If waiting is a problem then pray for patience. Someone in the back may have a medical emergency. Being short staffed sometimes is a nature thing no matter where you go. Just reschedule is you can’t wait. Something not done the first, second even third time you have to realize that these people aren’t you so they do their best to try and figure out what’s wrong with us. Just like when you take your car to someone and tell them you hear a ticking noise, they have to figure out what and where is the ticking noise and how to fix it. Just thought I would let someone know once again this is not a perfect world. In JESUS name I pray we will be more PATIENT about ALL things. Amen

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated nicely as soon as I entered. Being a new patient, I waited only 20 minutes. The doctor's assistant was very nice and mild mannered. The doctor explained some things that were going on with me, but I wasn't sure of the name or the cause. I was satisfied with my assessment. Ok, doing my assessment I was told that I need to have two extractions. So, I had a deep cleaning done and after that my tooth began to ache. I called back and scheduled an abstraction of this tooth and got in within three days. The wait was a bit longer but they had more patients. I enjoy going to Dove Family Dentistry because everyone there seems to love what they do

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you, Dr. Dove was nice and very friendly. Not only was him and his staff friendly, they allowed me to get work done on my first visit which was a plus.

Experiencia positiva: They are a tad bit pricey, but If you desire same day service, this is the place. They soldered/repaired( no resizing or adjustments)an anklet for me that had a broken link for $76 bucks. Received quote of $119 plus tax just to solder a small ring (pictured below),no resizing or other adjustments needed. Went to jewelry shop on Summer and it was fixed for $40, and was ready the next day for 1/3 of the price. Again if price point is not a concern, they are the place for you but if you want a better deal, and can wait the next day check around.

I was told I had four cavities and 1 of my teeth was filed down to low and now I need a root canal. Now I have to pay a new dentist and specialist to fix what they've done to me.

The office is always clean.The staff are clean and efficient I love how they change gloves and wipe the equipment down immediately after use. She spoke with the person who handles new patient information at Dove and provided them with our father dental plan which we were told Dove accepts my father dental plan. We scheduled the appointment. My sister took off work to take our father to the appointment arrived on time and was told Dove does not accept my father dental plan, which we were told earlier that they did and that is why an appointment was scheduled. The front desk receptionist told us that we were given incorrect information and apologize for our inconvenience

I was taken to the back briefly were the staff being my x-ray and place me in an exam room . The dental place came in and gave me local anesthesia assisted me for my dental pain. Doctor Dove came in, He introduced his self. He looked at my x-rays, and he immediately began the dental evaluation. after the evaluation. Dr Dove gave me his recommendations for an extraction and root canal once he explained the procedures, Doctor Dove begin my dental work. They set my appointment to 11:30am why it’s 12:27pm and I still haven’t been seen after the receptionist told me I have 1 walk-in in front of me but heard about 3 names being called to the back. If I came in this morning why am I still here when kids about to get ready to be out of school and still hasn’t been seen.. Dove Dentistry y’all have to do better with yall walk-in appointments if you all have a lot of people already on schedule. Make a day for walk-ins only not an everyday time frame.
