Experiencia negativa: So here's the deal. This is one of those flip a coin to see what kind of experience you get. As far as me and my fiancee, we had to get him many extractions. That first run around, they had to pull 8 teeth. Our first dentist decided to leave some fragments to promote dental health, which was fine, until a bone spherical started protruding through the gums. We've had to go back twice, meeting with a different dentist from before, who treats dental care like an express zone. This second doctor is supposedly a pain management specialist, goes around the world, does talks about innovative dentistry tools.. But here's the deal: Because of how they rush, because of how they don't communicate, because of how long it takes for them to follow through on their promises, my fiancee has been suffering from sleepless nights, for a WEEK, from those bone sphericals. We called them every day to get it taken out because no other dentist would touch it. Hmm wonder why. Probably because it was a messed up situation, didnt want to be liable. Finally this culminates to today where he finally got it out, with NO NUMBING. Why? Because they didnt set us up, didnt call us back, the first doctor ignored my fiancee's questions about the painful bone spur, because it took them so long to do their job--it got too infected for any numbing medicine to get through. And so I watched him shake and writhe as an inch long bone spur was finally extracted. I asked if they could calm him down, with nitrus (which isnt the right thing to do, Im not a doctor, but he looked like he was having a seizure).. And this female doctor who had been just ripping and pulling and stuff looked at me with the most attitude I've ever seen a dentist have. She then clarifies with him that "this was the only way it could have possibly gone, take it easy." Sounds like someone's trying to cover themself. Unprofessional. Honestly the worst dentist I've ever seen. Will never go back.

Experiencia fantástica: One Of Thee Best Dental Offices Ever Starting With The Front Desk Couldn’t See Myself Going Anywhere Else

Experiencia fantástica: I previously wrote a bad review about this place because of payment options, well after that review the office called me and really wanted to help me out and they found an affordable solution to my problems. They are able to work with me on payment options and that's the one thing I wanted. I had an extraction this morning and it literally took like 5 minutes, it took longer to get me numb then the procedure itself. And not to mention before the procedure started I was very anxious so anxious I was shaking, and the staff made sure to take care of me and calmed me down so I would be comfortable. I definitely would say this place deserves that five stars now and that is why I needed to come back on here and update that they will try to help you out.

Experiencia fantástica: I’d made it nearly 5 decades avoiding dentists until I got my first toothache last week. I called and they got me in the next business day. I assumed it would be a simple consultation and I’d have to make a second appointment to actually have anything done, but nope, I walked out one wisdom tooth shy. I also have a horrible fear of needles. I explained this to the staff and they were very understanding. I still had to face that fear, but they were great and I left feeling like it hadn’t been that big of a deal. This experience has left me wondering why I waited so long to get things taken care of. I highly recommend Dr Kooken and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Starting with the front desk staffing. They are amazing. They got me in quickly ran my insurance. They even recognized my name when I checked in. Secondly, the clinical staff was amazing. They went above the job description and customer service. With me being so nervous they let me know what they would do. They gave me a blanket and made me comfortable. The Doctor was great, he told me the plan and never made me feel uncomfortable. I’m so glad I choose them.

Experiencia negativa: I know my post will be deleted by dental depot but at least a few potential customers will see this before hand. Avoid dental depot at all cost. They made us wait almost an hour after our appointment time and then forgot about us and new walk in were getting service. Here’s the kicker. Once my fiancé went in the back for a filling. They told her she needed dentures and wanted to pull ALL her teeth out and on top of that they didn’t want her to leave. As I’m told they stood in her way and tried to hurry up and get the paperwork to process the claim. Had I known all this at the time I would be retrieving my fiancé regardless. And yes I after learning what transpired I called dental depot in Tulsa hills and I informed them I will be getting on every social media site to help them out since they did such a wonderful job

Experiencia negativa: This makes no sense I need my denture looked at that broke a piece off. That’s it. They want to charge me $90.00 for exam and X-ray then charge me more to fix it. You guys should be ashamed of yourself ripping people off. What do I need X-ray for that’s a bunch of crap. When j first got them they would make appt after appt saying each time the dentures will be in and they still aren’t in. It’s an insurance scam so they can keep billing someone over and over I don’t see how you can sleep at night you should be locked up just like I would be if I ran a scheme on a person like this. Someone needs to look into this crap it’s crazy

They set me up for an appointment, took the time off work arrived on time to my appointment just so they can tell me they didn't have me on the schedule. They didn't even bother trying to squeeze me in, I had an email confirming my appt and all. Then here I go giving them another chance, I called a few days prior to my next appt and thank God I did because again she said I wasn't on the schedule apparently my doctor wasn't even in town, not ones did they call me to notify me or to reschedule the appointment. I told them I needed to be seen asap because I was having pain. She told me I would have to come get re examined because my doctor wasn't present and another doctor would have to see me so she confirmed the time and day , I show up and they tell me I'm not on the schedule because nothing wasn't confirmed. I said confirmed? I was on the phone with y'all and we confirmed everything together. Here Iam waiting, wasting more time. I won't come back, this is such an inconvenience. I ended up walking out, they never got to me. I waited for over 30 minutes!

They were unfriendly and not professional. After using Dental Depot for 5 years I can’t say enough good things about them…the friendliest staff I have ever encountered and the dentists are the BEST!!

Timber did an outstanding job on working with me to get them to fit absolutely perfect. To the point of happy tears. Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic Experience at Dental Depot! I had an amazing visit at Dental Depot! I arrived right on time for my 8 AM appointment and was seated immediately—no waiting at all. I didn’t have my insurance info, but the front desk staff went the extra mile and looked it up using my employer, saving me a ton of time and hassle. During my routine check-up and cleaning (the hygienists were wonderful—friendly, gentle, and thorough), I mentioned a tooth that had been bothering me. Dr. Caytlin quickly assessed it, explained that I needed a filling, and took care of it right then and there. She made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time and was very cautious around the sensitive area. Best of all, even with the cleaning and filling, I was in and out within the hour. Efficient, professional, and genuinely caring—Dental Depot exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed in this location. I transferred due to moving and I have been waiting a month in a half for just numbers that’s it. I just need an amount and have not heard back I call and get told I’ll get a call back and wait no call back so I call and get smooth attitude from Megan and then yet again get told oh I’ll work this up and call you back. Yeah sure. I’ll give till end of business today but if I don’t hear back I am going elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience not all dental depot is like this. Broken arrow on top of it. Tulsa hills not so much

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Caytlin Eidson and her hygienist Eon are a dynamic duo! They squeezed me in after a horrific debacle at a different dental company, and were the most amazing dental office I have seen in my life. I needed to use my insurance up before the month ended with a sudden change to plans and I have extreme medical/dental anxiety. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and phenomenal, just beyond kind and accommodating. The dentist was so thorough and talented and she and the hygienist put me at such ease that I stopped shaking for the first time during a dental procedure. They fixed my tooth so quickly and did an amazing job. They are even squeezing me in again in 3 days so I can have more work done before the month ends and not waste any of my benefits. I’m beyond appreciative and so grateful. I went from shaking to feeling more relaxed than I ever have in a dental chair. It was clean, organized, and so well run. Love the trains and decor so much too. Nothing to even consider complaining about. Just thank you so much. Real medical anxiety is difficult to live with and is so embarrassing, but they made me feel like I shouldn’t be embarrassed and really listened to everything and cared. I am having more done I needed in a few weeks when my insurance switches and I even set up my daughter to start coming as her primary dentist and my dad is going to start too! They got 3 new patients and I am already recommending to everyone! A friend with similar anxiety had a really bad experience at another location so I recommended the Tulsa Hills office and the dentists there. Even if you think you don’t want to try because of old reviews on other doctors, they are good enough to try again! Just so fantastic!!!!!!

Instead of doing a simple fix on my chipped veneer, it was instead suggested I get work done totaling around $5,000+ dollars. I am on SoonerCare! I don't have that kind of money lying around!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment. Waited about 25 minutes and was seen. A little reboot with their machine. However under an hour I was out. They took care of my pain. And of course I was nervous and scared. But less than a minute I was done. Every lady was extremely nice and understanding. Explain how things are going to be and it was over before I know it. Again. I am happy with these people and their positive vibes/attitudes. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to others.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had the worst experience with this place nothing Don’t ever go on their word had a root canal done the office people are ridiculous. Do not know what they’re doing had an appointment for 330 to get my root canal done didn’t get in the chair till five which you can tell on their website they close at five. They tried to rush it and have me come back another time because they overbooked. I chose not to didn’t get out of the chair till 730 in pain didn’t explain to me the oral gel that they Sent me home wife complained on a Facebook page and one of the doctors called me back in and reviewed my root canal which was not completed right had to redo. It told me that my insurance was maxed and I had to pay 800 and some dollars. I agreed upon it paid half of it and then the new doctor told me that I didn’t have to pay the last portion due to all their mishap in the office with scheduling and me having To come back and get it redone Then four months later, I get a bill in the mail For the full amount, Call them and told them about the Bill didn’t get back with me for three weeks. Had to call again then they say my insurance was maxed and then I actually owed more which is what they told me before I even got it done said that they messed up and they are gonna give me a deal to pay half of the balance that I owe which I already paid I have had nothing but problems with their office staff One lady named Megan was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I would never recommend Dental depot even though the doctor Kaitlyn was a great doctor but office staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and neither do some of the dental assistance or the first Dr. Gavin, who is now in Owasso who messed up my root canal in the first place and had me sitting in a chair with my mouth open for an hour and a half

Experiencia fantástica: Always excellent! Yes, you may find it hard to believe, the word excellent, being used in the same sentence as dental appointment, or dentist office, however, it’s true! They are always great, I’ve never left unhappy, and I’ve had a lot of dental work, (over 3 years) done at Dental Depot, in Jenks, OK., Dr Caitlyn is excellent, I might add. The entire staff have been great! I’ve recommended several friends, and my fiancé, to this office. They are great, from the younger ones, all the way up to my age, lol we’ll just say around 50… Don’t be scared, give them a chance. K

Experiencia positiva: Great experience. Needed emergency care and they were scheduled to close within 30 minutes but worked me in to do an extraction on a broken tooth. I was not near my hometown since I had a business meeting and they were a huge help. I’m pretty nervous about dental work anyway but they were very reassuring and pain was minimal and a great relief from what it was when I arrived.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr C was SO friendly and informative! We were originally sent to a dentist who ended up not accepting our insurance, they referred us to Dental Depot at 4:15 pm. We got there within a few minutes, asked if they do walk ins, and they saw my daughter same day that late in the day. We never felt rushed, we were welcomed, and they took EXCELLENT care of my daughter. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone

Experiencia negativa: The staff in this office in 71st (at least a couple we dealt with) were rude and arrogant. We had 3 children scheduled at 4pm and one lady came with an attitude about how we missed a 3:30 appointment. She said it would go on our record forever. Really nasty and unprofessional. We showed them our appointment card. No apologies from them. I canceled all 3. We will not use then any more.

We had the good fortune of walking into this location and speaking to Evelyn (I hope that's correct, I was in some pain.) She listened and stepped up into action and spoke to the Dental staff and actually arranged for them to pull my tooth! I know SHOCKING!! Then the Dentist prescribed a few actual PAIN MEDS WITH NO BS & antibiotics. Took my insurance, scheduled a future cleaning and BAM! I WAS OUT THE DOOR!! THIS PLACE IS WHAT DENTAL CARE IS SUPPOSED TO BE. ... THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH....

Experiencia fantástica: The lady at the front I did not get her name maybe in her 40’s or 50’s. She was the one at the front desk when I came in but did not even helped me or let me know what to do since I was a new patients. I was sitting there for maybe 30 minutes until I went and asked the other lady is there anything I need to fill out or do I need to Check in. She was very nice she apologized and tell me I have to fill out some information on the tablet. However the nurse and Doctor were super awesome. They were super nice and friendly too. I was in pain but they took care of it in no time. Very much appreciated… and the girl that helped me schedule my next appointment was very helpful and kind too. By the way the nurse told me they prescribed me with some medication to pick it up from the Walmart pharmacy that I provided but when I got there they told me there was no prescription under my name. I kindly ask please help me with that situation so I can go and pick it up. Thank You

Upon arrival for a Tuesday appointment, I was told had been canceled due to my “failure” to confirm the appointment Monday. Total lie. Calling one resulted in a message about technical difficulties and the other was never answered.

Experiencia fantástica: Listen, I normally do not like new dentists! I had found one i never wanted to have to switch from but today, I found someone else at this facility and I am SO glad! I had a chipped tooth and it looked terrible. I was unable to get into my normal dentist for another 3 days and I just did NOT want to have to wait that long to head back out into the world with a nice full smile. I gave this place a chance and they knocked it out of the park! I'll be switching over to this office and recommending to everyone I know.

Dr. Eidson and her staff are superb and provide an excellent experience from start to finish. I would rather smash all of my teeth out with a rubber mallet than trust anyone else for my dental health needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Caitlin Eidson is super AWESOME!! Her bedside manners with children is impeccable. Our 9 year old will be seeing her into adulthood. Her assistant is also amazing. They are both very patient and caring. I also like how the staff willingly interacts and freely supports each other as needed.

Experiencia positiva: Really great staff. Especially the dental assistant working with Dr. Scott. Explained things carefully and thoroughly. Office explained costs in detail. Pricey, but when is dental work not pricey, right? Clean facility. However, I am autistic and epileptic and the place is a bit too bright and the music as well, for me. Not their fault. Great ambience for those who aren't overwhelmed, overstimulated, and stressed by such things. I'll still return because Dr. Scott is great, patient, professional, friendly, caring, and kind (as well as everyone I encountered), but now I know to wear my sunglasses and noise cancelling headphones.
