Experiencia fantástica: As great as a dental visit can get. I’ve been putting off seeing a dentist for far too long due to fear of seeing a dentist. All of the staff were great at making me feel comfortable and less anxiety. Viviann did a great job and very gentle hand with cleaning. Dr. Michelsen, Tatyana and Jessica all had amazing bedside manners and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I think I will be able to keep up with oral health maintenance here. Space is clean and cozy. Soft background music makes it less scary to be at the dental office. I appreciated all of it being an anxious patient.

The office is decorated well flows efficiently and has all the latest technology. I was able to get a same day appointment and really liked their online forms, check ins, and texts. Dr Michelsen is caring and conservative, tech savvy and old school, wise and fun. Her location is very convenient with a huge parking lot and right off the 22 and 55. She has specialists at the office so if you make this your happy dental home you won't have to leave if an issue arises. William the main assistant is super knowledgeable and the whole team has great synergy. 5 stars for sure

So when Dr. Michelsen told me a year ago that my upper wisdom tooth had a cavity I was stressed. I didn’t go back for a year because I was scared to have it extracted. The cavity got bigger and needed to have the tooth removed . Dr. Michelsen was so kind and calmly talked me through the procedure that I didn’t even know that she was done! She is an amazing dentist and I am so, so grateful for her understanding and her expertise! She has an excellent staff that is caring like her! I will never go to any other dentist! All the staff are incredibly kind and understanding, and explain any procedures, issues, or routines in detail if asked, and were open to any questions I had. Experiencia positiva: Came a few months ago. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the service was 5 star. They were definitely more expensive than other dentists. The big thing when I called to cancel my second appointment (I couldn't afford it)- I was warned that they wouldnt be able to take my insurance as of the day before my appointment. I kinda felt like I should have been told way before that my insurance wouldnt work so I wouldnt be uncovered.
