My insurance company agreed to pay for an out of network appointment because they considered it an emergency situation. They reached out to Brighter Smiles who told me to come in within fifteen minutes after receiving the faxed information from my insurance company. The Dentist and hygienist were very nice and helpful in referring me to an Endodontist and Oral Surgeon. He also wrote out a prescription for an antibiotic and told me what to expect and how to proceed. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Lee is one of the best dentists I've ever had! His thorough examination of my mouth, throat, tongue and teeth was top notch. No other dentist has ever been this thorough. It gives me great comfort since I had a hx of cancer. And, the overall visit was excellent. Dr. Lee spent an hour thoroughly cleaning, polishing, flossing my teeth and measuring my gums. He was professional and kind. I would recommend Brighter Smiles to anyone. They are the best staff around. Some other medical practices out there could use Brighter Smiles to teach them the art of Customer service and professionalism. Was an extremely welcoming and comfortable facility from the girls at the front all the way into the back office- I felt comfortable, I didn’t feel embarrassed- they set me up with a treatment plan and was just overall very accommodating, very friendly, and a very comfortable feeling!! I will be switching my oldest daughter to them as well; she has high level dental anxiety; but from the comfort I felt there I have no doubt they will make her feel just as safe and comfortable

Experiencia negativa: I really appreciated this practice when they were at their previous location because they were reasonable, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that has changed with the recent transition. No one informed me that they no longer accepted my insurance, despite me scheduling this appointment months in advance. When my husband went to pay, staff insisted they had already made me aware of the insurance change when the appointment was booked, which simply is not true. If I had known they no longer accepted my insurance, I would not have kept the appointment for months. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the communication failure, they tried to shift the blame onto me. I also noticed another review from 5 months ago describing the exact same issue regarding no longer accepting their insurance, which suggests this was not an isolated incident. Patients deserve clear and honest communication, especially when it comes to insurance coverage and unexpected costs.

The young dental assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome to be there. Dr. Lee Fura was incredibly friendly and articulate. Very professional and informative about every proceedure and step for my particular visit. He has a great concern for patient comfort and most particularly to not feeling pain. He was very detail oriented in explaining things, and shared his knowledge to help me understand better my particular situation with my troubled tooth. I cannot express enough the warmth I felt since walking in the door, and how the staff really made me feel welcome and at home. Thank you all for your wonderful help in every way!

From making appointments for the whole family to my son’s first visit everyone was efficient and friendly. This was my son’s first time not with a pediatric dentist and he was a little nervous, but they took their time, explained what they were doing and were very friendly and gentle.

Brighter Smiles has moved into a larger building; their new office is brighter (no pun intended) than the one they outgrew and very comfortable. My hygienist, the same one who attended to me on my first visit, is wonderful, and the dentist once again exhibited an excellent "chairside manner" that kept me at ease after my cleaning. Once again, I am glad I chose Brighter Smiles to be my dental practice!

I have nothing but good to say about the full upper denture and lower partial I received from them. I can eat everything, and need no adhesive for either ones. I also had some cavities drilled and filled. I would highly recommend this office and staff to everyone. They definitely deserve five stars.

Janet was extremely gentle with the cleaning of my teeth. Also, Also, the dentist office has a chalkboard in the room with about 15 flavors of toothpaste! I thought that was awesome. I chose grape, of course. The dentist, Dr. Fure was friendly and knowledgeable, and made recommendations that were easy to understand. He knew about insurance barriers and treatment, and worked within the limits, while assuring I got the best dental care and experience. Additionally, the office staff was diligently working on retaining my records from my former dentist in Womelsdorf, that has the word smile in it. The office staff are friendly and do all the record transfers for you, if a release form is signed. A++++++++++++++++ Thank you for making my first visit great! I have recommended you to a friend already!

Experiencia negativa: Went to this dentist due to SEVERE pain. Told them I had already been taking the maximum Tylenol and ibuprofen combination and it was NOT even touching the pain. Also told them I am terrified of dentist due to trauma in my teens from a dentist. They do an xray which caused EVEN MORE pain as I had to bite down on the tooth that is infected, and then sent me on my way with a referral to someone else to have the tooth pulled and EVEN LESS TYLENOL AND IBUPROFEN THAN I WAS ALREADY TAKING and I'm already way over my Tylenol limit for the day!! Oh, but the antibiotic should help with the pain once it starts working IN 24 TO 72 HOURS!! Guess I get to be in agony for the next 3 days.
