Experiencia positiva: I usually have a good experience here. Certain dental assistants need to be a little less rough and insure they’re not hurting patient. While wincing in pain during preparation of tooth for a crown, doctor noticed and was able to get an expanded duties dental assistant’s help replacing one with not quite as much experience in this area. Im grateful Dr. took action.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a tooth eating peanut brittle. I walked into the office and they had me back in probably 10 minutes I had no appointment. They took an x-ray found that it needed to be pulled and I have an appointment to go back. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was very nice and I would definitely refer other people to go to this office.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn't tell anybody to come here. After getting a second opinion, I did not need the expensive dental work recommended at this place, and it seems very dishonest to push unnecessary procedures like this

Experiencia negativa: First we were told they were out of network and we had a co pay. Called our insurance to find out they are in network and there is no copay. Needed a Drs ok. Waited 2 days and we had to call them. Oh ya, we have that but we need a different Dr now. So far not pleased with the customer service. Dr might be good, we just haven’t made it to him yet for an extraction.

Experiencia fantástica: Easy to schedule same day dental care. If anything extra is needed they will even take care of it additional car normally that day! Friendly and works with you. Accepts Medicaid and that’s a plus Works well with children and teens.

Experiencia negativa: “I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. I have already paid $6,000 for my treatment, yet they still charged me extra for a bracket. When I arrived, my brackets were NOT broken. During the treatment, the bracket broke because of them, and they said it was already broken. They were supposed to change all the brackets in this treatment anyway, but still added extra charges. They also never informed me verbally about any extra fees before starting the treatment. This is unprofessional, unfair, and feels like they are just adding hidden charges. I do not recommend this place.”

Experiencia positiva: It was my first time here for an oral exam and cleaning. The appointment was fairly easy to make, and the staff were friendly. After the initial exam, I was told I had four cavities that needed fillings, but at that time the doctor didn’t clearly show me which teeth or the extent of the decay. I was also recommended to do orthodontics. During the cleaning, I felt some discomfort, but afterward they did show me the areas of decay. On top of that, I noticed the reviews are kinda polarized, with many 5-star and 1-star ratings.

Called them for an appointment, and then I had it pulled the following day. After being numbed, it took less than a minute to pull it and I’ve had zero pain even hours later. Absolutely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I dont remember the dentist name that just my extraction on my twoteeth today ,But I am absolutely deathly scared of the dentist and I am always caused a lot of pain when I see a dentist and this is the first time in my entire life that I have had the most gentle dentist I have ever ever experienced in my entire life ….when I say this man let me know everything he was doing and them numb me my mouth so good I didn’t feel a thing even the shot was the best experience I have ever had . I will recommend this guy over and over and over thank you so much

Experiencia negativa: I came to this office because my daughter’s dentist gave us a referral to do a 3d xray and i specifically told them that that was why we were there in the first place. They took my daughter back and started doing a cleaning on her. I did not schedule a cleaning appointment. I scheduled the appointment for a 3d xray and even gave them the referral paper at the office when we arrived. I asked for records of the visit and they are yet to give them to me. I’ve emailed and called.

Experiencia fantástica: Went there yesterday to have a cracked molar pulled. I was really anxious because previous dentist had not been kind and had pulled my teeth without numbing first. The entire staff was incredible. They helped reassure me and made me feel heard and safe. I felt no pain and it was over quickly. It now 24 hours later I still have no pain and they helped explain after care more thoroughly then anywhere else I've been. I will be going back for any future work.

Experiencia negativa: came in as a walk-in for an emergency check on a tooth that got shifted from my toddler headbutting me and was told to go to the ER to get prescription level high dose painkillers all because i couldnt pay right then and there and because my insurance denied it. pretty much said that because im basically poor i cant get seen there. and yet they were advertising that they do payment plans both in the windows and on the front desk. never go here if you have an emergency and its on a sunday because this is how will treat you if you’re not able to shell out thousands right then and there.

Experiencia negativa: They recommended a root canal for a tooth that wasn't even damaged! I went in for general pain in my jaw/mouth and they told me I need a root canal on my left back molar, but they couldn't do it and I needed an endodontist. They recommended to someone in Anderson (wayyyy on the north side of Indy)! I went to a local endodontist and he told me that tooth is perfectly fine and needs no work. This place is a money grab! Save your mouth and go anywhere else.

The staff were all so understand, kind, and patient. They explained everything very well, and they did a great job & got done very quickly as well. Experiencia fantástica: Very chill dentist, I haven't been to a dentist in like 15 years. So my girlfriend made me go despite not having teeth pain. So they did a full exam first. So they did a million x-rays, which was a little uncomfortable, but no doubt as comfortable as it could possibly be. And I surprisingly only have 3 cavities. So After they checked everything? they offered to do a cleaning and fill all the cavities on the spot if I had the time. Which is super impressive they could squeeze all that in on the fly So I got the cleaning, and it was super quick, and I’ll come back for the cavities to be filled eventually once my girlfriend hounds me about it enough 10/10 dentist, if I ever get my 3 cavities fixed at all? It’ll be through them for sure lol
