Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome, The staff are amazing, the dentist is very knowledgeable and has done a wonderful job on my dental care since I first walked into his office several years ago.

Experiencia fantástica: Honest Independent Dentist with a fantastic staff. Been going to Fresh 32 Dentistry for years now and they are always on schedule and very thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Regards, Steve Crabb

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lalani is the best. Great staff. Clean facilities. Absolutely 5 stars across the board

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful experience. I’ve found my forever dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lalani and his staff are very professional, respectful and friendly. They take the sting out of a dental visit. They send you home with a fresh mouth and a pleasant disposition.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service from start to finish. Staff and dentist is very professional, courtesy, and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lalani is very good. I am very happy with the work he has done on my teeth. Very gentle and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff! Scheduling the appointment was easy and accommodating to my availability!!

Experiencia negativa: This place wanted to charge almost $1000 to remove a tooth. I won't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get scammed with your money. I paid $300 WITH insurance, wherein my friend who had the same procedure done to remove a molar (hers is on the right, mine is left but same spot) only paid $120 without insurance from a different dentist. I asked if there's a discount if I pay cash without using insurance since it's just to pull one tooth and it would be $900+ ----- I would've driven 22 miles to save but I don't have any other time off so just went and had them do it anyways.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start? I took my youngest son in for a cleaning, and I was highly impressed by the service provided by Dr. Lalani and his wonderful staff. Fast forward 2 weeks later and my whole family has been in their office for dental work! We absolutely love the office it’s new and clean. I’m normally not to fond of dentist offices but now we have a family dentist! Thanks again Dr. Lalani & staff!

Experiencia fantástica: From the receptionist to the dental assistant and doctor the treatment was phenomenal and there attitude was amazing came in to smiling faces and left happy with the treatment I received.

Experiencia fantástica: I think Fresh 32 are the best! They do an amazing job!!!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a very friendly atmosphere the the and iam happy with the service

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was phenomenal. They put me at ease and I felt very comfortable. Thank you for helping me get back to me. I’m so looking forward to all my treatments. Thank you again Dr Lalani and congratulations on your new bundle of joy!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and welcoming staff who immediately made me feel comfortable. My care was clearly explained every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. The provider was thorough, attentive, and professional. Overall, a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I have visited this establishment two times and they have a very friendly, approachable staff. They provided me with all necessary information and answered all of my questions, billing and otherwise. The dental staff and Endodontist are very professional and do a very good job of explaining procedures and reassuring me that I’m going to be OK. They also try to do everything possible to keep me comfortable and as pain tolerant as possible. Overall, I’m satisfied with the process, even though it can be difficult and uncomfortable at times.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm new to the area. This was my first dentist appointment in years. The staff was so nice and helpful. The dentist was very informative and polite. This was the best dental experience I've ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lalani and his entire staff are all best. You can really tell they care about their patients and we will go to them as long as they’re here. Best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Experiencia fantástica: From the front office to the doctor, the level of customer service is exceptional. I felt genuinely welcomed and treated like part of the team. The care I received is the kind everyone hopes for. Without a doubt, this is the best dental office in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental crown emergency. Not only did they take me in the same day but they were also very welcoming as I'm a new patient. Opened on a Friday which is a plus. Very clean office with nice & informative staff. We are new to the area & I think I found my new family dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent first appointment. Very thorough, thoughtful and excellent chair side manner.

Experiencia fantástica: April 19, 2025 was my first dental appointment with Fresh32. Being new to Texas from Michigan, I was looking for a good dentist. Everything about my visit was beyond my expectations. Everyone from the dentist to the staff was very professional and I felt very comfortable with my appointment and the treatment I received. I will definitely continue my dental care with Fresh32.

Experiencia fantástica: 1st time here and my experience was wonderful. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and taken to the back for imaging. The Dentist who attended me was friendly & informative. I appreciated his input and constructive Criticism as it has made me aware of things I've overlooked. The Dental assistant was nice, professional and offered her personal experience with invislaign which motivated me to move forward. Thank you. Side note: I move from creek crossing dental as I heard they were under new management and last time I went they were trying to do over $300 (out of pocket) fillings which did not make sense to me as I visit the dentist every 6 months and my last fillings had been exactly 12 months ago. I knew I needed fillings but not as many as Creek Crossing was trying to have me do. Fresh 32 examed my teeth with no knowledge of my previous experience and they came to conclusion that I needed 2 fillings (the molars that were causing me sensitivity) not no $300 worth as Creek crossing stated. Towards my departure from Creek crossing they kept calling me every week even though I asked them not to.. I ended up having to block them. ‍♀️ Prior to the new management I Loved Creek crossing though. But hello Fresh 32 I hope this is for the long run!

Experiencia positiva: The office was clean and well-maintained, and Dr. Lalani made my extraction as comfortable as possible. However, the overall experience could have been much better. I came in for an upper tooth extraction and was charged nearly $500, which felt high. The price included $29 for trays and an exam, $26 for at home extraction gel care but the extraction itself was over $300. (no insurance so this was out of pocket) I chose to proceed because I was in pain, but I left feeling disappointed. Their website states that first-time patients who receive X-rays and an exam receive free whitening gel. I was told I did not qualify because I did not have a “full” exam, even though I had both an exam and X-rays. I am not sure why I would need to return and spend more money just to receive the whitening gel — it seems like something I have already paid for. In the end, my tooth was successfully extracted, which I appreciate, but overall I expected better customer service given the amount I paid. It’s already difficult for patients as we search for care and read reviews, so good customer service means a lot to us.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall experience was great from the staff to my dentist. They seem to care about my concern and not try to push other treatments on me. Very comfortable and clean atmosphere as well. I will recommend

Experiencia fantástica: By far one of the most nicest and friendliest dentistry I’ve been too. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a dentist, this is the place to go. The dentist is so very kind and patient, and takes the time to answer all of your questions and make sure you understand exactly what is going on. And the office staff is so wonderful. They are always pleasant and cheerful. The whole staff from top to bottom made me feel like I was important to them. I had some extremely bad experiences with dentists as a child and young adult which has made me avoid them until there's a significant problem. I would have much better dental health if I'd had an experience like this earlier in my life. I highly, highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to get a root canal and it was fast, easy and absolutely painless ! I found my new dentist

Experiencia fantástica: I’m normally very very nervous to come in to have my teeth checked but i felt very comfortable here! Amazing workers and they just so happened to be playing Scooby Doo while i was having my teeth cleaned! Loved it!!

Experiencia positiva: Took my son for cleaning and was overcharged 200+. His dad works in insurance and reviewed the EOB ... had he not I would've been out $228. They did refund the overage after he called. Sad because all work should be honest. My review is very valid as it was at this location!!! Now people should really avoid since you want to insinuate this review is not accurate. I was given a personal check from a chase bank account for the refund. Would you like pictures ??

Experiencia fantástica: Good reception front desk, welcoming staff with good attitude and respectful. Doctor going through every step of explaining into detail and not rushing.
