentist! He is super smart, super nice, and super gentle in his technique. His assistants are also top-notch, working together with Dr. DeSantis to provide.excellent dental health care for us.

Experiencia fantástica: From beginning to end everybody was exceptionally fun, friendly and professional!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Waiting time is never long, and I received a thorough and quick cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentistry practice! Staff is professional and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable. Dr. Is great. Office is clean. My family loves coming here.

Experiencia fantástica: Opera House Dental has been a great patient experience for me. They do good work and ask good questions to determine dental issues. The dentists and technicians are understanding of people's discomfort with dentistry and are gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff friendly - easy to talk with and ask questions Excellent care!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a regular checkup yesterday with Stephanie, the dental hygienist and Dr. Joe. Very nice, concerned, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist office! Local and very friendly! Dr. Wilde highly recommended!!!

Experiencia positiva: Donna was thorough, knowledgeable and did a good job cleaning teeth. Also very personable. She offered to sell me a special fluoride treatment product for $20 and I'd get one free fluoride treatment while there. I did NOT get EITHER. I called when I got home and realized and the staff member ( maryanne? )said I was not charged. I'd better not be!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Wilde is the best, always a great experience

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody there is kind courteous and efficient great place to get your teeth worked on

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Honest, down to earth, no frills dentistry. The staff is always super pleasant and engaging. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: As always excellent and friendly care. Thank you

Experiencia positiva: I was disappointed the last time. Things have changed a lot since the Hagens are not there. My hygienists was a lot more pushy about getting X-rays then I’d prefer, and in general was trying to be kind about what she did see in my son and my teeth…but yet the environment felt too much like we have to follow all the rules. Personally, I still want choice, and kind care.

Experiencia fantástica: Really liked Dr. DeSantis and the Office Staff. Dr. DeSantis provided excellent care.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Opera House Dental. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Dr Joe is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have known Amy for a long time. She is very knowledgeable in dentistry. She is compassionate, caring and best of all very gentle and has never cause us any discomfort. Joe and Bridget are also awesome. This practice is the best and we are lucky to have them care for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience. It’s a vibe in there. Just really nice ppl helping to make you smile nicer

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, friendly, professional service. They are always prompt and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe and his staff are great people. I really appreciate them. I had a large gap in dental care and finding them was what I needed to get fixed up. Plus I enjoy the fun conversations going on while getting work done. Hard for me to contribute when mouth wide open tho.

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind and gentle Dr Meadows. Long drive from Lititz for an 82 year old but I love this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is never fun but this team of nice folks makes it something I don’t dread! Very friendly, great service & knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s like “Cheers”. Everybody knows your name ! Still treat you like family. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful as always! Helpful, kind and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient since childhood. The staff is very attentive and compassionate. With Dr. Joe on staff, they can do all kinds of procedures including root canals in-house. But they are very busy. So call for an appointment many months ahead.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe is one of the best, most kindest dentists I’ve ever been to. He takes his time and explains everything he’s going to do. I just had a cleaning done with their newest hygienist, Donna, and she was lovely. She really knows what she’s doing. I cannot recommend Opera House Dental enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Hygienist Stephanie and Dr Joe were amazing. The front desk staff make you feel welcome the minute you walk in!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe did a great job.. he is great with kids as well! Overall a great experience and my 5 year old loves going to the dentist!!

Experiencia negativa: The quickest most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. Neither person introduced themselves. They carried on a private conversation while working over me. The actual cleaning took under 15 minutes. My past experience for a cleaning have been with a hygienist with a doctor visit/check up. How would I have known the person cleaning my teeth was a dentist?

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I've ever had! Everyone in the office is friendly and cares!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome practice and amazing staff! Highly recommend!!! Best practice I have ever been to!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Opera House Dental. Everyone there is friendly and professional. They make you feel like you are part of the community in a small town way. Thanks for the great cleaning and care of my oral health.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff were professional and courteous. Very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, efficient professional staff! Very happy with my cleaning with Stephanie. Carol was so helpful, too! Dr. Joe gave good advice and even Karen peeked her head in to say, "welcome"! I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful care and extremely caring. They even called the next day to check on me.

Experiencia fantástica: Always welcoming, never have a problem with care

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at Opera House Dental!! Hygienist, Stephanie, takes her time and does a thorough job. She also answers all questions and is very knowledgeable! Dentist, Dr. Desantis, is also very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.
