Experiencia negativa: If you're looking for competent, professional care, look somewhere else. I go into the office - they say my appointment is canceled and they tried to reach out, miscommunication on both our parts (maybe) and so I reschedule, write down my updated phone number (which they have on file somewhere since I was getting texts). A week later, I arrive for my rescheduled appointment. It's canceled again, saying they are short-staffed (no hygienist for the cleaning they scheduled for me), and they tried to reach out. I gave you my number last week on a notepad to update the system which already had sensitive information from ANOTHER client on. Lack of privacy, competency, and professionalism. I have been with Global Smiles Dental for over 4 years for my comprehensive dental care (cleanings, fillings, ortho) and the quality of care has clearly been exponentially declining. The wait times are considerably long, as I don't understand why I have to consistently wait 45 minutes or longer than my scheduled appointment time - and what set me over the edge was this: The office will cancel your appointments for you. I understand you have a lot of clients who complain about the $50 fee if they cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, but that is a very low fee compared to other practices. You do not need to CANCEL someone's appointment because they didn't confirm. Never in my life have I needed to confirm my appointment that I scheduled myself.

Experiencia negativa: Things have unfortunately changed in this office, and I have to change my review. Walking into Global Smiles Dental is a welcoming experience. The front-working staff are kind and cooperative. Jen, especially, gives clear and concise information for your every dental need. The dental staff, themselves, are considerate of your comfort and time. Walk-ins are welcome and the atmosphere of the office is refreshing. Take the initiative and walk through the doors

Experiencia fantástica: Great place with friendly staff. They were very careful with my fillings and took extra measures to make the numbing process less painful. It can be a busy office but they are usually on point with appointment times. They are expeditious with their treatments and sensitive about your time. I had fillings done in the middle of the day during a longer lunch break I have on Tuesdays and they were able to finish before I had to be back. Overall, I would recommend this office. Their staff is friendly and professional, the timing is good, the prices are good, they accept many kinds of insurance, and Dr. Payal Singh who worked on my teeth is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her craft.

Experiencia positiva: They are somewhat easy to schedule with and work at least 6 days a week and maybe 7! There wait times are getting longer and longer. Cavity count changes by appointment. I usually only do a small part of what they recommend. Today, they told me a crown was almost $1,800 each, my last dentist used to charge $1,000 but was now $1,500. Talk about inflation, it's not just in your groceries!

Experiencia negativa: I would give zero stars if I could! Never going back! The hygienist never spoke to me. She sprayed water all over my face and my shirt. She used her hand to force my mouth open and shut instead of asking me to open and shut my mouth. I paid 3 grand to have a crown put on that doesn't stay on! Worst place ever!

She’s super friendly and makes cleanings quick and easy while still being very thorough. Both of them make going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. Highly recommend! I also got my wisdom teeth removed. Dr Singh, Bianca, and Harleen were very kind, and the procedure went well.

You will have to wait after your appointment time most days but everyone that works there is always very respectful and knowledgeable even though most are still learning. Experiencia negativa: So far I have been sitting for 45 minutes after my appointment time and finally asked the girl what was taking so long. They took several people back that came in after me. Then she said, “oh I meed to call to verify your benefits and wait for a fax.” Now she told me they take walk ins here so sometimes people with appointments have to wait longer. What?! Still waiting… unreal.

Once they called my name, Bianca helped me with absolute satisfaction and explained everything that I had a question about. I felt really comfortable and welcomed with my interaction with global smiles dental. Highly recommend them and they have awesome prices.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist is good some of the assistants are a tad heavy handed but Dr Bath does amazing work. Stephanie (front desk) is a gift she advocates for the clients on any issues they may have. There has been a few issue that ive encountered the one that bothered me the most is I had 2 root canal done both needing a crown and the first one took 12 weeks to get it the second took about 6 weeks in that time a sale for crowns started and they would only allow the discount on one tooth thanks to Stephanie she pressed the issue to help me get the discount I'm so greatful.. There is several assistants that i live to work with.. everyone is great and does great work i dont have complaints about any results so far. Ive only had one filling I wasnt happy with and they told me they would redo it so I am pleased with Global Smiles service

Experiencia negativa: Despite being double insured, my bill was sent to collections. My insurance company said they had covered the cost, but the billing department claimed otherwise and transferred the bill to collections, even though it was paid by insurance. My mom got a implant and the shape of it would make you question if the dentist is actually board certified, no other dentist uses the implant brands this office uses so if you go to them and they mess up your mouth you have to go back and pay them to fix their mistakes. Do not recommend for anyone, you will waste your money and experience gross levels of incompetence. 0/10 recommend
