They answered all my questions as I watched them describe the goal which was to give me some new front teeth. The experience was of a family working together with all the new technologies. Put me at ease and very efficient.

Positive experience: Been seeing Dr Davis for years. He always listen to my problem and then makes his recommendation. He is always gentle and constantly asking how it's going. Would not consider going to another dentist unless he recommended it for a more serious issue.

I came in with a broken tooth and an infection, and they were able to get me in as soon as possible which I’m incredibly grateful for. Fantastic experience: I really like this dentist office. My hygienist, Alecia, is super gentle and I can pretty much take a nap while she does her work on me. Dr. Potter has taken the time to learn about me and always asks about my summer/winter plans. It's nice to feel I'm important to the whole office.

No need to go back in a week or two to finish the process, from start to finish it was done in one day!!! I've never liked going to the dentist until now. Fantastic experience: A great dental office, for living in a smaller community this office stays up to date with current techniques and procedures. I was scheduled for a cleaning and woke up with a cold sore in the corner of my mouth, I was worried I would have to cancel my appointment but instead they provided laser treatment to my cold sore and cleaned my teeth!!! Amazing....It has been 2 years since the laser treatment and I haven't had another cold sore. Thank you Team Echo Ridge.

Everyone was kind, a thorough comprehensive exam (more details than my latest DDS), and a swift cleaning-perfect. I recently had a scheduling conflict that came up unexpectedly and the adjusted quickly and went over and beyond to accommodate.

They are so welcoming from the moment of arrival and throughout the appointment (as well as when contacting them anytime throughout the year). My hygienist is Nany. She is caring and professional. Also had to go in for an emergency dental exam. Des was kind and gentle taking the xray, picture and ultimately impression (which I couldn't of got through had she not gently talked me through it). Dr Potter is the best dentist I've had throughout my life. My family and I are blessed to be among patients. I highly recommend Echo Ridge Dental, well deserved recognition as 2024 World's Best.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful visit to the dentist today. Hygienist, Alicia, was skilled and pleasant as always. Gave me a couple suggestions to improve my gum health and plaque buildup. The business manager Sundry was super pleasant and efficient with helping me understand the cost of a crown. After 10 years of watching a cracked molar, Dr Potter should me a color change on part of the tooth indicating progression of the crack and eventual loss. This was very obvious once i saw it. Fixing it now before it breaks off could save me the cost of an implant which is many thousands of dollars more than a crown. He has a 3D printer that makes the crown in the office during the procedure. Pretty great. Great service. Thanks.

And as always, the staff were cheery. The team always makes me feel good and laugh a little, which I always enjoy. My only issue was the chair. Fantastic experience: I had two crowns placed at the same time. Dr. Potter and his assistant were professional, efficient and friendly. They explained the procedure thoroughly and made me aware of what to expect. The crowns were literally made on-site while I waited, are a perfect fit and match the color of surrounding teeth perfectly. The receptionist and finance staff were both super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this team if you're looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My best dental experience to date. This office is really unique. I've never had a dentist check my saliva for bacteria under a microscope before. The Dr. was very friendly and nice to talk with. They didn't try to turn a big profit on nitrous. All the staff was friendly. I've found my forever dentist it seems.
