Dr. Antolak truly lives up to his name- kind, patient, gentle, honest, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire visit. He takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients. The fact that they even pray for you is something so rare and meaningful these days. It made such a difference and brought so much comfort. I’m beyond thankful to have found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares. This office is truly a blessing!

I finally mustered up some bravery and was very fortunate to find this business. I honestly cannot say enough Nice things about the staff. Their kindness almost brought me to tears. They were wonderful at understanding my fears and anxiety, they explained everything very thoroughly to me and they really took their time. ZERO pain, never was even uncomfortable! My teeth look and feel absolutely amazing! If you think it’s too late, it’s not. I’m going back next week for a couple fillings and I actually feel excited to get this taken care of. I honestly, cannot wait to go back for my six month cleaning. I feel so happy and confident, and my smile looks bright again! Do not wait! This is the perfect place for anyone feeling overwhelmed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Antalack is the gentle dentist and his staff is amazing to! I had a lot of work done and never needed to be put under. Dr Antalack and staff took care of everything. We sat down and made a plan. I knew what was going to happen and how much it would cost,even before I had the procedure done. Dr. Antalack called from his home phone before the procedure and called me the next day, making sure everything was OK. I'm on my final steps of healthy gums and teeth and owe it all to Dr Analack and his staff!❤️ I couldn't smile without them!!!!❤️ I love all of you! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Dr. Antolak can handle even the toughest of cases. He goes the extra mile to explain your situation and has state of the art equipment for identifying and resolving your dental problems. Have had extractions and complicated bone grafts and implants all done well and sometimes combining steps that lead to quicker recovery. They listen and are ready to help without any pressure. You can’t go wrong with the best!

Today i met the team and can honestly say it was the best dentist experience i have ever had.... Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Antolek is an amazing dentist! After coming from other dentists that caused more harm then good I was very Leary about dentists on general. After being recommended by a friend I went last summer and I feel like he will now be my forever dentist. He puts me at ease and I completely trust him and his staff. It’s nice to feel at peace going to the dentist again.

Experiencia negativa: * Scammy billing * Emergency number call back was 4 days later * Make sure your insurance covers this. Say you have Delta Dental which covers out of network they will make it sound like you will pay a little bit more. Delta will still pay most of it. What they don't tell you is Delta sets the price and the coverage is based off that you still have to pay the distance. They said they can't do a pre authorization being out of networks gave me the codes for the next treatment said they can't do it and call Delta. I called Delta they said they can't do it and the dental office is wrong they can do pre authorizations bring out of network. If they did the pre authorizations to begin with I knew I would be paying hundreds of dollars and went elsewhere. * I was told by the densit I shouldn't have any pain with the filling. On a side note it's close to the root and said it was iffy if need root canal. Not blaming him. That was on a Thursday. He said to call the next day if I am in any in pain. I called at 10a on Friday and didn't get a call back from the on call densit till late Tuesday morning. I will say the inical dentist was very good with the support staff and all the gentile stuff. But I went elsewhere to save lots of money on a put of network dentist that went by delta rates and did so pre authorizations. The new dentist let me wear my own headphones and I could tell I was the first to ask.

Experiencia fantástica: I got excellent service! I switched to this dentist after 18 years with another provider. One of the things that delighted me was, instead of giving me a regular toothbrush when I left, they gave me a brush head for the electric (Sonicare) toothbrush that I use. Christine did a great job cleaning my teeth. It is such a delight to have recently cleaned choppers.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice staff. They do good work. Unfortunately they will no longer accept Delta Insurance after the new year. I am leaving with a bunch of temporary crowns and will have to find someone else to finish the job. You can pay them up front and they will give you what you need to submit to Delta. Too risky in my opinion.

The care was so kind and gentle. I'm used to people working on my mouth and I was expecting the usual but I could hardly tell she was working aside from the noise of the drill! I really appreciate their work and I'm excited to continue visiting for my dental needs.

We took my niece in for them to just take a look and say she needs to see a pediatric dentist and charged us $97 dollars. Unethical

The standard of care will soon be a term that’s going to come up a lot for you and your office in the near future, because the standard of care was not met

He’s normally a pretty nervous guy when it comes to medical/dental appointments or procedures but here at The Gentle Dentist he was very well taken care of. Experiencia fantástica: I made an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal because my regular dentist suddenly told me I had THREE cavities that needed to be filled which seemed strange. I had never had that many cavities at one time. I'm glad I got a second opinion! Two old fillings were cracked and needed repair, but that was it. The office employees here are incredibly nice and very easy to talk to. The dental assistant, Klatilda, and Dr Rosenthal put my nerves at ease and did a wonderful job repairing my fillings. The initial new patient exam was very thorough and each step was explained in detail. Dr Rosenthal was kind, thorough and made sure I was comfortable with no pain. I'm so glad I found this office and made the switch! Thank you gentle dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: First time at this office because of a cracked tooth and altho I didn’t like the pain I was in, I’m glad I found this place. I had called in the afternoon and they were able to get me in the next morning. The staff were very professional and the office was very clean. One thing that stood out to me is the friendliness between the staff and the patients and their family’s. It was not just sigh in and take a seat. They seemed to a friend’s bond with one and another which meant that there was a trust and care with each other to me. As far as my tooth it had to come out as I suspected but it did come out “Gently” and I had a great experience overall.

The construction of my mouth makes it very challenging to work on. Dr Antolak is the first dentist who has ever overcome the difficulty. Outstanding work!

Experiencia negativa: From the reviews online, I thought this dentist office would be a good fit for me since I have anxiety. I knew already that they wouldn’t take Medicaid, but because I was planning to pay out of pocket with money I have saved for the extensive dental work I need, I made the 3 hour drive to get to the exam. The exam went fine. After, when I was at the front desk ready to schedule my next appointment, the behavior of one of the workers completely made me change my mind. She was an older woman, I’m guessing around 60 something. She brought me the price overview for the next visit. As I was looking it over, she said “Maybe you should get insurance or something.” I responded, “I have Medicaid for insurance, but I already know you don’t take that.” And she LAUGHED IN MY FACE. She said “Well go find a clinic that takes that then!” and walked away. The other woman at the front desk then asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. I said no. Just...very rude behavior from the older lady. Was condescending at best and deeply offensive at worst.

The reason is that I’m changing employers and my new insurance won’t be quite as comprehensive as my current. They were so accommodating to fit me in and to have several fillings, a crown, and an impression for a bite guard done over 3 days when I’m off work and have the better coverage. The front office staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you with your insurance coverage. My family recommended The Gentle Dentist because they have been so pleased with their dental care. My last dentist was okay, but I was just looking for something better. I have definitely found that here and I’m so glad I took their recommendation! Dr. Thomas is an amazing dentist, such a nice person with an outgoing and friendly demeanor. Right away I knew I liked him and thought, “Wow! I could even be friends with this guy outside of here!” He is just that nice! He is very meticulous and does exemplary work. My fillings and crown were done with perfection in mind and I’ve never been to a dentist who is so patient and kind. Some of my family also see Dr. Antolak and say he’s great as well. The dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff are also super knowledgeable, friendly, and they really care about what they are doing. They do incredible work and you will notice the difference. You can tell that this office is staffed by incredible people that are the best-of-the-best! Today I had to have two teeth removed, I was so nervous going in, but the staff was so patient with me, making sure I was comfortable and checking on me repeatedly! They are awesome. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Antolak and his team basically saved my life. I’ve had a few major head and neck surgeries over the years. After facial reconstruction I come see him and he always comes through to fix my teeth. My last surgery I could only open my mouth 3/8” and he was able to scan my mouth and make me a lower partial. I was very skeptical but it fit perfect and I wear it 24/7. My face also looks cosmetically straighter. For me, it’s a pleasure to visit the “Gentle Dentist”.

I came in with so much dental work to be done and he did not give one word of judgment that I put off the dentist for so long.
