Experiencia fantástica: I went in today, not knowing or having much hope that I would get help from them either I took my 92-year-old father with dementia and they were so patient polite and comforting and they helped me they understood what I was trying to do for my dad. I visited yesterday to inquire about having a broken wisdom tooth extracted, and they were able to fit me in for the procedure today. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff radiated positive energy and made me feel truly welcome. Mya, who performed my X-rays, was incredibly attentive and checked in on me throughout the process, which eased my nerves. The doctor who conducted my extraction was wonderful. He took the time to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable, making the entire procedure as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone in need of dental care. Experiencia fantástica: The dentist can be a very difficult place to go because I have Autism. The staff here was extremely nice and understanding. They treated me with respect and I was able to get my dental work done. I would recommend this place to anyone with Autism and/or sensory issues.

Experiencia negativa: Brian, the dentist, will gaslight you, judge you and treat you disrespectfully if you voice a concern or opinion that differs from his. Absolutely dissatisfied! $10,000 (Paid In Full) for dentures that don't fit, are lop-sided, hurt to wear and look ridiculous. I was told, by Brian, "Your mouth will adjust." They still don't fit. Thank you Aspen Dental for making a really difficult experience into an absolute nightmare!!! Would not recommend, go somewhere else!!! THIS is the response I received... seems a bit sarcastic... Hello Jeanine, I hope this message finds you well. I was reaching out in regards to an online review that you left on google. I will be more than willing to return the amount of $5,231 which you paid at our office. You will need to return the denture that we made for you but that allows you to use that money to put toward a new set elsewhere. Please give me a call once you receive this email. Not here continuous care with new fittings weekly/byweekly/monthly!!! Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Dental was ready to do any type of dental work even my dentures that I did not get the dentures that Aspen. They even offered to have me come in for an appointment that every day, but I came in at the very next morning. All the staff was very friendly when I arrived. Dr. Martin said my denture repairs could be done that every day within an hour the hygienist Zubeh examined my gums and explained the procedure for better gum health. She assured me the work would be done pain-free. Sara Was very knowledgeable on the best way get more value in my dental care. She showed me a $49 yearly discount plan. The plan pretty much gave you a 25% discount on most all your dental work for the next year. The yearly savings plan took affect immediately. My dental work today was $291 and Then she applied the yearly plan discount and I paid $209.69. I immediately saved $81.40. I recommend that anyone getting any type of dental work at the Aspen Oracle office to talk to Sara first. Angelica & Yadi Were on top of their game assisting Dr. Martin I want to thank all of the Aspen staff for a super great job. They did on this old man thank you very much.

The doctor and staff were polite and courteous. I felt at ease and well cared for. Receieved the free dental service. There is a 20 percent coupon , which will co.e in handy on my next visit. Starting from Becky who made my appt. to Nala (spell) the technician, and Sarah in accounting to Dr. Lee who was professional and friendly—This was the best dental experience I have ever enjoyed. This was an emergency as my wife and I were leaving the U.S. the next day and I had a broken bottom implant. The implant was not of their making but found a way to fix it. I am so very grateful for their immediate care of my emergency. I strongly recommend Aspen Dental clinic on Wetmore and Oracle to everyone who wants perfect and friendly care.

Experiencia negativa: I was seen at Aspen today a day before Thanksgiving for tooth pain Doctor says a severe abscess and needs to pull 2 teeth however cannot do it now because abscess needs Amoxicillin immediately to treat will call prescription to my pharmacy I stop at 6pm to pickup and there is no prescription Thanksgiving eve Aspen closed but they have an emergency number Fabulous I called and called and called 3 times and did not receive a response Thanksgiving with abscess , a swollen jaw and tooth pain and where is Aspen Preparing for a fabulous dinner abscess free ENJOY ASPEN If you need a dental office you can count on don’t go Aspen I WONT BE ANY LONGER

Dr. Martin was very helpful explaining what our treatment plan would be and patiently addressed any concerns. His assistants were all very friendly. I left the office feeling confident about the plans for my smile.update! Just had an extraction and Dr Martin and his assistant were amazing. It went smoothly and quickly.

Financing was available and quick. Office staff, the dental assistant and dentist were all great. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and very kind. Glad I came to Aspen Dental.

Experiencia negativa: The office staff was very nice and friendly, the facility is very clean and new, but overall I wasn’t comfortable making them my choice for dental care. If you’re able to have your care covered by insurance there, I’m sure it’s ok but I ended up seeking care elsewhere and finding a better option for dentistry. Update: I cancelled my upcoming appointment with Aspen, as well as responded to an email from their regional manager, and there is still a pending charge to my Care Credit. I asked via email when asked if any assistance was needed to please confirm the reversal of the Care Credit charge, and they have not responded. I also left a message for their office manager the day following my visit to cancel any upcoming visits.

Experiencia negativa: They accepted my insurance but are not members of Delta Dental Insurance Plan so they could charge me more than the insurance allows. I hope that they are happy with the extra $300. That is the last cent they will get from me. If I could give them less than one star I would. In my opinion they should not be allowed to rip people off like this.

Experiencia positiva: I had as good as experience as you can have, getting a tooth pulled. The staff is all very friendly and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and that I understood what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. The extraction was almost painless and quick.

Experiencia fantástica: First let me say, I chose this place because a co worker referred me. Sadly, I had extreme tooth pain but, while there I asked what do I have to do to fix my smile. I needed dentures and it is a process but Mya and the Dentist Brian basically held my hand every step ♀️ of the way. I cri3d atleast 3 times with gratitude. Mya is so patient. It is absolutely a learning process. I love my dentures. I love smiling. I eat everything just fine. Brian heard me voice my opinions about corrections and educated me as well. He was blunt and honest about the process. I am truly overall happy with Aspen. Most of all my toddler's tell me, "I love your teeth Mommy!".

Experiencia negativa: I called Aspen Dental to purchase a sensitive toothpaste they sell and had in stock. I was told I had to wait for the dentist to “approve” the sale. After a short wait, the dentist refused, saying I needed to schedule an appointment and get a cleaning done before they could sell it to me. This is an over-the-counter product I could easily buy on Amazon, but I was in severe sensitivity pain and needed it immediately. It felt like a tactic to push an unnecessary appointment and bill insurance instead of simply helping a patient in need. Thankfully, another dental office was willing to help me right away.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't been to a dentist in years but had a gum infection rightfully so. There was no judgement or criticism. Dr Martin has calmed my fear of dentists!!!! And Juleth the dental hygienist was so patient and caring with me. I have serious anxiety about drowning and the water going down my throat was causing me serious anxiety issues that I didn't disclose before but was evident with my blood pressure lol but I am pretty sure she could tell! Experiencia positiva: Who was seen at the Oracle location on an emergency basis it was great. I got a same-day appointment. I get there. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done. They gave me estimate of all the work that I need to be done which is great I appreciate it, but I only had one problem too. That had me in excruciating pain. I mean, crying in their lobby, crying through my x-rays crying through the exam I was quoted a certain price for just the one tooth extraction. I didn’t have the money the same day to get it extracted that day. I called back the next day to schedule they need the money upfront before they schedule the appointment that’s fine. I get the money together. I call schedule the appointment at the price. They quoted me two seconds later I get a call from Miss Sarah and finance to state there’s more money. They need to collect from me when she was the one who specifically told me and quoted me the amount that I called and paid. It is absolutely wrong to not divulge that information at the time that I needed it, I would have got the extra money but again she quoted me a specific price. I paid it and then was told I needed more money. It’s just not right I don’t appreciate it other than that. The staff was great back at the front desk is a beautiful energy and a great person. She has a smile and a kind, gentle voice. The Dentist was great Dr. Martin I appreciate him in his time the x-ray technician everybody was great if it wasn’t for the horrible finance lady, I would give more stars.

Experiencia negativa: Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I ignored the red flags about this dental office, and it has cost me tremendously—physically, emotionally, and financially. In my experience, this clinic is more focused on generating revenue than providing responsible, ethical care. I now face the long-term consequences of trusting them with my dental health—damage that has cost me tens of thousands of dollars and continues to affect my well-being. They pushed me into a completely unnecessary root canal procedure just so they could place a bridge. That root canal eventually failed and has since caused recurring infections—something I’m still dealing with today. They also pressured me into multiple deep cleanings that were not only excessive but medically questionable, all while racking up huge bills. Worse still, they extracted a perfectly healthy wisdom tooth (my third molar), claiming it was interfering with the healing of a root-canaled molar. Not only did that explanation raise serious doubts with the specialists I’ve since consulted, but I also began experiencing nerve-related complications following the extraction. The care I received at ASPEN DENTAL was not only substandard—it was reckless. I believe much of what was done was unnecessary, harmful, and driven by financial incentives rather than legitimate medical need. This office has a 4.3 star rating. Please think twice before trusting this office. I wish I had

Experiencia fantástica: Broken teeth made appointment online got in today what a great experience. From greeting when I walked in to all who did X-rays cleaning etc were friendly and professional. Options explained by dentist. Financing was available if I needed it. Could not be happier with my care my plan going forward need top denture but not surprised. On the downside, their prices seemed very high for the work I need done, but as I have not checked around or gotten a second opinion, they may be priced competitively.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter was just there for an exam and cleaning today. After the exam, where the dentist said her teeth looked good, no cavities, no issues, the hygienist came in, we assumed for the cleaning. No, they told her they old not do the regular cleaning that every dentist on the planet does with a routine exam, but that she would need to schedule additional appointments and pay $400 up front for “special cleanings” to prevent gingivitis. She asked them to do the regular cleaning and explained that she cannot pay $400 on top of what insurance covers today, for future appointments, and just wanted the regular cleaning. They refused and told her no cleaning (which was the sole reason she made the appointment today) and that she couldn’t even book the future appointments without paying the $400 today. She just aged out of our great pediatric dentist and we tried this place for location and availability but we will not be returning.

However I leave this one star review due to the absolute absurdity of their estimated costs of a "Treatment Plan" that is beyond highway robbery. $13,700 dollars for a root canal is beyond obscene, and the nudging towards getting a CareCredit card (Which has an interest rate set at 32.99% if not paid in-full within a set time frame!) horrifically predatory. While the staff were courteous and professional, I can not in good conscious leave a good review due to the predatory financial practices of this business.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I started going to Aspen Dental on Oracle in Tucson, AZ about a year ago. I will start by saying that it had been several years since either of us had been to a dentist and we both had some anxiety and shame surrounding stepping back into a dentist office. We both feared that we would be judged for not having taken better care of our teeth, but we were met with complete non judgement, patience and kindness. The entire staff, from front of house to back, is warm and helpful. We both had a significant amount of dental work to be done (including bridge work, crowns, root canal and deep cleaning) and how to finance it was another thing I was worried about. Within minutes, we both had complete plans for dental care printed out and given reasonable loan or credit options to finance it all. Thank you Becca for always making the money part so pain free! We really appreciate you!! I couldn’t recommend this dental office more and I feel that I don’t fear the dentist anymore because of them! Thank you guys!

Experiencia negativa: In 2022, I had a cleaning and a tooth extraction done here using my insurance, and it me nearly $1,200. On a second visit, despite having no issues with my teeth beyond their recommended "special cleaning," they quoted me almost $5,000—with the same insurance. Look this place up; they have a history of overcharging patients. There are plenty of reviews from people with experiences similar to mine. This clinic is a scam. Even if you have had x-rays in three years, they insist on taking a new set and charging you for it. It’s clear they’re focused on billing your insurance for as much as they can get. The good news? Nogales is less than two hours away, and dentists there don’t base their care around squeezing insurance companies. Avoid this place—it’s a joke.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Georgia, but I was visiting in Tucson, Arizona ... and would be in Arizona and California for 10 days ... when at breakfast in the hotel, one of my crowns fell out! After calling two dentists who turned down seeing me to glue it back in, I called Aspen Dental ... and they immediately understood the emergency situation and within 45 minutes I was in their lobby. They x-rayed me, checked out the crown and where it went, and Dr. Martin glued my crown back into place. I was in and out within one hour! What great service! Experiencia negativa: I have just watched my friend have to deal with a billing issue with Aspen Dental and I feel so badly for what she's going through. I sat in the room while she spoke with someone at the office today and they ridiculed her because she has been built three times now for a service that she only received twice. The lady on the phone was extremely adamant before she even looked at anything that my friend wasn't over charged. But when my friend asked for an explanation of what the insurance covered she put on hold and then came back telling her that she needs to have a manager contact her. She was told that yesterday. I was almost going to get dental work here done but now seeing the way that they're treating her over a simple billing issue is absurd. My friend remained calm but firm in her belief that she was overcharged and the lady accused her of getting upset and told her to stop interrupting or she would hang up on her. My friend was literally just trying to explain herself again to this company.

Experiencia negativa: I lost a filling on Sunday morning and started experiencing severe pain. I called Aspen on Sunday and asked for the soonest available emergency appointment to put in a new filling. I was explicit that the emergency required an immediate fix and they gave me an appointment for this afternoon (Monday). This morning I got a call from Aspen to make me aware that today’s appointment is only a checkup. They need full X-rays and to assess my gum health and may not be able to fix the filling today. They can try but not guarantee. Talk about BAIT AND SWITCH. I have a dentist in Nogales so I only need pain relief. Apparently after making me think I had a solution to the pain I’m back to square one. Greedy and unprofessional.
GS, we apologize for any misunderstanding. New patient appointments include x-rays and full comprehensive exam with the doctor and hygienist. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment on the same day, but it’s not always possible.
Experiencia negativa: When they were making my denture they were very helpful even to rebuilding it because the tech who did the original fitting did not listen when I said it wasn't going to work. It literally fell out when I opened my mouth. Later a tooth came off the denture and they did put that back on. However there was sloppy material up the back side of the teeth and eventually that separated and came off leaving a rough edge to cut my tongue. When I called to have it repaired under warranty, I was told it wasn't a big enough issue to repair under warranty and they no longer accepted UHC Hmo's. Even after an official complaint they refuse to move off their policy. I do not recommend.
