I was greeted with a mimosa upon entry by the friendly receptionist. (There's also non-alcoholic beverage options available.) I had a horrible experience with my last dental office and was searching for something different when I found Bright Dentistry. I am so glad I found them. Dental experiences will never be the same. Not only do they offer FREE teeth whitening, they also offer noise canceling headphones and Netflix while you ENJOY your dental experience (heated and massage chairs too!) Dr. Kramer and the hygienists are very gentle and honest. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for redefining dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: Our family has been with Bright Dentistry for over 5 years and it has been exciting to see them grow. The providers are great and we felt personally cared for. Front desk people treated us well. However, as a family we have decided it was no longer a place for us. The personalized care that we once felt was absent today because we were not able to get there in time (12 mins late) and had called to let them know. We respect their time and needed a little flexibility and grace with young kids. Grace was not given and we were charged the late cancellation fee. We were disappointed but accepted it as it was our fault. The part that was bothersome in which I had attempted to provide feedback on my experience as a client was not handled in a receptive manner. We have concluded that over the years this place have had such success that they lost the ability to provide the personalized care they used to. The lack of humility to receive feedback from an unhappy customer was sad to experience. What was even more disappointing after 5 year was the instant invitation to deactivate our account and discontinue care. It came across cocky, arrogant, unprofessional and careless. Things to consider: 1. If you have a family with children, consider elsewhere. Because like any family - its a little chaotic to get out of the house and if a you're few minutes late, there will probably be no grace for you. 2. If you live in a snowy area...and may be late due to snow or heavy weather condition, consider elsewhere because you'll be charged for something out of your control. We got charged last year and looked past the unreasonable charge. 3. If you're looking for a long term office to stay with, build relationship with and experience human connection and treatment, this may NOT be the place for you. However if you can care less about that and just need a decent place to get work done. Consider them. FYI : People are offered a free whitening solution when they give 5 star reviews. My husband did, at one point.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely impressed with Bright Dentistry. Going to the dentist has never been a luxury experience for me, more like a chore. From the minute I walked through the door I knew that would be different here. I’m a new patient so they took my X-ray using their 360 camera. Then they sat me in the exam chair which was heated and had a massage function! That’s where we did the bite wing x-rays. While I got my exam I was able to watch TV not only in front of me but also on the ceiling above me. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to bringing my husband and kids to make this our dentistry home.

All of the staff was friendly, accommodating, and doing their best to ensure the comfort of their patients. My husband's teeth are in poor condition, and other dentists have been rude and judgemental. We didn't feel judged, and the staff is flexible in helping create a plan and understanding about cost being a potential concern. We also had issues with insurance lapsing, and it took a lot of back and forth to get it situated, but we were met with patience and understanding. Thank you, Bright Dentistry!

Felt like they just wanted money from my family verses wanting to make sure we were taken care of. I was determined to find a new place, when i found Bright from the first conversation with the front office ladies through my whole exam I felt like they listened to me, cared for, and didn’t feel like just another number. My hygienist, I believe her name is Vail, she was amazing. She did amazing on my cleaning! Very thorough and made sure I was happy in the end. She was very educational on things and explaining things that would really help me in certain areas. Consistently checking on me through everything to ask how I was feeling and doing. The dentist that checked me out was super nice and friendly! They offer a drink when you come in and hook you up with anything you want to watch while you’re getting your teeth cleaned. I’m so happy to have found my family’s new dentist office. You guys are really awesome! You make people feel so comfortable in situations that aren’t always that comfortable.

When looking up general dentists within network of my insurance, I chose Bright because it's a female-owned and veteran-owned. As a female veteran myself, I wanted to support my community. BRIGHT did not disappoint. I loved the ease of the transition. I am glad I made the right choice for my dentist!

I did have some issues completing the online forms, but finally got them done and uploaded. The office is nice and clean with a modern look and feel. The staff is pleasant and kind. From scheduling my first appointment to getting X-rays and exams to seeing the doctor and getting a cleaning, every touch point along the way is top notch. Every person on the team is very knowledgeable. Each one takes their time to answer all your questions and do a complete and thorough job, wile meeting you with kindness and understanding. Not only that, but the office is the nicest dental office I’ve ever been in. It doesn’t even give off that cold, surgical feel once you move past the reception area (like some offices do). Experiencia negativa: Don't let their reviews scam you, as it happened to me. I worked with Dr Espinosa, and during all my appointments with her , she was so rude and very unwelcoming, walking away after she finish the work without asking if I had any concern , any explanation, or even a goodbye I expressed to the office that I am not comfortable working with her, and they suggested Dr. Kramer, who never showed up for two of my appointments. I therefore had no choice but to work with Dr. Espinosa and let the assistance to deliver a crown for me in my last appointment with them I was supposed to have a consultation about an implant with Dr Kramer but I ended up with the assistant too!!! Who told me that Dr Kramer explained the process to her so she can explain to me ! The office won't give any notice that the dr won't be in my appointments and everytime I had to be surprised upon arrival , very unprofessional, and arrogant and feel like racist never saw a business disrespect the client this way and with no morality.

Experiencia positiva: I have been to many dentists over the years; some good and some bad. I have had a very good experience at BRIGHT Dentistry so far. My first appt was a thorough assessment of my mouth and Dr Espinosa created a detailed dental plan for me. Kaitlyn was very pleasant and helpful. I came back for my cleaning with Lauren which was thorough as well. Everyone has been very pleasant and the customer service has been great. Only thing I wish was different was that I wish they had an on-site crown machine.

She confirmed my dental insurance coverage ahead of the visit, which was very helpful. While waiting only a few minutes, (I was early,) I was offered several drink options; coffee, tea, even a pineapple mimosa - which I found helped me relax and be more at ease. Then I was greeted by Ciara, who handled all of my X-rays, teeth whitening tray molds, and getting me all comfortable in my heated massage chair. She was very gentle and kind. I appreciated how she treated me, and she was also just as wonderful to Dani, who was in training. Dr E was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. My cleaning by Lisa was the best part. What a warm, caring, and supportive person she is. I think I just found my favorite dental team, and I’m so thankful.

I was really nervous about this appointment, but even the X-rays were the easiest I’ve ever done at a dentist. I appreciated the clear explanation that Dr Espinoza gave when it came to my dental plan, allowing me to fully understand the reasons as to why something is necessary as opposed to just hearing what I need. I’m excited for the health of my teeth!

Dr. Kramer came in and was very pleasant not forcing anything on me in the way of treatment, but did bring some things to mind as suggestions and recommendations for a later date. Experiencia fantástica: Bright Dentistry offers the best experience possible at the dentist. They make you feel pampered from the moment you walk in the door and you are offered a flavored water or mimosa. Then once you are in your chair, you can turn on the heat and vibration to relax you while you choose from a show on various streaming options. The hygienist I use is the best and most gentle I have ever found and I will go nowhere else for my cleanings as long as she is there. I was accidentally booked with someone else and they were able to adjust the schedule while I was there to allow me to see her for that same appointment. I was shocked I didn't have to reschedule like you would at most places. I have not had to have any dental procedures since going to Bright for several years, so I can't comment on the dentists ability, but I appreciate that they seem to be conservative and are not trying to push unnecessary procedures.

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands down the best detal place I have ever been too. Since the moment I walked in Danny at the front desk was very kind, informative and made me feel welcome offering drinks. The place it's self is very clean and I love the feng sui they have going on. Very accommodating. Miss Lisa the hygienist was extremely professional in the x-rays and cleaning making me feel comfortable through the whole process. Then Dr. Espinosa was pleasant to talk to, clear and honest with my exam results, someone I would trust doing deeper work on my teeth if it came down to it. All equipment up to date, over all a great experience. That was not all though upon leaving I was given a complementary whitening kit adapted to my teeth shape. I normally have to pay for those! Great place I highly recommend!

Dr provided recommendations for treatment and she was caring as well! Thank you! Excited to be a new patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Chanelle my hygienist was really thorough with my cleaning and encouraging. It’s very obvious she’s very passionate about helping others be in the best dental health they can be. My dental health has significantly improved with all the strategies she has recommended. I really credit it to her diligence with my teeth and follow up with me. Knowing that I was accountable not just to her but myself really helped spur me to keep up with my dental hygiene. Dani the receptionist was really clear with scheduling and what insurance covered for me, very transparent, no surprises.

Experiencia fantástica: I always love coming to Bright dentistry for my cleanings. Today, they made me a watermelon mimosa while I checked in and they always have the vibrating, heated dental chairs that get me all relaxed and ready for my cleaning. They always offer the whitening get to keep my smile bright as well. They’re the best top down.
