Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office greeted us with a smile. Of course, schedules get busy and we had a little bit of waiting before we had our consultation. But we were checked in on a few times to make sure we were doing good. That was nice. The wait was definitely worth it. Dr. Joseph was fantastic. I loved that he addressed our daughter since it his her mouth that will be get the work done on. He talked to her so she could understand what to expect and gave her all the details needed to be ready for her braces. And of course, answered my few questions too. The Billing department was just as nice, you really felt like you have been going there your whole life. We cannot wait to start this process with you. And give our daughter the best smile she can possibly have.

Experiencia negativa: I hate this place I can feel hanging flesh of the side of my cheeks on both sides my cheeks are bleeding and they carelessly placed my brackets on while chatting because they just want money and don't care for their customers. Never go to this place they are just a cash grab who doesn't bother to actually do the job right and they don't care for the comfort of their customers.

My teeth ended up shifting slightly only where I would notice (my fault for not wearing my retainer) and Dr. Laponzina told me if it were him he wouldn’t spend the money since it was minor. I appreciated that he wasn’t just looking for a buck and actually gave me his honest opinion. I ended up getting them anyways and the process was nothing but smooth and my teeth look great! I first saw him in middle school for braces, and even now in my adulthood, he remembers me and my spacing issues very well and is quick to accommodate my needs. The office staff are equally kind and attentive to patients. Setting up appointments, even last minute ones, are simple and never take too long to coordinate despite his large clientele, which is impressive. I really don’t think there’s a better orthodontist out there. Thank you, Dr Laponzina and team, for all you do!

She repeatedly confirmed what we are doing to make sure we get the right thing. Ms. Kim was amazing as always. Fit us in a last minute appointment and even gave us an alternative and more affordable option for our replacement. The facility is clean and comes with lots of advanced technology. What an impressive orthodontic practice. Highly recommend!
