Experiencia fantástica: Not sure yet just got them Jan 22 but the service was good very friendly people I'm confused on them but never had them before so I do have questions but waiting on them to respond back.

Experiencia positiva: I used the services once in the past about 20 years ago. Alot has changed, the advertising claims one day dentures for most, this is a false claim, atleast for the bloomington indiana site. I was told they will call when ready, I asked if they had any idea of how long and was told again I would receive a call, I replied, are we talking 2 days, a week, a month? I was then told if I haven't got a call in 2 weeks I should give them a call. They used to be first come first serve, now you need an appointment, which they were nice enough to get me right in . The front desk isn't very knowledgeable about cost it seems. As I asked what a set of dentures would cost, I was told the economy dentures would be 1100 dollars, and I didn't pay attention to the more expensive styles as 1100 was as affordable as I could handle.. after the impressions had been done, which was done quickly and professionally, by a very nice technician, it was back to the reception desk for payment, it was then I found out my dentures would only be 650 dollars which was a wonderfull surprise. I paid and left . It was at that time I thought well I would have went with better than economy dentures had I known the correct price from the start. So I called and explained that I had just left there and because of the misquote I wanted to know the price of higher quality dentures. The receptionist told me I would have to speak with one of the technicians and could I hold, after about 4 to 6 minutes the receptionist came back to the phone and told me that the economy plus dentures would be around 1200 dollars, which I didn't choose to go with as I felt one step up for double the money wasn't real affordable in my opinion. As for the quality, and timeliness, stay tuned as that remains to be seen, I will update my survey if given the chance. They get 4 stars only because of the lack of knowledge on pricing there own products. Let's see if they earn the 5th star or get stars removed. Update coming soon, hopefully . I'm so happy to be able to edit this post. I now remove all stars UPDATE. IT IS NOW MID JULY, and Affordable Dentures has sent me a bill for an additional $698.. I paid my bill in full the day they made impressions, infact they will not even have your dentures made until paid in full. So I'm not sure what kinds scam they are trying to pull, but they will not get a penny more. Beware you have been warned

Experiencia negativa: JUST KNOW THEY ARE CLOSING ON THE 06/27/2025 AND EVERYTHING WILL BE SENT TO SPEEDWAY INDIANA. JUST GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL YESTERDAY. They don't call people back! Go IN For an appointment and wait for 2 hrs just to be handed dentures that are WAY to BIG and don't fit at all. ALL WHILE KNOWING THEY WERE CLOSING! I don't drive the highway and cant go for long distances in the car.. so going to Indy is NOT an option. I got my dentures in April.. I just want to bring them back in and get a refund. It's probably for the best this office is closing.. just plain horrible!

Experiencia negativa: Simply put, I do NOT recommend this place. The temporary partials i got never fit. They didn't even clasp to my remaining teeth. I told them this was happening and they did very little to fix it. I was embarrassed to talk for fear they'd pop out. Eating was never an option as they would fall out and at the very least flop around in my mouth. The wires to hold them on only cut my lip and gums. So to top it all off, they inform me they're closing their office and wanted me to do a permanent partial before my gums were even healed. Go to this store or any other at your own risk. I went to Aspen Dental after returning the appliances for a refund, which I got. Im confident I will have good results there.

The other lady’s that work in the back are wonderful as well. Very nice and answered all questions and concerns I had! Dentist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed!

Experiencia negativa: Very unfriendly receptionist. Not a welcoming environment. Every other affordable dentures offices my family has been to has been much better and explained things in a more professional and kind way. Being interrupted when asking questions repeatedly doesn't put a kind face to the company and just makes you feel like a bother or like you aren't welcome. It takes two seconds to smile and be understanding that not everyone is as knowledgeable as you about insurances or the way the office operates.

Experiencia negativa: I had called and made an appointment back in December of 2024. My appointment date was 1/28/25 at 10am. I went to my appointment only to arrive to a locked door and closed sign saying that they would be back at 9am. It was 9:45am when I arrived. I waited until 10:15am and tried calling only to get no answer. Another client has shown up also and their appointment was for 10:30. So I waited and called again and got no answer. So then I called once more and was directed to their customer service team and she had told me she couldn’t even find me anywhere in the system which is weird because when I called this location she asked for all my information and said she had me scheduled for January 28th at 10am. I waited until 11am for someone to unlock the doors and no one did. I was rescheduled for a different location through the customer service team. Anyways this place has horrible service. There was no phone call saying they weren’t going to open. No phone call to say they would reschedule my appointment. Absolutely no phone call to explain why they weren’t open. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate no stars at all I would.

However they themselves were very helpful and nice to me when I just showed up for my appointment that I didn’t really have yet again. So I did get X-rays and was seen by the doctor even tho there was just the one girl and one doctor due to the weather so I did appreciate that very much!! Thanks for that it made me feel better ❤️

Experiencia negativa: After a year and a half of appointment after appointment sitting in the parking lot for hours because they refuse to open the door, they kept saying my insurance was denied no for a year the kept filing the wrong cpt code and the wrong insurance now they wont see me because I was rude. Yeah I was and very frustrated its jot like theres alot of options here and I still dont have dentures. I dont think they wanted to do their jobs and there were not nice to me to begin with!

Experiencia negativa: There were 6 of us waiting on office to open on 10/10/24, 5 of us had a 9am, another had a 9:30, office never did open, office help wouldn’t come to door, note on door closed the next week. Dr never showed up, Tiffany called me about 10:10, saying dr hasn’t showed up and wanted to reschedule, no thanks. Horrible way to do business, even in an emergency, dr could have called office and had them pass it on. Would never recommend them again!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, understanding , extremely busy but for good reason. When you have a successful bussiness that is actually affordable the client base will be there. I actually went to another affordable dentures office (Evansville) and they did not honor any of the corporate discounts they just set their own prices "High" so i left and came back to the Bloomington office, and waited patiently along with the many other customers that believed bloomington to be more worthy.

Experiencia negativa: When I arrived for my 8:30 appointment to my impression to be made they weren’t open and didn’t open till 8:45. Once inside because I hadn’t been there in for a while I had to fill out paperwork as if I had never been there not just update what was on file. Meanwhile they had to verify that my insurance was still good after waiting for over an hour and watching several others go in ahead of me I was ready to leave. When I got got up one of the girls I believe noticed that I was obviously upset told me that they almost had it figured out and when spoke my mind about the situation they immediately took me back once in the room they made the impression three times before they got it right and told me to return Friday morning at 10:30 to try a wax mockup of my new denture. I took off work Friday for this. The weather Friday morning was snowing but took my time and drove the 22 miles just to find that nobody was there, I had not received any kind of notice to come in so not only lost another day’s pay but I still have no denture and will now have to sacrifice another day for this. Thank you Affordable Dentures for being completely incompetent. Signed a very disgruntled client.

The Bloomington practice and Dr. Goodpaster were the complete opposite. They made me feel very welcome, comfortable and important. I highly recommend them!

I have a thousand questions." Answer: " I understand. I have a thousand answers." Entire staff was helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. Dr. Rocky Anderson is amazing. He earned my complete trust. Surgery scheduled quickly and we are looking forward to it. Huge weight off my shoulders.

Experiencia negativa: My bottom denture is all wrong I have to call after the holidays to get fixed. I went in on a Thursday to have both upper n lower denture made well they were so busy they said I had to come me back on Fri to pick them up well at 8 am I get a call they went have dentures ready until Monday. So I go early like I'm there way before my appointment time I say in lobby way past my appointment time I finally asked how much longer cause other people was coming in and right back out. It was way past appt time I just hope they get bottom plate fixed as I can't even eat cause of them sticking up and they used me but no one returned my call or even a swerved the phone y old plate for impressions I won't use them again if this is way they are going to be. First time I went said my ins didn't pay for dentures so I used my spending card but I called there office but no one answered nor returned my call not happy with this office.

I scheduled my appointment for 11 in the morning and the lady that called me back had reassured that my top plate would be ready the same day if she moved my appointment up to 9 in the morning because I can’t get off work to come back and I had took the day off work and redone my whole schedule to get there and find out they wouldn’t be able to have them until Tuesday when that was the whole reason I went with them instead of my regular dentist. Again nothing negative to say about the local office or ladies there but it shouldn’t have been assured that it would all be done in the same day that I only needed to take the one day off

Whomever goes there, be advised, foul mouthed receptionist, several elderly people we in and left during the time I was there. I'm not a prude,I get it that everyone cusses, I do myself, but ABSOLUTELY NOT around older people, and ABSOLUTELY NOT at a business!! They didn't run my insurance, performed zero work even though I was told they were faster than that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed in my dentures. I have been back to Bloomington 2 different times to have them worked on to help them fit better. Still the bite is not right and I continue to bite myself when eating. I'm afraid to go back because I have places in the gum part that has been cut out and causes rubbing. I got dentures back several years ago and never had to go back one time. They fit perfect. .

Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth break on a denture and they had it fixed within 24 hours. It wasn't under warranty anymore but that's ok and I was glad to have it back that soon.

Experiencia negativa: I was told by the medical loan place to contact this business to unlock the terms of my loan. It's been over 2 weeks, and several attempts later. I am still waiting to get this process moving.

Experiencia negativa: My mother in law had a terrible experience here today! Staff was very rude to an elderly lady! My MIL stood up for the lady and comforted her as they both waited in the waiting room for 1.5 HOURS after the scheduled appointment time ! My mother in law had an appointment to fix a crack in her dentures that were not made there. When she made the appointment over the phone, she explained to the receptionist, that the person who made the dentures ,was retired; therefore, the dentures were NOT made at “Affordable Dentures.” After waiting 1.5 hours, when she made it back to the exam room, the staff was rude and told her they can’t fix them there! Then tried blaming it on being “short staffed”… not an excuse at all when it’s something that could have been explained over the phone!!! Seems like they are only worried about money. What a waste of a day!!! 0/10 do NOT recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: I should be a returning patient at Affordable Dentures in Bloomington. I had my partial break, which was made there. I phoned for repair and was surprised to be told "We have a new Dentist and he is not taking returning patients." The receptionist seemed rather arrogant when telling me. She said "You can call the Terre Haute or Franklin office." I live 20 minutes from Bloomington. Franklin is over one hour. I was not notified that this practice, by mail or any other form of communication, of this change. I have been told this illegal and will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

Experiencia negativa: Can't comment on any services because 2 weeks in a row they have called to cancel and reschedule my first appointment. I can't even decide if I want to even try again. They keep telling me nobody came to work today and we are short staffed. This is unacceptable.

Experiencia fantástica: DR Lee is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Pulled 19 teeth and I didn’t even know he had started. Very concerned about patients comfort as are all the staff members. They took time to explain all options and pricing of the dentures. Every one at this facility is very friendly and put patient care and comfort at the top of their list. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I didn't use them for extractions but the experience so far in being fitted and getting my first set of them. That said don't think of it as the Ritz calton... the staff is awesome but the building and decor could use an update but given the reduction in price vs other quotes I received it's a compromise I'm willing to make.

I tried to call them with in the 100 days and was told I would be called back but they never called and never answered the phone when I called them over and over. The staff was more interested in talking to each other than helping patients the phone rang and it was ignored. I waited over an hour to get called back for my appointment, then another hour once I was taken back. The dentist was arrogant and only interested in the money. They were pushy and didn’t explain options. If you have a toothache and can’t stand the pain then go there but be prepared to wait and be treated like you don’t matter. They don’t stand behind their work

Experiencia fantástica: Yea, was so glad they could fix my upper plate quickly, the 2 front teeth broke off and I looked likes vampire. In 3 hours they had them fixed and I was back to normal.
