By far the most professional , kind , understanding and gentile dental care I have ever experienced ! I’ve never really enjoyed going to the dentist , after today , I can now sing a new song. Hats off to Mebane Oaks Family Dentistry. Our business world today lacks service, support , a listening ear and finally , enough qualified team members to compete the service cycle. MOFD has it all!!! Now if they could just serve lunch :)

She was also great at listening to all my concerns and addressing them with me and the dentist. She also explained everything before she did it, so I knew what was happening, which I liked. The office was super clean, organized, and comfortable. All the staff I met were kind and attentive. I will definitely happily be back.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would be giving 5-stars to a dental practice, but if any one were deserving of it, Mebane Oaks Family Dentistry would be the one. Working in healthcare for 20+ years, waiting to be called into an exam room has just been part of for the course. Not here. No waiting, extremely pleasant/helpful/polite front desk staff, extremely nice and upbeat doctor and dental assistance (who had no issues answering any and all questions) made the experience effortless. They are mindful of staying on schedule which I haven’t seen in years. If you live in the Mebane area, look no further than Mebane Oaks. Added bonus: after a trip/procedure at their office you can reward yourself by zipping across the road to Tanger outlets (because who doesn’t like treating yourself to a little something after a trip to the dentist?!)

Fantastic experience: I am a local orthodontist, and I had two cavities in food traps that I needed filled. Dr. Dayena Lee did a wonderful job. The procedure was quick and painless, and the restorations are perfectly adapted to my bite. They also take my insurance! I would highly recommend coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit here and I was impressed with how easy and streamlined the checkin process was. Paperwork for initial visit is completed on a computer at a kiosk in the waiting room. Diana, my dental hygienist was warm, friendly, reassuring and explained everything she did. Dr. Le was thorough and explained what she did and informed me of my current dental health and anything that needed attention.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! They make appointments 6 months in advance and then will cancel cause “They’re busy this time of year” how can you do that? POLICY should not come before compassion for your patients. they were open Friday but I called multiple times and no answer. Unprofessional going back and forth through text messages but can’t answer phone!

Fantastic experience: I always have a wonderful experience from such kind staff. Thank you for making me feel comfortable when I needed it most. My first visit was a recommendation from Dr. Hobbs to your office. I had a root canal fail and a dentist who wouldn’t return my call. Once his partner figured out the root canal had ate my facial bone and the bone graft she did was still not enough, I asked for a periodontal referral and got Hobbs. I let Hobbs know I couldn’t go back and she sent me into your caring hands. I’m forever grateful. Thank you. Update: I have now been with them a couple of years and they still amaze me with their wonderful service. I called one night and left a message about getting over a sinus infection and wanting to make sure my implant was ok. They worked me in the next day and they were so sweet and caring. Very reassuring and thorough to make sure all was well. They could have taken advantage of me with making me pay a pretty penny and yet they didn’t. They only wanted me to know all was well with my dental health. They’re still such a blessing in my opinion. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over a year and just had a filling. On the top and all the way in the back - about the worst place it could be! I have to say this was, by far, the best visit I've ever had to get a filling. Normally the word "painless" is a joke but not in this case. I'm north of 60 in age so I've had a lot of experience with different dentists. If you are undecided and need to pick a dentist, you should pick this one!

Fantastic experience: Both Dr. Le's are wonderful. They have a good side manner and will take the time to explain procedures. Especially if youre a bit anxious. If Jackie could not blow and pop her bubble gum underneath her mask while up close in the patients face that would be great. She is a good hygienist but it doesn't come across that way popping gum during a procedure. The gentleman that cleans my teeth everytime is exceptional!!!! Cassidy was wonderful explaining my estimate!!

Fantastic experience: This is an exceptional practice. The Dr. Lees are personable and highly skilled. They have created a respectful and cheerful environment. They explain procedures patiently and thoroughly, and offer different levels of care options. They are also accommodating, I had to have an emergency crown and they scheduled my procedure immediately. The crown was fitted perfectly and looks much better than another, more expensive, crown I have. The office is bright, clean and well appointed. The office staff handle billing and insurance questions in a friendly and professional manner. So happy to have found Mebane Oaks Family Dentistry.

Everything is explained thoroughly upfront (cost, etc), as well as them explaining what they are going to do BEFORE they do anything. Dr. Lee was extremely great with my son who has autism. She allowed him to take breaks, did not pressure him, or attempt to sedate/restrain him. He was able to get his cleaning almost completely finished. No meltdowns! Huge achievement! Very wonderful staff with a chill vibe who gets things done! To add, even if you have a tight/crazy schedule—it’s no problem! Becky is a scheduling guru and will find an appointment that will work for you in a reasonable time frame. Glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist there. I have massive anxiety and panic attacks when going to see a dentist. But Dr. D. Lee was the Dr who did my fill ins for my teeth was so kind, and her assistant as well. She made sure to ask if I had a ride home, because of meds I took to calm my self down. Both were very soothing when I got my numbing shot as well, and every step they did they let me know what process was going on. Both was very kind, and warming. I know some have fear when seeing a dentist in which I do, and this was such and warm and welcoming experience. It’s truly small acts of kindness and empathy that goes a long way. Thank you!
