Fantastic experience: Was with my old dentist for 20yrs until he retired, needed to find a new dentist I trusted. Not an easy task since I really don't like dentists. Dr. Troutman was local and I like to support local business. I had heard good things about the practice too. Turned out all of it was true and then some! What great, knowledgeable, professional people in the practice. I mean everyone is very courteous. I'm not fond of waiting at an appointment either. Well they are on it for timing. I maybe waited 10/15min, and that was because I was early for my appointment, not on them. The service is top notch. My first appointment in 4yrs at the dentist and it couldn't have been better. The exam was thorough, Dr. Troutman took time to talk and explain things. I needed a cleaning of course, and that was scheduled very quickly. The hygienist was super. I didn't realize you could get a degree from UNC in dental hygiene! I did need a filling repair too, and went for that today. In and out in maybe 45min. Excellent work too I would HIGHLY recommend the practice!!

It is not easy to work on a dementia patient that is scared and doesn’t understand what’s going on and not vocal. This office done an outstanding job. They were able to get the x-rays completed. Fantastic experience: I had a somewhat emergent concern and called for an appointment. I was able to be seen within a couple hours. As always, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and I received excellent care. As it turns out, I have a root infection which will require a root canal. I was told multiple times that it was a good thing that I called to be seen. I highly recommend this dental clinic for all of your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Went to Troutman today due to a loose crown. The assistant, Jessica, was very thorough, very professional and very friendly. She explained every procedure as she did xrays. Dr. Alison Cole was delightful as always! She also was very thorough and while it wasn’t the outcome I hoped for, she and Jessica tried everything they could to save my crown! Permanent crown went on without any issues!!

Fantastic experience: I am from the Boston area where dental care is extremely costly. I am thrilled with the expert, new technology and care I received today. I walked in with an old crown and a break. With no discomfort I left with a new crown that fits as well as my natural teeth. This did take 3 hours but avoided a temporary and 2nd visit. The cost was very reasonable. Dr Troutman is a rare find. His knowledge and expertise are remarkable. When I mentioned I was Chilly, a blanket was given. His dental assistant did most of the preparation and she is also an integral part of an excellent team.
