Experiencia negativa: Everyone have been great, as far as the end product, that is still a question to be answered, the idea of the snap in denture with an open pallet was far better than standard, when I got my top plate it had to be cut multiple times and then had to be made a second time, the second plate fit much better , pallet is still to big and hangs down. The back on one side doesn't really lock down because the implant is at the gum line. I've been wearing them for maybe six months and while eating I had a tooth break free from the plate already. I do like the people there extremely, the advantage over standard dentures is amazing, the cost of 20 grand i would expect a little better fit and durability. I will update my review after I get in to have these issues resolved.

Experiencia negativa: This is the bottom of the barrel! I would not recommend going there ever. Dentists change like underwear, a new surprise every visit. Proprietor unknown and procedures mediocre at best while agreed and documented treatment plan seems to change on the fly without rhyme or reason.

Experiencia negativa: The procedure was okay. The doctor made sure I felt no pain. But having difficulty afterwards and they will not answer calls I have been working with this office now for 8 months. The removal of my teeth was done with solely the dentist. He did not use suction at all and got mad when I got sick from all the blood and chased me out quickly. There were no other employees in the building at the time of service. Verified by the person who was my driver. I had to have two sets of temporary teeth and numerous coats of treatments afterwards to try to get them to fit. The staff that had been there all left at one time in December. There has been some temporary staff brought in but mostly dentist alone in building. I have not been able to eat anything solid at all and my health has suffered. I have lost over 40 pounds and this has not been a concern with the dentist at all. I have a bill with the ER for over $20000.00 due to collapsing from no nutrition. Yesterday I left 23 voice messages and never received a call back. Called today and the dentist made and appointment for next week. Then called back to get me in tomorrow as it will be his last day working there. Why make an appointment for next week if you knew there would not be a dentist working. This office is been a total nightmare.

If you understand the process of getting dentures, you know there's a certain amount of trial and error to get the fit correct. This is especially true if you are healing from extractions, since the bone is shrinking and remodeling itself for 6 months to a year. That said, I have to say the staff here is always kind, friendly, and gentle. I especially want to highlight McKinley. This young lady is truly an asset to the business! From beginning to end, she was warm and caring, explaining each step of the process and paying close attention to my comfort. She really lightens the atmosphere of the office. It was a pleasure to get to know her. The office is clean and comfortable, and you will be made to feel welcome. You also won't find a better price for your new smile. As they have recently adjusted their billing practices, do check and see if they accept your insurance coverage! Highly recommend!!

My top plate doesn't fit right and its lopsided from the back end as well as the left side being too much material so it makes that side bite first. I have an over bite when I never had one before. Just over all not happy with my top piece not fitting my face right

Experiencia negativa: I have never had a more frustrated and a stressful experience with a business. I was ask the same questions several times. They called me and wanted me to call them back but they give me a phone number that doesn’t even connect to the business. It disconnects when u dial it. EVERYTIME I call the business no one answers the phone. I had left several messages and NO ONE called me back. This is a stressful time getting all your teeth removed. Then trying to get teeth was a nightmare. It would be nice to have some customer service and support especially with the type of services you provide.

Experiencia positiva: I have had the pleasure of doing business with Champaign Illinois office. Everything is a 5 out of 5 except….the receptionist there is always rude to middle aged women. I’ve witnessed and I have been treated in this manner more than once. This isn’t the type of place for attention seeking behavior or to cause dramatic experiences for those seeking services for their health and wellbeing. Make this an experience to put customers of all ages and genders at ease. I hope this woman gets the help she needs to become a better person!

I only gave 4 stars because they aren't currently taking insurance but will be adding that soon. I am adding to my review and taking a star off. I had extractions and temporary denture done on August 1st. A follow up a few days later then another on August 21st where we scheduled another 2 month visit for October 16th. I recieved a confirmation email and text message the day prior and they said it was all set and confirmed. I drove from out of town, scheduled my clients around the appointment but when I got there, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for staff training. I understand the need to close for staff training but I didn't even get a phone call asking to reschedule. I called before even leaving the parking lot and left a message but have not received a return call. As a business owner and previous manager of various places i find this to be unprofessional. I hope they get it together.

Experiencia negativa: Difficult to get appointments for adjustments. Have to have repeated adjustments and still your mouth is tore up from ill-fitting denture. Please try anywhere else.Had to go without a bottom denture for a month while the Dentist was on vacation. They just closed the whole place down. No adjustments at all. Bottom denture broke just before shut down. When they replaced it was the wrong color

Experiencia positiva: I had a denture for 13 years and I had to get it replaced. So I saw it after affordable dentures. And I received one in October and then seven months later I was eating a salad and the tooth chipped off and then two months after that, I was eating cucumbers and onions, and another tooth fell out, and they were gracious enough to get me in, but I would like to know Why things fall apart. It’s a lot of money to spend on a denture for Mishaps to happen. Staff is wonderful, but I’m on the fence with my denture.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this business for anyone. My husband got dentures from another Affordable Dentures office in Forsyth Illinois and was very pleased. After many years of wearing them the upper plate broke. We went to the Affordable Dentures in Champaign illinois and have had nothing but issues. He got a whole new set and He has had 3 teeth break off in less than 5 months. Never happened with his other set. They are never open. First they closed every Monday and now they are closed for a month. My husband has had it with them and is going to have to go somewhere else and start over. Find someplace else you will not be happy here.

As it turns out I had to cancel the extraction because of a pre-existing condition, but my interactions to this point were all pleasant and professional. All lf the personal I interacted with were helpful, and the dentist was responsive to my concerns.

Had a couple extractions done, and their price was the lowest I could find in town. I was worried about extra charges being tacked on once they got me on the table. It took over an hour's worth of dogged determination to remove my stubborn teeth, and nary a penny was added to my bill. I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: Well , the girls are polite. Past that .... my experience is not fun . Ultimate fit is a joke . Take molds of your mouth, the dentures are sloppy . 8k down the drain. This has left me in a darker place than when my teeth just hurt daily. But you pay up front so who really cares if they work for you or not .

Experiencia negativa: This guy is a hack in my opinion. Clearly only motivated by money. What I was told vs what actually happened were two different things. First off the man didn’t even introduce himself on my first appointment. He is arrogant and can’t even explain things well. Doesn’t take the time to make you feel comfortable. Sunny was very kind and seemingly understanding and the only pleasant thing about my experience. When I had teeth removed the doctor was more or less vacant trying to do too many things or simply not caring. I had not stopped bleeding when they shoved the healing denture in. The bleeding continued quite bad for the remainder of the day and into the evening. I returned to the Champaign location and their doors were locked before the hours posted said they would be closed. They gave me no emergency number to call if I had issues. He did not provide me with any option but to go to Carle ER that night where they had to stop the bleeding costing me more. I should have had a stitches at his clinic. Then the payment was explained to me that I would pay half down before the surgery, and the second half when I was fitted for my permanent denture. That changed later, they marked my account past due, made appointment for adjustments I didn’t ask for just so they could bully me into paying the remainder up front, months before I was even healed enough to be fitted for the final denture. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and demanding. It didn’t matter what I was told by their staff, they wanted money now and she argued quite harshly again making me feel that I had made a mistake going to this place. I asked to speak with the doctor him self who I don’t believe even remembered who I was or my situation as he had to refer to notes made on my file. In the end he as well demanded that I pay the remainder due now and or he would drop me as a patient. He absolutely didn’t care about anything that was said or the poor job that had been done for me only the money. The healing denture was terrible quality and even extremely rough on some edges. I do see some good reviews here and all I can imagine is that these people didn’t have the financial issues I do. If you pay for the expensive stuff and up front apparently they treat you better. However I feel extremely discriminated against because of my financial situation. I am now stuck with a terrible temporary healing denture. I will not return to this terrible place. I have chosen to pay even more and go to a place that actually cares about their customers and not merely about money and getting out quickly to the golf course or wherever. Please consider my situation if you choose to go here and are financially struggling. Its advertised as affordable however they may discriminate against you if you are on the lower scale of financial capability. Terrible work, terrible customer service. Zero stars but google won’t allow me to post unless I put at least one. And personally I hope one day this man finds himself in a situation that treats him as poorly as he treated me.

Experiencia fantástica: After wearing dentures for over 10 yrs, it was time for a new set. A referral from my boyfriend is why I chose Afordable Dentures. I've dealt mostly with Sunny DA while there & she is super nice, understanding, & accommodating. She easily answered every question I had. I'm approaching the end of my free adjustment date. I asked to have more added on my bottom plate & she got me back in 3 days later. They were completed by the time I got off work! I'm very pleased with the fit although 1 more adjustment is needed. My top plate fits extremely well so no more glue there! I made the right decision to go to Affordable Dentures. They did me right! Thank You!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in Monday for an exam, and to possibly get a tooth extracted. Dr Jung recommended I get it extracted that day because it was infected really bad, I decided to get it pulled the following two days after for a lower price. I would highly recommend Dr. Jung for tooth extractions, he was very gentle, he took his time. I was very nervous and I did not feel like I was being rushed. The procedure went very smoothly! He also did a test on my tooth to check and make sure I could not feel any pain whatsoever! And I’m very grateful for that! Most dentists you have to tell them that you still feel pain. I decided to come here based off upon looking at previous reviews and I was definitely not disappointed! I’m so glad I came here for my tooth extraction and I will always come here from now on if need be! I had little to no pain after my procedure my bleeding stop about an hour after, I only took two aspirins. Here I’am today the day after and I feel perfectly fine! Thank you sooo much!!
