Fantastic experience: My longtime dentist recently retired, so I came to Dr. Karen Kramarczyk as a new patient when I needed a crown. Since I had never had a crown before, I was feeling quite nervous about the procedure. Dr. Kramarczyk and her team were wonderful from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and most importantly, I didn't feel a thing during the procedure! The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful to have found a dentist I can trust. I highly recommend Dr. Kramarczyk to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled dental care.

The last visit I made I was not happy, they would not even clean my teeth because my blood pressure was too high, but proceeded to tell me all the procedures I needed and how much it would cost. I went to Family Dentistry, and they cleaned my teeth and did a great job, no talk about all the work I needed and my blood pressure was actually low enough to clean my teeth. Fantastic experience: my family has been going to Dr. K for years and has always had great experiences with front office staff, dental, assistants and Dr. K herself. They generally run on time and are efficient with their appointments. We’ve never had any problems with work we’ve had done and it’s always clear what to be expected when we sit in the chair. Today I had a small cavity fixed. I was brought back right at the time my appointment was scheduled for my procedure was completed in the estimated time Dr. K gave and I was done within about 30 total minutes. The assistant gave me instructions, and I felt comfortable about what to expect for the rest of the day. I always tell people about Dr. K when they ask of a dentist in the area!

Positive experience: Had a difficult time choosing "stars". Dr. K is a FIVE star; marvelous, truly interested in the her patients. The front office is also FIVE star. The hygienist was good and did a thorough cleaning the first few times my husband and I came in but the past times we have been in, she was not so careful. She nicked my tongue with the rotating instrument (which she denied) but I have the place on my tongue that still hurts 3 weeks later. I believe that she did a good cleaning so I'd give her a THREE stars.

Negative experience: Beware! This dentist will charge you beyond what is authorized by your insurance company. When told to do only X-Rays that are authorized by your insurance they will do additional X-Rays and bill you. When confronted we were told they adhere to their policies and not the insurance company. When asked to speak with the dentist about the billing practice I was told that was not an option.
