Dr. Haffar and staff were wonderful. They listened and came up with a plan to fix my mouth and made sure I was comfortable with it all.

Experiencia fantástica: A REAL review. I've been here 3 times in less than 6 months and need more dental work done. I can say that I'm beyond happy with my experience, from the helpful and nice staff to the dentist and he dental work I've had done. The Dentist is great and made me feel very comfortable. The waiting room has always felt calm and never over crowded. I asked for services that weren't even scheduled that day and received those! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! 100/10 especially if you have anxiety like myself.

Experiencia fantástica: I must admit that I’m the naturally grumpy person during my past dental visits. New to the Toledo area and was recommended point place and this was the most pleasant experience at a dental office that I’ve ever had! The office was very clean. The staff was super welcoming and calming… And I had a super friendly conversation with the most wonderful dental assistant Mary, who was very knowledgeable, caring and eased all of my concerns. Grumpy dental patient turned happy camper!

Experiencia negativa: Waiting room feels a little Jim crowish. They finally got one person of color and she's the nicest most professional employee there. Head dentist doesn't choose to not acknowledge every patient in the office but instead chose to call my mom to ask her to take down my review

Experiencia fantástica: If you suffer from anxiety like I do, this is the place for you! I just had my first cavities filled in, im terrified of needles, and i've never had this procedure done before. But this was THE BEST experience EVER. I didn't even feel the numbing happen, it was done before I knew it. They really do make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process, every step they explained everything to me so I wouldn't be caught off guard. I usually have anxiety attacks going into unfamiliar situations, but here I didn't! They are very polite and they make sure you are well taken care of. I'm SO happy I was recommended here and I really hope others give them a chance as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in extreme pain over the weekend.I call the answering service for Dr. Haffar.He returned my call and called in antibiotics and pain relief medication.Then he told me to be at he Office at 8a.m.on Monday.I am very thankful for the help over the weekend.Dr. Haffar is very compassionate.The staff also are great if there was a10 they would get it.Thanks again for helping me.

Experiencia fantástica: Super nervous going in after talking to staff and X-ray with consultation feel much better gonna take a lil time and surgery but gonna be worth it to have beautiful smile again would recommend to everyone to come here. Surgery done and it's True you get what you pay for and it was absolutely worth ever penny i have a perfect smile for the first time in my life every member of the staff was amazing so caring and considerate they knew I was nervous and handled it with the utmost patience with me I cannot speak highly enough for the staff and the Dr.Haffar I absolutely trust him which is saying a lot because I've never had that level of comfort with a doctor before if you're on the fence if you're nervous if you're wondering if you should get the dental work done or not you absolutely should and you absolutely should come to point place dental you won't regret it.
