Experiencia fantástica: I visited Iconic Smiles Boutique last month for my severe TMJ issues. I have a night guard and I’ve had Botox shots in my jaw, done by a TMJ specialist I had to pay out of pocket for .. I still did not have relief. However Dr. Jacob Pleshty used a laser (once a week for 4 weeks) to help reduce my pain and inflammation. He is one of the most gentle and knowledgeable dentists I have ever seen. I could barely open my jaw when I came to see him. It’s been over 4 weeks, and I feel SO MUCH better. He takes most dental insurances too! Awesome place & great vibe. I highly recommend it!

Soraya - the business manager- is great at explaining our benefits and ensuring authorizations get done in a reasonable time frame. In fact, she got my crown authorization a week earlier than expected! It’s a good team of people here. Fast forward 7 months, and I now have a full set of teeth. I feel amazing — not just in my smile, but in my whole body. I’m not the type to waste my time on it or to put a business down, But I just felt that I needed to based on my experience and annoyance with this place. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because it was very pretty and the hygienist was super sweet and informative. Here’s what I didn’t like and I can see on other ppls reviews that they had similar things to say so I know it’s not in my head The Dentist barely listened to a word I said. He Left the room a few times while I was asking questions and trying to talk with him which I thought was rude. How are you gonna leave to a whole other room while I’m addressing concerns and shout out “I’m listening” then he Asked who my old dentist was and where he’s located and who he is and that his work was bad…like why do you care? I’m here to talk about my mouth pain. Then says” I can help you or you can just go somewhere else “ what’s the point of saying that? He sends me to another room after to speak about prices. She quoted me 6000 dollars . Here is the part that made me not want to come back: She said The doctor will not remove my wisdom tooth unless I agree to do a bone graft. WHO THE HELL DOES A BONE GRAFT ON A WISDOM TOOTH . Look it up even , that makes zero sense. I would understand if I was doing a bone graft before an implant on any other tooth…BUT A WISDOM TOOTH? I explained to her that I didn’t need one on a wisdom tooth because I removed my other three and I never had to do that and then she replied “we do things here the right way” Miss lady that is not the right way that’s called scamming and stealing. As soon as I went to the front and asked for my x rays they knew I wasn’t coming back and the guy in the front went from smiles to attitude. While sitting in the waiting room, I heard them telling like 4 other ppl in the front desk that They need bone graphs and they told those patients that everywhere else is gonna be the same price which is a lie. It depends on the tooth, the area In the mouth and material and bone used. These people don’t care about you they care about your money. Apparently I was told I had an infection on a cracked open tooth if that’s the case then why wasn’t I given antibiotics for now and told to come back to repair ? All I was told was “it could reach the bloodstream and is dangerous if left untreated. Then she asks “are you not in pain there ? You don’t wanna fix it ?” Obviously I’m in pain that’s why im here. If it was that easy to fix I would have been doing it. All I was told to do was come as soon as possible and pay to get that taken care of. Obviously, I’m not gonna be handed a freebie on my teeth, but they should be more empathetic and sensitive to people situations. These people think that patients just have money lying around . I hate places that are money hungry Don’t waste your time here , they just want your money

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about this place is amazing. I came in as an emergency with a broken tooth and gum infection. They took me the next day and Dr. Daniel was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth extraction and a bone graph in my gum. I would highly recommend Iconic Smiles. The office is ultra modern and the staff and doctors are extremely kind. By thw next day I has no pain and all the swelling in my face was gone. Highly recommend.

Dr. Daniels was very nice also and he has the softest hands for a man . Then I met Soraya and she was the cherry on top. She helped me get some things adjusted with my insurance and even made some calls on this spot just to assure me that I was taken care of with my coverage. She was personable and we even had time to talk about life. She made it really easy.

Experiencia negativa: Figured I would share my experience with Iconic Smiles. The dentists are nice guys and their facilities are amazing. Everything is beautiful and hand held x-ray machines - really cool. The reason I left them is due to a lot of billing issues. If you go past normal cleaning and cavities and into crowns, it became very scummy. First experience - I had to pay $780 for two crowns and called to confirm the amount the day before. I brought cash because did not want to pay the credit card fee. When I walked into the door Alex told me I owe another $500 for an upgrade. I completely flipped out. I am sorry thats unacceptable. Second - They recommended a gum procedure saying I have bad gums that costs $2,000. I went to my childhood dentist who is not in network for a consult and he said my gums are fine. Third - I needed another crown and my insurance said my patient responsibility is $0 and I was being charged around $500 if I remember. I went into the office and Alex said they have the right to upgrade my crown where I then I have to pay more money. I am sorry, that is crazy to me. As my father says "I hate liars and thieves." Thats the way their billing made me feel about them and that why I went to another dentist. Well - I guess they have to pay for the million dollars they definitely put into that office somehow. Just wasn't going to come through me.
