Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only done a consultation so far for orthodontic treatment, and I’m still deciding over this clinic and 2 other ones on Centennial and Decatur. I called on a random weekday and was able to get a virtual appt that same day so that was convenient (you do have to go to the clinic still so they can get your scans and photos). The staff at the office were very nice and welcoming. I was under the impression that I would be speaking with the Dr on the call, but I only got to speak with the treatment coordinator. She was very nice and pleasant, but I feel it would have been better to have the Dr available because during the other consultations at other clinics, I was able to meet the Dr and they were able to give a more detailed assessment. I have set up another virtual meeting specifically asking to speak with the Ortho because I have more questions now that I have done several consultations. I was told I will be speaking with the treatment coordinator first and then the Dr. Hoping to make a final decision soon. UPDATE: 10/11/26 After meeting the 2nd time I feel very reassured with the recommended aligners treatment. I was hesitant at first because other clinics only recommended braces because of my overcrowding and need for extraction. I was really hoping to do aligners, and Dr. Mia was very informative and gave me confidence in her abilities to get the same results using aligners. I decided to go with this clinic and I’m very excited to get started. Additionally, it’s super convenient that they have Ortho and Dental in this one office so I don’t have to go to multiple places and worry about miscommunication.

She makes sure she makes you feel comfortable and explained/showed how I should be properly using my toothbrush, water floss, etc. I enjoy coming here every time. And now only Moe is amazing, but also Sandra, Yesenia, Susie, Dr. Kim. Even if I missed someone, they are all awesome here.

I have dental anxiety but I felt calm while I was there.

Very Friendly staff & great docs that take the time to get to know their patients, explain procedures and work well with children whether they love coming to the dentist or are anxious about it. They are also great at working with me on reschedules when needed, contacting us if any insurance questions/issues come up and making it easy to get several kiddos appointments at the same time, which is very helpful with our busy family/kid schedules. Excited for their new office opening this spring!

Dr. Tina Xia is the best of the best dentists in my 50 years of dental visits! She is super friendly, sweet, and kind! I have done so much dental work, everything you can think of and I had so much anxiety when I visited any dentists. But not anymore! I have a peace in my mind when I visit her! Her procedure is so smooth and comfortable and I barely feel any pain even if the numbing shots! Because she is so gentle, my healing process is always much quicker without dealing with afterwords pain! She is a truly the most gentlest and skilled dentist in Las Vegas! I am so lucky to know her as my dentist!!

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a filling on 7/16. The front office staff was great and very helpful. Susie listened to my concerns and showed kindness, compassion, and care. After my procedure, my tooth was left feeling very gritty afterwords. I had to ask the dentist Dr. Kim to smooth it out. To me- this should have been part of the procedure. Who wants to run their tongue across their teeth and it feels like a rocky beach? I felt like it was a job half done. He also just came in and just started- no explanation of what was going to happen (I like to know what I can expect), did not speak when he entered the room, no bedside manners. As an African American person- I never like to feel like I’m getting the short end of the stick and receiving poor care because I’m black and sadly- that’s common for us. Just research the Tuskegee experiment. This was my second visit. Last time I was there- the female doctor, Dr. Tina, laughed at my discomfort and gave me a $5.00 gift card as an apology. The apology (which did not come directly from her but the front office staff) was nice, but it shouldn’t have happened. I’m not sure I’ll return. If I do- it’s only because the front office staff and hygienists are very pleasant. Update: I was sent a letter and asked not to return. I’m not sure why I was sent this- especially because I didn’t not reach out to schedule an appointment and I had no plans to return . This just further reinforces my original impression of this office.
