Through this process of getting permanent Implants, I have found Dr Mark Geddes to be very knowledgeable, kind and most of all AFFORDABLE! The staff at Mt. Ogden Dental and Implants have made me feel very comfortable and have been great working with them. I strongly recommend getting ahold of them for anything mouth related. In that time, one or another of us has experienced every dental problem you can have, and we've been happy with the way Dr Mark handled them all. Dr marks staff is friendly and helpful. He made sure to call personally and check on them the night after their procedure and his whole office stayed in contact during their recovery process! Even when Dr Sorenson was out of town and we had a question, he responded and helped us get the care we needed. I’ll forever be grateful for him and his staff. Experiencia fantástica: Efficient and professional. I had gone to another dentist for tooth pain and after 8 x-rays, that dentist couldn't figure out what was causing the pain . I went to Mark Geddes, he took a single x-ray and in 30 seconds he could tell that I had a cavity. And the cost of treatment was 1/3 of what it would have been at the other dentist. I highly recommend him. He has been serving the residents of Ogden for over 20 years. A+++

He is exceptionally current in all aspects of dental care; performing a full range of procedures ‘in-office’ without ‘farming-out’ work to others… enabling me to get great treatment from a single source instead of ~3 or more doctors. He provides a single point of contact with full insight of my history/circumstances; rather than multiple doctors in the event of follow-up care or resolving unforeseen complications. I’m unaware of another doctor with the same proficiency and scope. The office is fully equipped and up-to-date, including imaging/diagnostic devices. The Office Staff are welcoming and accommodating; and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, careful and practiced; exceptionally well-qualified and experienced. I rate them with the highest regard.

I was told that these teeth that broke a long time ago couldn't be pulled so needless to say when I went in to get them pulled I was a nervous wreck. Two minutes all 3 were out. That fast no pain. They care so much about their patients. I really could go on and on about them. Prices are good I didn't go broke. I seriously recommend them to anyone who needs to see dentist. Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly listen ed to my dental needs and I'm fixing to move out of state and they fit in 3 apt. for me bein booked they said they are very convenient and are willing to do all they can for you. I'm very happy with them and give them 5 stars other 2 dental clinics they wouldn't pull my wisdom teeth due to not causing any problems although this clinic agreed they need to be pulled because they're crowding my teeth and had the most tartar on them now affecting my gums and bone mass.

Experiencia negativa: Had a tooth extraction and everyone was super nice. However, after my surgery, I was experiencing some not normal healing and texted the doctor. I got back wildly unprofessional texts and just lack of care from the doctor. Telling me time and ibuprofen is all that is needed for a dry socket. Yeah.. infection definitely doesn’t exist. Won’t be going back. And thanks for letting me know that “numbing solution” was available. Because as mentioned above, you said time and ibuprofen is the only thing we can do. Again, wildly unprofessional.

Aubrey when she got to spend the one time helping with my teeth I felt so careful she was so attentive she was just flat out great. Suzie knew I was scared because of the past experiences with my teeth and how nobody cared didn't really care if I was numb as long as they got the money I have trauma from dentist but Susie made me feel safe she helped me understand what was going to happen, she understood and she made me feel extremely safe. I wish Aubrey would be able to go back and help a lot more because I felt as if I was a person instead of another patient and Aubrey made me feel as if I was a person she needs to help him a lot more because a lot of other people will feel the same way. I feel this is a great place to go get your teeth done or whatever you need they will take care of you especially these two women, they are what you call super women powerful women excellent women. She told me they were not a bank and I needed to pay every month i told her very kindly i was sorry and i would try not to miss payments but no sympathy whatsoever from her, at this point ide rather pay collections than pay them.. (She's also left me voicemails saying I shouldn't hang up and I'm so rude) unprofessional in my opinion. I believe her name is Susie it's the one who's always talking for everyone in the front desk for some reason it seems she's favored Update to your response: I've been going since 2022 and have had multiple procedures done so that balance is not just from one visit. Yes I've missed payments but I've always tried to keep paying..

She is the MOST RUDEST AND INCONSIDERATE PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, SUSIE IS VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. I will NEVER RETURN (including family members) we will take our business elsewhere. Guarantee Susie will be blasted on all social media. About her unprofessional status will never recommend Mount Ogden dental to anyone. Terrible terrible experience!!!
