I'd never been happy with them since I got them. And she wanted to charge me for them. And since the manager wasn't there, she said she couldn't do nothing for me

I have horrible dental anxiety but i had alot of work i needed to get done. the staff here are awsome I have never felt uncomfortable visiting all of thr ladys are very kind. He has a great team behind his operation and the dentist is all i could hope for and more. He triple checks to make sure your as pain free as possible during and after your visit The dentist is honest,caring,and good at what he does. Hes real down to earth and dosent have that arrogance ive come to expect at other facilitys. He does good work and there pricing is the most affordable I have found. Thank you for helping me. Not having constant pain in my mouth from broken and infected teeth has improved my quality of life exponentially.

My husband broke half of his front tooth off and needed a crown. The cost was reasonable and you can’t even tell he has one! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had 3 implants put in. Service was good and friendly. I was at about 2500 an implant from start to finish. So 7500 that’s a great deal in the industry. Implants take a while, set it wait 3-4 months for healing gums, then take molds , then wait 4-5 weeks for finished tooth

Experiencia negativa: Edit: The day I posted this, the manager called me to talk about the review. She is new and was not there when my incident happened. She assured me that there had been no incidents with this dentist since she has taken over and that he would be employed with them for the foreseeable future. My feelings about the dentist have not changed, I did not like the way he talked to me. But, I am willing to concede there are probably a lot of patients that have had no issue with him and this new manager seems to care about the practice. It was not my intention to hurt the business but when I saw Dr Fields was still employed there, I did feel a responsibility to leave a review. Dr Fields was attempting a root canal, I had initially asked to go to an endodontist but he said no, this is a simple procedure so he could do it. I went ahead and let him. During the procedure, the drill bit broke off in my tooth. They said they would have to refer me to a specialist, glued a temporary crown on with some stuff that smelled and tasted like chemicals that shouldn't be in my mouth. The fumes burned my tongue and throat. Dr Fields then sat down to talk to me and blamed me for the drill bit breaking off. When I got to the specialist, they couldn't get the crown off so they had to finish the root canal by drilling through the crown. This is not the first time I have heard of this doctor blaming a patient for something going wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m over 3 weeks post extraction with the premium immediate dentures and after a few adjustments on my lower denture I was able to eat a burrito yesterday with no pain or adhesive. The staff are friendly and helpful with any questions I’ve had and even when I get there early they get me right in, no wait time. I will update the review with pictures once I get my permanent reline.

Experiencia negativa: Jordan needs to be fired. Manager who doesn't treat people with respect. Manager who doesn't listen to people and what concerns they have after the product is completed. If you want a place to take your money and regardless of outcome make you keep the product , this is the place for you.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. Jordan the Manager needs to be retrained on how to treat people. Literally yelling at another customer while I was in office, then he started in on my family. Very unhappy with final denture product. The other denture location said that there was a handful of issues and Jordan will not transfer the money.

Experiencia fantástica: My son and I went for cleanings a few days ago. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. All staff members were very nice and professional! During his exam, three cavities were found on my son so we needed to schedule a follow up visit. Also, he has one wisdom tooth which needs to be removed surgically. They were able to get him in the next day for the fillings, which went exceedingly well, and sent off the referral for the surgery. I can’t say enough about how well our appointments went, and especially how friendly and helpful the staff were! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely come back and bring the rest of my family!

Overall I am happy it just took a couple of weeks to get them to fit comfortably. Ashton and Kaley were so friendly and patient working hard to make me comfortable. Kudos to them!

Experiencia negativa: Made three sets of dentures and I couldn't wear any of them. Tried to charge me extra to put the abutments on my implants after I refused the dentures. After my account was paid in full. I had to get a refund for the dentures and go somewhere else to get my dentures made. One implant is in my gum line and doesn't match up with the other side which keeps my dentures from snapping down tight and it pops off every time I try to eat. And it is infected. I have to go pay to have a taller abutment put on that side which will cost me $225. extra.

I felt lied to and deceived by the manager/receptionist .dhe led me to believe she was lab and was not … . she had lied to me and misled me … the dentist tried to make it right … he doesn’t know what she does is my opinion… she lied about my medication and my personal property .. she gave me someone else’s medication … etc … made no attempts to have a satisfied customer Was very argumentative about my personal property that she kept .. very unprofessional and unexceptional services Thank you Danya Thompson

Experiencia negativa: I went to this company for two implants. Pay these people in full. Two or three months after the crowns were installed, One of the crowns came loose. After numerous attempts to remove the crown, DDS paid for me to go to a specialist to remove the crown after two hours of sitting in a chair, The specialist was able to cut the crown off, and told me more than likely the implant its self was stripped out in my jawbone, The specialist then relayed to DDS that information. So they just proceeded as normal that nothing was wrong and made another crown when the replaced crown was put in at the appointment they had some trouble getting it in as the implant it’s self was stripped out. The Crown lasted for sometime not even a year before it was having problems. it is my fault for delaying to Pursue treatment . I figured since we had already had previous problems, they would stand behind their word. But they claim that there is only a one year warranty on implants. They should be required to advertise that in their commercials or explain that to the customer. I had no idea there was any time constituents attached to this defective product. I went back to DDS to have them remove the crown because it was loose after about an hour and a half of the office staff trying to get this crown out of my mouth. It was done they took impressions and sent off for a new crown. I thought OK we’re going to get this fixed. But when the crown was complete from the lab and sent back to DDS, they wanted $1400 to put it back in the implant that was stripped I went back to the specialist who reminded me that the implant was stripped. Now I have to have the implant removed out of my jawbone at my cost of $1100 and maybe they can build the jawbone back up but the specialist says that the second time an implant is installed. It is less likely to work. This business has changed hands at least three times since I have been going to DDS. I would steer clear of these people and go to a reputable Dentist that is established with a long history with his office instead of these fly by nights that go in and out of DDS.

Experiencia negativa: Had all top teeth pulled in Jan 2023, have gone round and round with them...these teeth DO NOT FIT RIGHT, NEVER HAVE, SO, now l have what looks like only half of my face can smile... These teeth are CROOKED, I HATE THEM
