Fantastic experience: I am one of the scariest persons in the world when it comes to going to the dentist! I also want you to realize that I am a grown man. I made the doctor aware of my fright of the dentist, he said I would treat your mouth just like it was my mouth. This doctor did exactly that this is and was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know if they use state-of-the-art equipment or if GOD lend it his hands to this doctor, but this doctor and his staff were excellent. I highly advise you to go here if you were not afraid of the dentist or if you are afraid of the dentist. He did an excellent job. I will return and I am advising all family and friends to go to SMILEY dental every rip.. I was not paid to say this either.

Fantastic experience: The office is very comfortable, and feeling very friendly from the time you walk thru the door. Everyone was very nice, almost like family. I think I will be very comfortable when it is time for my procedure. The doctor and nurse were never in a hurry. The doctor listened and made sure I understood everything we had discussed. When I left I was well informed. I will be referring all my family here.

Negative experience: A simple root canal on my front tooth went badly when Dr. Tin Nguyen punctured the wall of the tooth's root during the procedure. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend finding another dentist as soon as possible. Don't risk your teeth with an inexperienced dentist. Your dental health is too important.

Fantastic experience: BEST. DENTIST.EVER Dr.Tin already knows I'm his biggest fan and here's why: he is kind, gentle, and patient! He is always reachable and makes time to fit his patients into his busy schedule. Once you become his patient, he is there for your dental needs. He has a clean, inviting, and friendly office and staff. I've never been in any pain under his care and I've had many procedures from him. He's been my dentist for over 8 years now. My mom even travels from Utah often to have her dental services done by Dr.Tin! I appreciate him and his entire staff. Also, he is open on SATURDAYS! Thank you, Dr. TIN! YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Fantastic experience: I had an Awesome visit with Dr. Tin H. Nguyen today in Maricopa AZ., I was so amazed with the service that I am getting from this office, The office is very clean, the workers were so pleasant and accommodating. They use such advance equipment. I was sitting in such a comfortable chair that has a massager connected to it while you're being worked on. I was also given a pillow to rest my legs on. along with his assistant they worked so well together. He did not rush with doing my work or pass me on to someone else to finish me. You can tell he cared about giving good service. A lot of times you go to an office, and they have students doing the major work on you. I have no problem with the students doing the minor work but not the major work. It was such a pleasure being there I set up to get everything that I need to get me back on track. I've been in Arizona for 25 years and have never had this time of service before, I give them a 20, Book your appointments with ease knowing you will get the best care ever.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dental experience I've ever had. It was quick and fast they had me in & out in 30min & that's with having to take X-rays first as a new patient. Also Dr. Nguyen was super gentle, my last dentist was very heavy handed. 10/10.

Again another great experience and feedback on regarding my care. The remaining stitches were removed, gum area healed well with sticking to instructions given. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that was giving me trouble, but I’d been putting it off because I get major dental anxiety (big chicken here ‍♀️). I walked into the office to inquire about making an appointment to have it extracted, and they offered to take care of it right then and there. At first that felt overwhelming, but it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. The doctor and staff were so patient and kind with me and all my emotions. I truly felt cared for the whole time. If they can make a big baby like me feel comfortable, that says a lot!

Dr. Tin had done bridge work previously for me, I am still pleased with the durability of this appliance. I've been to many other offices for dental work, some were not good. Fantastic experience: Went in and had the best experience that i have ever had in any dentist office in my life time. I suffer from really bad anxiety from any dental work and needles. Dr Nguyen and the staff broke down options to help me get thru my root canal .My treatment was painless and relaxing. Dr Nguyen and all the staff has changed my mind on being nervous to get dental work done. Dr Nguyen and the staff were 10/10 on communication and not pushy, like other dentist i have experienced. Fantastic experience: I've had the same dentist for 20 years until he retired. I had to choose a new dentist and I spent time calling every dentist in Maricopa, AZ. I left messages with some, explaining that I needed a new dentist and some didn't even return my call. Some of the other ones I talked to were short with answering questions. I also needed to make sure my new dentist took our insurance and a couple offices needed to check and return my call, only 1 did and that was 3 days later. I called Smiley Dental and from the beginning of my call, I felt comfortable. The lady even told me she would have the Dr. Give me a call. The next day, Dr. Nguyen called me. He also emailed me the list of insurances his practice accepts. He was super nice and that is who I went with. I came into the office last week for my first appointment. I was greeted warmly and my appointment was on time. Maybe 5 minutes late but that is great for any Dr. Office. I was taken back, had all my x-rays and then met Dr. Nguyen. I gave him a hug and told him that is what my old dentist and I did every visit. He thought that was cool and so I started a new tradition with my new dentist. He did a fantastic job and I left with that clean mouth feeling. I always say, CLEAN CHOPPERS ARE HAPPY CHOPPERS. So glad I found my new dentist for hopefully, the next 20 plus years. I highly recommend Smiley Dental in Maricopa, AZ to anyone looking for a great dentist. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff for making me and my wife super comfortable. Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Smiley Dental today and it is a 10 Star experience. Christi at the front desk was very efficient in providing service upon my call to them a week before the appt. Paperwork was sent to complete prior to the appt. The staff is friendly, like I'd been there before, the office is super clean and decorated pretty and up to date. Dr. Tin is kind and comfortable to work with. Staci was efficient and got all of my xrays completed the first try without having to redo any of them, I've Always have had to have redo's on xrays due to I have large tori that are painful and difficult to place the xray equipment around. No pain today with Staci and No redo's. The cleaning was excellent!! When Dr. Tin was finished I was shocked. Again, no pain, no nothing. The best cleaning I've ever experienced. Please do yourself a favor and try Smiley services. You will be very pleased you did. Going back again next week to have fillings for gum recessions that I've needed but did not like my last dentist enough to have the work completed. Great dentist and staff!!!

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of the dentist it always seems to be a painful experience for my mouth and wallet. Not here though they were very gentle and little pain in the mouth and the cost to get the work done was half another local dentist so all around I was very satisfied. If you need a dentist you should check them out.
