Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Hamilton & Whitecotton enough for taking care of me! I came in with an emergency loose bracket from braces I got in the Philippines, and EVERYONE was SO kind and understanding about my situation. They fixed my bracket immediately and even checked my swollen wisdom tooth without making me feel rushed or stressed. They're following up with me and genuinely care about my dental health. I'm so grateful to have found such a compassionate and professional team. If you need emergency ortho care or just want a team that actually cares, please go to Hamilton & Whitecotton. Fantastic experience: The team at Hamilton & Whitecotton Orthodontics are always such a treat to be around. They have wonderful customer service and do exceptional work. I highly recommend and appreciate their help greatly.

Negative experience: It is in my opinion that this orthodontic office is not up to date on best practices/utilizing newest technology. Such as CBCT imagining, tongue tie screening and including a myofunctional therapist in the treatment plan (which a lot of offices are doing all of that at this point in time). I was disappointed and unhappy by the treatment option I received as it felt invasive, unnecessary and shortsighted. If they offer a treatment plan for you or your child involving the removal of healthy permanent teeth maybe get a second opinion for a less invasive alternative/explore better options and please question any provider who wants to remove healthy permanent teeth.

Fantastic experience: Love this place , never a long wait time, when they give you an appointment time you get called back at that time if not a little before. Great staff supper friendly highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I needed a replacement retainer and my previous orthodontist was going to charge $900+. I called Hamilton and Whitecotton and was quoted not even half of that! I made the appointment and had an AMAZING experience. The facility is so clean and uniquely designed. Tammy and Dr. Whitecotton were fabulous! So nice and answered all of my questions. The attention to detail when taking my impressions was very impressive. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!! Very sad I didn’t get my braces done here to begin with!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a consultation due to teeth grinding, constant headaches and TMJ pain/jaw clenching. Tried multiple remedies prior to contacting Dr. Hamilton and Whitecotton. Left with retainers, one month of no jaw pain, no teeth grinding and no jaw clenching during the day. So thankful!

Fantastic experience: My children both currently have braces and receive fantastic care from Hamilton & Whitecotton. However, Dr. Whitecotton deserves recognition for assisting my child after a mouth injury playing powder puff at school. Dr. Whitecotton contacted me on his day off to inform me that he had us an appointment with an oral surgeon. He met us at the office and stayed with us until the oral surgeon took over. He called to check on her and has continued to follow her recovery. I can't thank him enough for guiding me through this situation to ensure Kate received the best care.

They have a beautiful office that is SUPER kid friendly (including an arcade, a photo booth stocked with props, and an ice cream freezer in the lobby)!

Fantastic experience: As an adult going through the orthodontics process, I would absolutely recommend Hamilton & Whitecotton Orthodontics! Appointments and Scheduling - The most impressed I've been with a medical office. Scheduling appointments is easy and direct. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to be brought back. The times I needed a last minute appointment, or needed any questions answered, they were very accommodating and flexible. Staff - Every single person in the office is great. In a little over a year of my treatment, I've never had one bad experience with anyone there. Overall I had no complaints, from start to finish I was extremely impressed with the office, the staff, and the results!

My son was nervous about getting braces, but they helped get him pumped about it and he was actually excited by the time we left and he had them on. Dr. Whitecotton even called the first night to check on him. Glad we found them!

Both orthodontists pay such special attention to detail, the techs do a great job, and the office staff are helpful and kind. I completed the Invisalign Light and am super pleased with my results. They took extra care to make sure I was 100% secure in the teeth placement, provided polishing, back teeth wiring, the whole 9 yards. The payment plan offerings were very appreciated as well. Highly recommend!

Super fast service too, I was in and out in 15 minutes to get it glued back down. They were very helpful and friendly even though they were not my original childhood orthodontist. Thank you!! I don't have to be worried about my teeth moving anymore and I will definitely be back if it happens to my bottom one!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and orthodontists! We've used them for multiple kids! We had gone somewhere else for one of our children, and Hamilton & Whitecotton blow them away. They always are super thorough, making sure all our questions are asked, and have great availability to schedule appts. We're having to do jaw surgery, and they have a great relationship with an oral surgeon. Other friends have had surgery with these doctors/orthos and have nothing but great things to say about them. Definitely recommend!!!

In addition, I have to say that every interaction with the doctors and the staff, over the last 18 months, has been a pleasure. The staff are very professional, well trained, and friendly. They were always very informative regarding what service that they were going to perform to ensure that I was comfortable. At the conclusion of the procedure, they also welcomed me to call and come back in should I have any issues or concerns that needed attention. My daughter mentioned this...The only drawback at this facility, is that she never saw that same orthodontist assistant each visit. This would be my only concern, especially with younger patients. It's nice for a child as well as for an adult to have a relationship with his or her orthodontist assistant.
