Fantastic experience: After hours my daughter bashed her mouth in a swimming pool, dropping one out of the socket and two more loose. I was able to call and leave a message as we were patients, and got a prompt text back saying Doc didn’t think it warranted urgent care, and they could fit me in the next day. Doctor Tina was amazing (as usual). Super explanatory, and thorough. The staff is all super kind and down to earth. Equipment is up to date, X-ray took seconds. On the way out I was going to book a cleaning for my daughter, and they said they had a no call no show and squeezed us in! I’m not a very comfortable person when it comes to healthcare, but I’ve truly found people I trust and don’t dread calling. Thank you for all you do girls!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever. Honest and make you feel comfortable. Everyone there is great and they are conservative vs doing unnecessary dental work. I even got my fiance to go to them who absolutely hates dentists and he loved them and had no complaints. I recommend everyone to them. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I decided to switch to the office. I needed to get 2 crowns done & Jake the assistant & Dr. Joe were incredible. Jake was kind & always asked if I had any questions -Dr. Joe was so thorough, very kind & gentle!! Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office.

Fantastic experience: All the care was excellent. My hygienist was very friendly and thorough in her work while also being gentle. The dentist answered all my questions in great detail and spent quite a bit of time with me. Front office staff was also very friendly. My appointment also started right on time, which I really appreciate. It is also nice to be able to watch TV during the cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dentist is great. Work was great. Staff was great. Only challenge which may prevent me from going here for care beyond this visit is the billing. Paying up front is hugely expensive and most dentists in the past would know how much to be paid out of pocket and what is covered by insurance and I pay the difference. Now I'm going to wait for reimbursement from insurance and I don't even know what to expect from them as a reimbursement. I have no problem paying a bill but paying the whole bill is not something I prefer to do.

Fantastic experience: Well it all started at breakfast one morning when I broke a tooth while eating something. I was unable to get in at the Cedarburg location where I usually go but there was an opening at the West Bend office. So I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Malea Rogness to evaluate my tooth. She recommended a crown which is what I thought would be needed as well. My appointment started at 8 am with prepping the tooth for the crown which took about an hour or so. I then was given a 2 hour break while the crown was made. I came back around 11am and she put the crown in and I was on my way home just before noon. I have to say this is the first time I have had zero pain from start to finish for the whole procedure, including the needle for numbing the gums! It’s been 2-3 weeks since having this done and zero pain or problems. Very happy with the experience and outcome. Highly recommend Dr Malea Rogness! Thank you!
