Experiencia fantástica: I truly cannot say enough great things about Sharma Dental. These folks are incredible. Half of my front tooth broke off on 4th of July and I had a new, temporary tooth the next day thanks to them. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, friendly and genuine and the dentist and supporting staff the same. They’re incredibly good at their jobs. Clear, honest, fairly priced and easy to work with. I will be shifting my routine dental care to them now, after being at my existing dentist for 25+ years. I wish all of my health care experiences were like this!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid Dr. Sharma at all costs. I have been living in excruciating pain for six months, and his blatant lack of care has completely derailed my life. When he finally referred me to an endodontist, he didn't even bother to put basic thought into it. I live in Union City, but instead of finding someone close to my home, he referred me miles away to Pleasanton. To make matters worse, this wasn't a verbal mix-up—**he literally wrote down an incorrect address on paper.** I have the physical proof of his carelessness. Because of his written error, I wasted an entire day driving out there, only to discover the endodontist doesn't even practice at that location anymore and is actually in Walnut Creek. When I texted Dr. Sharma to let him know about this massive blunder, he read my message and completely ignored it. No response, no apology, nothing. He has been doing this for a long time and routinely ignores patient requests. He does not care about your time, your pain, or your well-being. Do not trust this man with your health.

Experiencia fantástica: Sharma Dental of Dublin is TRULY a life saver!!! I contacted them late Sunday afternoon immediately following being discharged from the ER in desperate need of emergency dental care. Upon arrival I was greeted by welcoming, smiling, friendly faces! They recalled when and why I called as soon as I said my name. The check in process was efficient, every detail was explained clearly and pricing was exactly what they said it would be without any of those "unexpected" costs. They were incredibly patient and polite while treating me, informing me of each step and clearly explained treatment options considering both my present and future dental needs. I have severe anxiety surrounding going to the dentist but they were incredibly accommodating, allowing me brakes throughout the procedure. I became more anxious towards the conclusion of the procedure and the icing on the cake is when I mentioned that the doctor’s singing relaxed me, another staff member sang to me while the doctor completed my procedure. Not only did they tolerate my sarcastic sense of humor (which is how I cope amidst stressful situations) their patience, politeness and professionalism never wavered and far surpassed my expectations! This will be the first time in my life that I'll say, I can't wait to go to the dentist! Ha ha.

Experiencia fantástica: Another very positive experience! Procedure involved an implant and abutment....took less than 40 minutes and was painless. Very little pain at home later and no ice needed! Facility very modern, clean and well equipped. Staff very professional and experienced. So pleased that we are making this our new go to dentist!.

I Have had a full upper implant dine and my husband is on his way to getting four single implants. Dr Sharma is outstanding and the entire staff treats us like family. Experiencia negativa: Had a horrible experience here. The management is not organized. Dr. Sharma is extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with conflicts with his staff and clients. I saw him hovering over his staff to micromanage and inquire about their break use for salary purposes and this was right infront at their reception area for the clients to hear. He was also very dismissive towards certain clients who did not speak english, pushing his receptionist to translate. Our experience was also not great due to their internal coordination issues and his unwillingness to cooperate on reasonable terms. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

Once i got to the dentist, I was seen within 20min and they began working on my teeth right after x-ray. The doctor and nurse that was helping with the procedure was very helpful and patient with me during the numbing part. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their skills I will definitely return.

An appointment I had regarding a broken tooth was cancelled, so I had to reschedule at a time that was not good for me. And I always end up paying more than they say I will need to pay.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so extremely thankful for Sharma Dentistry for being able to reattach a crown that came loose Saturday evening. I had just flown in from out of state a few hours earlier to visit my mother for her birthday. When my crown came off after dinner, the fear of having to wait until after the weekend to get it fixed first came to mind. I then found Sharma Dentistry on Google and was delighted to reach their receptionist on the phone who set those fears aside and told me to come on in as soon as I was able to get there. Upon arriving, they were waiting on me and check-in was quick as was the procedure itself. The dentist and his assistants calmly cleaned the crown/tooth, reattached, cured the bond, and made adjustments for the bite all within 15 minutes of my arrival. I am truly impressed and grateful for their emergency dental services.

Dr.Sharma is a great person , very friendly and knowledgeable, good and professional dentist. He always makes sure that you are happy and satisfied with his work . I am walking around without crowns on my teeth can't eat properly gaps in between my teeth, teeth are rough and im so terrified going back there, was neglected for a year basically if i hadn't call them it's sad to say I'm a african american women i deserve to be treated fairly. Sharma Dentist didn't care at all. I wanted my refund so I can have these implants taking out and so I can move on with my life. Doctor Sharma made bottom partial without having any implants done just to get money it was a failure because why as a professional would you make partial without my upper implants...didn't receive any partial but yet you still didn't give me my refund for my partial which I asked for and Dr Sharma offer to do me some partial free on the house when I clearly paid for them already. Dr Sharma is a con for what he tried to pull on me I want my refund, dealing with bad dental service from Sharma Dental Center is taking a toll on my life, Doctor Sharma didn't place the screws in properly....and yes I did go get a second opinion. Doctor Sharma knew he messed up that's why I was neglected but instead he wanted me to accept a bad implant job.The implants in my mouth are so badly made it irritates me daily.I regret going to Doctor Sharma Dental As of today Jan 2, 2026, I cannot go to another dental office to fix the damage without paying over $27,000 out of pocket. This experience has left me depressed, insecure, and without confidence in my smile. I can’t laugh freely, I can’t date, and I can’t enjoy life the way I should. The teeth in my mouth do not even resemble natural teeth—they are uneven, different sizes, and poorly done. I would not come on a public platform and say anything false. Dr. Sharma knows he did me wrong. I was vulnerable, lacked knowledge about dental procedures, and I believe that vulnerability was taken advantage of. I am still in the same painful position he left me in, and I should never have had to endure this. To anyone considering this practice: please be cautious. Record your visits if possible, ask detailed questions, and make sure you fully understand what services you are paying for and what is actually being done. My experience with Sharma Dental Center has been damaging, traumatic, and life-altering. This practice is not trustworthy, and I regret ever going to Dr. Sharma.

They would not take the Thousand dollar, so I said ok, and came bk 2 days later, worn the whole 3,400$ they pulled my teeth, and tried to give me some horse teeth that cut my gums, and lip! When I came bk, they we're MAD, at me because I Couldn't wear them, they told me that they would call me, when they were done! They NEVER called me back, so I called them and asked for my MONEY back, and they said, they had to wait! For the dentist came bk. My whole experience was BAD! I wouldn't take my dog to Sharma dental! They are very Rude!

Usually when my crowns come out they have to be replaced but he was able to save it and saved me lots of $$! He and his staff made me feel very at ease. Experiencia positiva: I had a front tooth implant done. It's a little bulky. It sticks our farther than my other teeth, both in the visible front and in the back so it bothers my tongue. I expected better results. The staff is friendly and I like the office in general.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone. My experience was utterly disappointing and left me feeling betrayed. They advertised a promotion for free teeth whitening, which was one of the primary reasons for my visit to the dentist. However, during the appointment, only basic procedures were performed; they did not follow up or assess my progress. At the conclusion of the session, I was informed that the teeth whitening kit was out of stock. This seems to be their standard practice, anticipating that clients will return. Regrettably, I do not intend to revisit, even if another promotion is offered. Overall, I find their services to be a waste of time. The staff did not even bother to check on the results, and the unavailability of the whitening kit at the end reflects poorly on their operational standards. I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this establishment, as their procedures and customer care do not meet professional expectations.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sharma and his staff took care of my daughter at 9 PM same day, who hurt her teeth in a car accident at 7.30PM. He personally picked the phone and gave us an appointment for the same evening. Once at his office, the staff took exceptional care to fix the front two teeth and a ruptured lower lip. The cost was transparently discussed upfront and there were no hidden charges. It's hard to find such high quality service late evening at such a short notice. A big thanks to his entire staff.

I was there they replaced the two front caps because Whiteman would match the color they replace the two and they replaced chipped tooth in the back and made a crown very pleased with the work and also my Tete wife, but they whiten more with the bleach and the laser excellent work he is number one. Everybody should go to this dentist. I have an appointment next week to change to a The in Old crowns in the back. I’m looking forward to go there and have it done do not waste your time with other dentists. He is the best of the best . today was excellent at the dental center. It was October 15th 2025 the doctor she was excellent she before I had a cleaning a root canal. They did a great job and the cap was excellent. I am very pleased with this facility.

My wife was so badly injured due to accident (fall from bike on downhill); we we were running from one emergency room to another and no place had any dentist. Then my daughter found you guys via some google search. You took care of the issues and provided much needed help in the odd hours 8:30pm to 12:30am. Now my wife is feeling better. It will take time to heal completely, but I will never forget the superb service and guidance provided by you.

Experiencia fantástica: In August of 2025, I chipped my tooth while hiking. I am not from the Bay Area and had no idea where to go. It was a Saturday as well. I got a hold of an emergency dental service and they referred me to Sharma Dental. Since then, they have filled in my chipped tooth, given me a root canal on that tooth after it started hurting bad again, filled in 7 cavities, informed me of a mouth ulcer, and helped me to get a mouth guard for night time wear since I have PTSD. The mouth guard helped take my pain away just as they said. The root canal they did for me was at 8 am on Labor Day this year. They came in to help me without question. I also did not have insurance and they helped me apply for a credit plan with a third party company. Additionally, they fixed the way my bottom left teeth looked after a dentist years ago told me there was nothing they could do. I didn't even think to ask about it and they just fixed it. I didn't even notice until later on in the day. THERE IS NO OTHER EMERGENCY DENTIST I WOULD CONSIDER. Go to these folks. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and they show that care immensely. I wish the best for everyone at Sharma Dental. Y'all be good, now. Take care.

Experiencia fantástica: Took me YEARS to find this office when my dentist did the rude thing and retired. Sharma is NOT a corporation ready to rip you off but a Mom & Pop an 8 minute drive from Livermore (take Hacienda and an immediate right toward movie theater). If you wake up Christmas morning in a bad way, barely able to talk, they will take care of you any day of the year! Get implants and pay at your own pace. Ask for nitrous oxide if you’re afraid. The two dentists, one a chap, one a lady, are equally good and equally good looking. I CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

They will keep calling you over and over again until they get you in the office and when they do, they say it’s a free exam free consultation but they get you in there and they say you gotta pay $250. They’re scammers and they won’t stop calling your phone. It’s a completely generated computer. Keep calling back-and-forth to get you in their dentist and they’re charging people way too much money please do not go. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: All on 4 , done on upper arch with Dr. Sharma. My experience was wonderful. He took time to answer my multiple questions. He is very knowledgeable about my procedure. His bedside manner is amazing. As a RN,I have worked with the best and worst. He is definitely the greatest, caring, showing concern for me as a patient. He even ordered my medications over the holidays,from his vacation. Listening to my concerns, accommodating. His staff are nice , understanding and positive. They always greet me by name as I walk in the door. Before I have checked-in. My overall experience was magnificent . I would definitely recommend Dr. Sharma.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, This is my first review online ever, and I did it because Dr. Sharma gave my life back. I so badly wanted and needed all my upper and some of my lower teeth to replace to the bad gums diseases and.......I couldn't chew anything because my teeth hurt or were missing for so many years until I found Dr. Sharma's dental office. After all exams, Dr. Sharma sat with me and explained everything patiently. He is a very friendly and kind doctor. In a short time, he and his professional Surgery team did all the work. It's been a while since I got all my implants done. Now I can eat whatever I want, and more importantly, I can smile again. Thank you to Dr. Sharma and his excellent team. They are the BEST.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here thinking they will submit your claim to your insurance company for you. After over a month since my treatment, I contacted them and they still haven’t submitted my claim. They don’t care as they already got your money. We are doing a chargeback now as I don’t trust them to do anything at this point. Update as of 3/5/25. Finally got my money back after numerous follow ups and calls. Their dental work is great, their claims process is bad

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so excited that I just finished my upper tooth arch All on Four dental implants process. After a few comparisons, from a free tooth scan exam and very nice consultation, I decided to choose Dr. Sharma ! This is one of the best choices in my life, I'm so lucky to have a top teeth implant doctor and his team to do my request. Can anyone believe that the first day's process was to remove multiple bad tooth, implant 5 All on 4 metal tooth bases and put on the first set of temporary tooth (which is made from a 3D printer, it's beautiful looking) only take less than 4 hours? I feel painless just like a small treatment, in the evening I even feel totally back to normal but I had a beautiful tooth although it was temporary. After that I had a few visits to Dr. Sharma, Dr. Ahmad, Assistant Jennifer and their lovely office clerks, every time I been there, a warmly feeling from everyone in the office, the office is very clean, quiet and professional, Dr.Sharma is so skillful on procedure, he is very confidently to answer all my questions and perfectly done every steps on timeline. Dr.Sharma has changed 3 time my temporary arch tooth in 5 months, it's the best way to adjust my gum healing status until I feel 100% comfortable with it ..... yesterday, finally my fixed Zirconia prosthesis is on, the whole process is amazing, Dr.Sharma is AMAZING ! The Sharma Dental office is amazing ....... Here, I give top ranking to this dental clinic (not only 5, maybe 10 stars, maybe 100 stars) plus double thumbs up !! I highly recommend that if anyone has an implant request, please visit Dr.Sharma 's dental office, they are trustworthy, you won't be disappointed and they have the best cost in the bay area too.

Experiencia fantástica: My front crown broke with my tooth inside on a Saturday. I made an appointment to go to Sharma’s Dental Emergency service. Their staff and doctors were incredible. I am currently receiving chemotherapy and have a compromised immune system which prevents me from having extensive dental work. The team understood and made a “flipper” for me which fits perfectly and you can’t even tell the difference between my other teeth. I highly recommend Sharma Dental.

They were very friendly and it was easy to schedule an appointment. According to my research, they were one of the only dentists, if not the only one, open in the East Bay at this time.

I was in so much pain and Dr. Ahmad was precise and careful. My jaw pain is gone today after getting multiple fillings yesterday. Aisha was a wonderful and calming presence as well, and Fabian’s cheerfulness calmed my nerves when I arrived. I am so thankful that this place exists, thank you to everyone and the great work you do. *previous review follows, also 5 stars* I came in a complete emotional mess with a filling that had been insufficiently done multiple times (by a different dentist, not by Sharma) and they held my hand as I had a meltdown in the chair while they were numbing me.
