Experiencia fantástica: This is my second daughter’s trip to Aloha Dental for braces! I cannot recommend them enough. Always a quick visit, they are so friendly and they do what’s best for the kid! Their aloha bucks program is a great incentive for kids to do what’s right and get rewarded! We are here getting braces off today and are bummed - adult braces for me? Maybe!

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional, repeatedly changing appointment times and locations. We live in Southwest Las Vegas, but they always changed appointment times and asked us to go to the North Las Vegas branch which is farther away. I regret that I paid the full amount last year, otherwise I would definitely go to a more professional hospital. Now as far as I know, there are at least a few more professional dentists in Las Vegas than this one. I would not recommend this place, and I guess the 5-star reviews must be fake. Please be careful.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter began her orthodontic treatment with braces a few months ago. We were informed that she would need to meet with the orthodontist once a month unless otherwise advised. Unfortunately, during the month of March, her appointments were repeatedly scheduled, canceled, and rescheduled by staff. I called the office to confirm when Sophia was expected to be seen, and the front desk representative informed me her appointment was scheduled for March 17th at 3 PM. I even took the day off work to ensure I could attend. I called again the morning of the 17th to confirm, and was once again told the appointment was still set. When we arrived, I was told the appointment had been postponed to April 24th and that my husband had been notified. However, he received no phone call, email, or text regarding any change. To make matters more confusing, the front desk staff acknowledged they had mixed up the dates and apologized for the error. I expressed concern that my daughter should not go over a month without seeing the orthodontist—especially since her front teeth appear to be shifting downward and look worse than before. Despite this, I was told nothing could be done. The woman I spoke with, who identified herself as a supervisor named Kerstin at the Decatur office, refused to offer the nearest available appointment. Instead, she gave me a phone number for someone named Belinda and advised me to file a complaint. I couldn’t not get a hold of this person called Belinda . What I found most upsetting was the lack of empathy and professionalism throughout the situation. No effort was made to prioritize or accommodate my daughter’s care, despite the office’s own scheduling error. Because of this experience, I am strongly considering discontinuing services with this office.

Experiencia negativa: Been with Dr. C for 4 yours (2nd adjustment for my son) and he's been great. Thank you. Update..i was told that a permanent retainer was not an option. Bought into their retainer program, more money and because his teeth shifted it was more money to rescan, mold and provide. My child is a child, losing, misplacing, forgetting, etc. A permanent retainer would've been helpful. I've had mine since 16 yrs old.

Experiencia negativa: I am special needs and have autism. I was a patient at Aloha Orthodontics since 2019. I’ve always liked this place until recently. I went to get a new set of retainers, before I never had any issues but this time I did. I had to go back two or three times because they kept being wrong, not fitting as they should, and I kept specifying the problem and what I wanted in my retainer. Then the staff kept telling me different information such as I needed an appointment to pick up my retainer, I didn’t need an appointment, & then they would give me a call when they were ready for pickup. The staff displays a great deal of incompetence. I’m not sure what has happened the past few years but the level of care that I once received no longer exists. They also don’t know how to handle patients with special needs such as Autism & are required to do so by law. Then I go and try to speak to a supervisor about all of my concerns, and they said the office manager was in a meeting. I got the impression that they don’t want to deal with a patient’s concerns and sweep it under the rug like it never happened. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m highly disappointed with the patient care and treatment that I have received. Do not go here!
