Negative experience: I made my appointment to get a tooth removed and was told on the phone that they would just have to look at it and then schedule to remove it. I got there and they wanted me to get new x'rays done and see 3 different people before they could tell me if they can pull it. I had just had all that done a month ago.

Fantastic experience: This is not my regular Aspen Dental. I am visiting in Wisconsin and had a problem with a denture I have from my local Aspen in Kingman, AZ. The West Bend office got me in the day after I called. Checked out my problem and gave me options to help with it. They were very nice to deal with and since I am an Aspen patient there was no charge for the visit. I have found all the people I have ever dealt with at Aspen to be very nice and good at their jobs. I would recommend this office, no question about it.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people, making sure I was comfortable thru the whole process going over things step by step so I understood. They are very understanding, if you cannot pay they have financing options for you! If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend these guys! The office felt very homey, i was not uncomfortable in the slightest. Will be coming back for sure for all my dental needs.

Negative experience: Do NOT recommend going here. I was having pain in my mouth so came in for an emergent visit. Told the dentist I had swelling and pain but the swelling had gone down. He said it wasnt possible, basically called me a liar and said he "wasn't going to argue with me over what happened". He looked at my xrays, stuck a mirror in my mouth for 20 seconds, and then had them put together a treatment plan for thousands of dollars worth of work and they didn't take 1 measurement of my gum line! The treatment plan contained everything from invisalign (which i did not ask for) to an electronic toothbrush (which i already told him I have)!!!!! I ran out of there as fast as possible and will NEVER return!!! Add to that, they can't even spell my name right!!! They kept calling me "Daniella". The text message i got with the link to write a review even said "Daniella". If it were possible to g9ve negative stars, I would.

Negative experience: It seems staff is all about selling additional services. $1400 for "special" cleaning and $400ish for a cavity preventative. When I refused these extras I was told I couldn't get a routine cleaning or a crown. My insurance covers the regular cleaning and the crown. I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is an exceptional Dental hygienist. She really cares about your dental health, and goes the extra mile to make sure your health is where it should be.

Fantastic experience: The 1st woman was super. In the office, in the chair and doing the X-ray, she was patient and kind. The doctor was informative and polite. The woman from the front office gave me the information I asked for and set up next week's visit. All 3 were amazing!

Negative experience: In late 2018 I needed dentures so I thought Aspen was the place to go because my girlfriend had gone to Aspen for dentures 10 years earlier and never had not even an adjustment. Not the case with me. I needed adjustments almost immediately and I went there week after week for at least 5 times finally they told me we can't keep giving you adjustments you'll have to get used to what you have. I had to modify them myself just so I could eat. My dentures broke 3 times in the last 2 years at first they charged me to fix them but after the 3rd time they fixed them for free. Why did they fix them for free after the 3rd time? Maybe because they have a flaw in their design Now the uppers broke again that's number 4. The whole experience cost over 65 hundred dollars and now I'm reluctant to go back there again. You cost me time, you cost money and I had to miss work that alone cost me 3 hundred dollars a day. You ask Maybe my modifications may have compromised the integrity of the dentures? Well maybe but I never modified the lowers and they broke too. So that being said I will never do business with you ever again because the quality of your dentures are hacked at best

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming staff and Dr. Although he made my dentures a year and a half and now im getting new ones made by another dr..I have never felt a colder dental ofgice..to be fair thec2 assistants were amazing...but dr...nope profit at all cost and an assembly line of treatment .the front desk had one woman who woukd never look when you came to the desk..very cold ice queen

Negative experience: Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. Talked to someone on the phone and called day of appointment and they could not treat me, and said they did "no emergency care". Went to emergency dental of Milwaukee in West Allis and they were quick to schedule the appointment and actually kind on the phone

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Aspen dental but wow! Everyone was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. No one made me feel bad for not having insurance and for having to break down my treatment so I can afford it better. They explained the potential treatments to me so well and Justin and Lisa (and my two dental assistants today, I am so sorry I didn't remember their names!) really made me feel comfortable and at home in their clinic. I didn't feel like a new patient, I felt like an old friend. And the dentist was so kind too and explained my timeline for treatment to me and was very personable. I could go on longer than this message even, but suffice it to say if you're looking for a state of the art, clean, knowledgeable, and efficient dental office, this is the place for you! Just know if you don't have dental insurance you do have to pay upfront before scheduling further services, but they're so helpful with that too.

Negative experience: Zero stars is what I want. But the feedback will not allow that. Aspen did not do what they said they would . The communcation from the exam to the front was not accurate. Aspen sends multiple emails daily. The spam is a problem

Fantastic experience: I was very disappointed when I was seen at the Germantown Aspen dental they made my dentures they made them to big for my mouth so Im going to the Aspen in WestbBend and so far so good lseeing very good dentist there and he made my upper dentures 8 years ago and they were made perfectly and fit well . I have faith in him again

Fantastic experience: The West Bend Dental Office is awesome. I always feel welcomed and they always show care and concern, answering any questions in advance. The doc is is amazing- the friendliest most engaging dentist I've ever met, I wish I had him 20 years ago. Also the dental assistant Kate and the office manager Justin are top notch. Lisa is the dental hygienist and she is very very thorough and tells it like it is . I highly recommend the West Bend location

Fantastic experience: the hygienists are very kind. they make it easy to understand the importance of dental health and have plans readily available to help tackle existing issues. the front desk staff are really kind as well. everyone has been accommodating. I haven’t once felt judgement for my poor dental hygiene which is a big fear with a lot of dentists. I’ve had my teeth cleaned here, and two teeth pulled as well, and all has healed nicely.

Positive experience: Service was great, but was shocked on how much I had to pay up front before they do anything and didn't even run it through my insurance yet.

Negative experience: Aspen Dental, West Bend, WI: They won't let you know beforehand what services are covered by your insurance and what not. My regular clean-up visit cost me $200 from my pocket, cause the insurance was not covering the X-RAY and Floride Varnish, and they didn't let me know this before the service, but once the service was rendered, and I had no choice but to pay it. I am pretty sure by law, they are supposed to let you know what will be not covered by the insurance, and if I still want those services. But looks like they will always stick something extra on to your bill.

Negative experience: Just like everyone else is mentioning this place is a scam and i warn you to not waste your time here! I have never written a review online but felt it was necessary to try and warn others to look elsewhere for dental care. The extensive x rays and then making you pay hundreds for a cleaning before you can even get work done thats needed- such a scam. They quoted me $550 for a cleaning before i could get the $4600 in work they also quoted me. Such a joke. Never ever going there and telling anyone that will listen to please never go there as well.

Negative experience: I like the dentist and have no complaints with him!Problem l have is iv had two different hygienist one say things are looking well you just need too start coming for cleanings twice a year and the other after poking my gums sad that some were bleeding and need way more work!They definitely need to get on the same page!It felt like l was talking to a used car salesman trying to get more money out of me!Plus feel SHE is a little loud with what l would consider person information!!!!Im paying enough to go there it shouldn't be to much to get a honest opinion!

I was actually lost and called Aspen, and the lady whose name I forgot actually got a map up and told me where I needed to be. That was really nice. I was there in 5 minutes. Everyone was professional yet had kind personalities. I like this office and the people who helped my experience be as nice as possible. Heck, I even found out Katie Jo lives right down the street from me! Small world indeed. I highly recommend. 5 stars. Thanks everyone. I'll see you again later this week.

Positive experience: Got me in quickly for an emergency appointment, ran through the options with me and the pricing and was able to do an extraction same day. Would be 5 starts if they didn’t focus so much on pushing the straightening of my smile when I just want the pain to stop.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistants were all very kind and were doing their best to ease the pain I felt during the point when they were putting me new dentures in my mouth. The three girls were of amazing help and they would get another girl to try because I think they were afraid that maybe someone else could get the dentures without pain. Each one of them did their best and I am very grateful for each one of them.

Fantastic experience: Andrea did a 10/10 job on my teeth cleaning. I did my six-month flossing and brushing routine with the intensity of an Olympian to the Rocky theme song, so I like to think I got the assist setting her up for success. Thanks Andrea!

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental office experience of my adult life. The entire staff was authentic and friendly. The doctor was clearly an expert and highly efficient. There was no judging, and no time wasting with endless appointments. I will be bringing my whole family from now to Aspen Dental. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I needed a broken tooth put back into my denture. I was forced to fill out a bunch of paperwork based on my health history. For what? I needed a tooth put back into my denture. I was told I needed x-rays of my mouth! I wouldn't allow them to. For what? I needed a tooth put back into my denture. Web site says "walk in welcome" Says We will fix your denture while you wait! Nope. Then when the incompetent Dr. finally talked to me he told me my denture was worn out and could not be fixed! What? I needed a tooth put back into my denture! I was told they would be happy to make me a new replacement denture. Total BS! Bait and switch tactics and lying to try to scam me into a new denture. After about 30 seconds of arguing with the fool I realized it was pointless to argue with him and walked out. He either had not the skill to do the work or was playing me to try to sell me on what I didn't need. I went somewhere else. I just got my denture back from Jackson Family Dental good as new and I even had them replace a second tooth that I had chipped dropping it awhile back. My advice? Never go to Aspen!

Negative experience: I hate Aspen Dental in WB and recommend you never go here. I was 2-3 min late to an emergency appt before my insurance would end in a few days and they told me my appointment is cancelled. I told them the day before I had to get out of work to come and return back to work, so the 2-3 min was because work made me finish something before leaving. And they denied me the appt still. I was so pissed, because after saying 15 times my insurance was going to end, the receptionist had the audacity to tell me that she could make an appt next week (after it would end). I was so mad because it was a waste of time and my mouth was in pain! I literally worked 5-8 min down the road at the time too and was just 3 minutes late.

Negative experience: Never go here if you value your wallet and teeth. Trying to scam people out it $2000 for gingivitis cleaning and tooth extractions that were never done. Could easily confuse the elderly. They hardly speak English and need an interpreter if they can not clearly communicate their concerns with patients because there is a lot of room for error.

Positive experience: My first experience with Aspen Dental West Bend is to establish care - no dental issues. I chose this office because it is the nearest provider for my Medicare Advantage provider. There was a delay in transferring my records from my previous provider who closed their office in West Bend. The staff took care to verify my Humana dental benefits for x-rays, the dentist, etc. I have to say Aspen’s x-ray procedure was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. I only gave them 4 stars because I scheduled a cleaning but was a couple days ahead of my 6-month schedule, and the hygienist and dentist were so understanding. I will update my review following my next visit for routine cleaning, as no issues were identified.

Negative experience: I was supposed to have an appointment but they needed insurance information. They called me when I was at work and when I tried calling back the same day (FRIDAY) a few hours later they didn't answer after multiple tries of calling. Then it was the weekend. I called the morning of my appointment (Monday) to confirm and they said that because they didn't hear from me they cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone else. Now I need to find an emergency dentist because my tooth hurts so bad and I was really needing this appointment.

Fantastic experience: They got me in same day for an emergency, and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. No surprises. I will be back and I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Negative experience: I called to make appointment when I got there girl at desk asked why I was there? Really then when another girl came and got me she explained everything there were going to do. I said I don't want the full blown x-rays that they fo every 5 years cause it was a horrible experience 5 yrs ago. They told me they couldn't see me then if I wouldn't do those kind of xrays. So I said well that's to bad and I walked out. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! I will never go back or tell anyone to go there.

Negative experience: I arrived 20 min before my appointment to make sure forms were filled out. After 15 minutes past my appointment I just left. They do not respect your time.

Fantastic experience: This was probably the best dental experience I've ever had I had a horrible experience which caused me not to see the dentist in quite some time and this office made me feel so comfortable I didn't feel embarrassed and everything was explained so well that I left with no questions and knew exactly what the plan would be.

Negative experience: Called to schedule a referral. 1st attempt went to voice mail, waited 3 days with no call back. 2nd attempt got through, and the lady that answered the phone was very curt and rude. After a brief conversation, we decided that this establishment didn't need my families patronage. I'll spend my money somewhere else. I'd encourage anyone with dental needs to find a different dentist or buy a pair of plyers.

Negative experience: I went in for a first time visit and they told me I needed more than 10 cavities filled, 2 crowns, my wisdom teeth pulled, and I had gingivitis. I know I have a few cavities, but hot damn I’m only 22, I don’t need two crowns. Total estimated to be over 8k, and they said my insurance didn’t cover the fillings because of the kind of material they use, it’s white. And they said I needed all this work done ASAP, tried getting me to schedule everything the same day. Going over billing and breaking down costs, they said there was an electric toothbrush for $150 in the cost that I didn’t even need. They were just gonna charge me for it without telling me… Dental hygiene shouldn’t be that expensive, especially when I have insurance.

Negative experience: I came in with a painful tooth and gum infection and knew I needed an antibiotic and an appointment for a tooth extraction. I was subjected to three hours of high pressure advice to have all my teeth pulled, painful X-rays and finally got a prescription for an antibiotic. The X-ray contraption was bizarre and made my tooth ache worse. I will never go back.

Negative experience: I had 21 teeth extracted, in the same day! Don't expect any pain meds. I had no feeling in my mouth for about 4 hours after, the next 2 weeks was the worst suffering you can imagine. The temp dentures they gave me are great "I still wear them." 4 years after the fact. While trying to leave I was stopped by a desk person about my payment method. I may have been a bit rude." with blood falling out of my mouth to the floor I said." I've paid everything in advance, why am I talking to you." she said "Oh your right you over paid." These people will NOT give you any prescription for the pain. Over the counter aspirin, ibuprofen is all you get. They did send me a check at the end of the year, once I stopped showing up for the $300 gingivitis treatments on my remaining 9 teeth.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to Aspen Dental in West Bend. I had a concern, plus was requesting a makeup appointment yesterday and they fit me into today’s schedule. The dentist, dental assistant, and staff are phenomenal—understanding, professional and competent. They put you at ease and are upfront with charges, which have been very reasonable for someone on Medicare. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Negative experience: The doctor was incompetent and could not successfully tell me where my thyroid gland was located. He told me it was in my jaw near the tooth. My neck hurts right where my thyroid gland is and can be caused by a tooth infection and he said there is no symptoms of tooth infection. I would not send anyone to an Aspen Dental Clinic. Please close all facilities. Do not visit this facility or any!

Negative experience: I had a bridge which I had for 15 years Replaced August 2023. They ended up having to pull the tooth it was anchored to. They put in a new bridge which was longer because they had to pull The original Anchor tooth. Eight months later, the bridge broke and cracked the tooth it was anchored to. I paid $7000 for the bridge in August of 2023 And now they want me to pay that again for a new bridge. They had to Extract the molar that cracked when the bridge cracked. Which my insurance paid the $39 for. The new dentist that I saw this time. Said that I should’ve had an implant in there as an anchor. He would’ve never put a bridge in that large of a gap without an implant. Totally sucks. I haven’t even paid off the bill from the last one. I’m really Disgusted that they are not willing to stand behind their work. They make you pay for the work before they Even initiate the process. It seems the company is all about the money instead of patient care. It is now October 2024 and no one has gotten back to me. They keep telling me the dentist will call or the owner will call and no one has called. Time to call the dental association.

Fantastic experience: As far as teeth pulling goes couldn't have asked for a better experience. The dentist made the whole experience nearly painless and they are the only place around that was willing to squeeze me in this month let alone same day.

Negative experience: First of all I am a Veteran and I've been dealing with Aspen for 2yrs. Only wanted two teeth fixed for my wedding (June 4th 2021)and throughout all of the Pain and Disappointment ,I've ended up having all my teeth pulled and am I am not very depressed dealing with loosing all my teeth. They tell you one thing, give you a price. Then slap you with another amount After they pulled teeth. Leaving me no choice but to pay for it. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. They are All About Quantity and Definitely NOT About Quality. My nightmare started back in 2020 and I still don't have my permanent teeth. They prey on People who just want a smile again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN TO NO ONE!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! MR. MAN WITHOUT A SMILE....☹️ August 6th, 2024 Finally got my full dentures. Lowers won't stay in. Still VERY Unhappy.

Negative experience: They deserve 0 stars. This dentist told me I had MULTIPLE cavities. First of all I came in wanting to get a chipped tooth fixed and they didn’t do it. They only did an x-ray on my front two teeth, then the dentist poked at my teeth for literally 30 seconds and said I had multiple cavities and we would have to book multiple appointments to fix it. Well I didn’t do ANY of that instead I decided to leave and book NOTHING with them. So I went to a local dentist and got my tooth fixed and got them xray and cleaned, guess what!!!! I HAVE ZERO CAVITIES! Even one of the dental assistants had an experience at aspen dental with them claiming to have multiple cavities. This is actually insane, and then they want to sit here and take from my insurance and say they did the comprehensive exam. They did nothing. Do not go here.

Negative experience: "You DENIED me treatment, a cleaning, because you wanted to upsell me on a periodontal disease cleaning. Something you tried to do from the moment I booked the appointment. Your scammy tactics were felt at every employee interaction. You wasted my time and messed with my insurance. I am underemployed, I pay out of pocket for my marketplace healthcare and now you screwed up my dental plans for the calendar year as you stole one of my exams, all my x-rays and then denied me the thing I needed, a cleaning. Reviewing the internet prior to my exam today would have told me of the nasty practices done by Aspen Dental. I regret not reviewing them sooner. When I called my insurance company to talk about my treatment today and what options I have, they too said I should have gone to anyone but Aspen. What a mess.

Negative experience: Had to have all 3 of my crowns done by the dentist at aspen redone after only a year. Told him I needed root canals done before the crowns because I was in extreme pain. He ignored me and I had to live through huge amounts of pain before a REAL dentist fixed the problem the aspen joke of a dentist refused to fix. The ladies up front are extremely rude. The assistant kept poking the side of my mouth during the whole procedure. The owner was there during this time and he just brushed it off. Horrible dentist.

Negative experience: Don't send your dog here. No personal care. You are treated as a number with a $ sign. I'm filing a complaint with my insurance company and hopefully they'll drop this tooth factory. Because I dared to complain about the service I received they refused to see me for an infection I KNEW I had. Which resulted in an abscess, hospitalization, emergency surgery and I was on a ventilator for 4 days. Their lack of professionalism and empathy almost cost me my life! Update almost 2 years later... again, all they care about is the almighty dollar. I guess the dentists are all too important to bother seeing patients. I have at least 5 sore spots in my mouth, but the "limited" exam doesn't come with a dentist. And they tried to charge me twice on the same day for the same procedure.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. Like other reviews I have read about Aspen that are negative, I hadn't experienced any negatively or pressure. Everyone I encountered explained what and how it was going to be done pertaining to their current roll at the dentistry. Dentist Patel was very informative and to the point.

Negative experience: I arrived for pain on an implant and left without a solution for the pain. an antibiotic but without being sure that there is actually an infection despite the numerous x-rays carried out. when they know you have good insurance they take advantage of it! I came out with a quote, $9200 that I didn't ask for for a treatment of my gums and to redo an implant !!

Fantastic experience: Had to have a fractured tooth extracted. They were able to get me in for it immediately after the exam. I was extremely nervous as I’ve never had a tooth extracted before. All I can say is, they gave me the injection and immediately my tooth felt better than it had in a week. When he pulled the tooth out, which couldn’t have taken more than 5 min, I couldn’t believe he was done. I thought he was in there preparing and my tooth is already out. A completely pain free experience.

Negative experience: Wish I could do 0. I understand paying for a service but come on. I felt like I walked on to the car lot of dental offices and they are ready with their sales pitch. And dont delay you need it all right now!!! I won't be back!

Positive experience: What a team! I'm not convinced I wasn't lied to or that the dentist had the highest wisdom in order but I am willing to do what he asked and have the work done that he seeks to do. Beautiful people with exceptional technology and smart ideas! Thanks for forcing me to find a better dentist, Lord! Amein!

Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful for the office girls at this location!!! Friday, I was in an emergency situation and needing my bottom wisdom teeth pulled. I was in a lot of pain and there was no way I was going to make it thru the holiday weekend! Thank god I had my X-RAYS to expedite and show them so they could expedite emergency attention to me and be effective with time. Unfortunately the doctor onsite was not a proper fit for handling the extraction I needed, HOWEVER, that did not stop them from helping me! They were aware of another doctor of theirs that was equipped to handle it AND was working that day but at their Waukesha location. She expedited the call and arrangements for me and told me to leave and head down there ASAP!!! I did as she said as I know we were crunched on time being the Friday before Christmas. When I arrived, they were waiting for me! They were absolutely right, the doctor there was wonderful and took great care of me!! Because of them, I am off to having a great Christmas!!! Aspen Dental, from West Bend to Waukesha, you ALL were my hero’s that day! I’m so thankful for all of you!!! Thank you for caring and going above and beyond to help me in that scary and time sensitive situation!!! Will always have this experience and memory to share now with others and I will always recommend Aspen Dental for when in need!

Positive experience: Friday needed dental repair accepted me quickly ! Billing discussion *please check quote before paying and rectified my question office said they were aware of oversight I Changed 2nd appointment date office said I could come in whenever ….and waited 40 minutes a bit long guess I rather make appointment next time left in a few minutes First appointment had very nice DA * DDS a few minutes never did an actual oral check just visualized me said hi Second appointment saw same DA nice enough never saw dentist?? Dental restoration staff did wonderful job ** Wanted to say thanks but never saw that staff person . Thanks restoration person

Fantastic experience: The staff was courteous, and friendly, and explained all of my options, including financing options! They worked with me to come up with a plan of care that meets my needs! The dentist took care of a minor issue right on the spot! I left there feeling I was in good hands for my dental needs!

Dr. Patel creates carefully tailored dental care, with the skills to make each decision as painless as possible. His work will restore self confidence in your smile! I would highly recommend these delightful individuals to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I'm not done with the process yet...but so far things have been great! I had all my upper teeth pulled in August and left with teeth the same day. I had my first refit appointment today ....and the denture feels like my natural teeth! I won't lie to you...it was a struggle getting used to them up until this point. I go back in 4 months for another fitting. All of the staff is super kind, professional, and friendly. So far I am extremely happy and plan on using their dental services for my lower teeth

Fantastic experience: After having a dental emergency, I was able to get in same day. After x-rays and a thorough exam, we had a game plan moving forward. I have been putting off going due to being anxious at the thought of being judged for having poor dental care in the past. When I went in for my cleaning, the hygienist Lisa was more than welcoming and reassuring! She also made sure to walk me through what she was doing and would check in to make sure I was doing okay. She passed no judgement and after the cleaning, helped me with proper care moving forward and answered all of my questions. I also had to have some fillings done and my doctor was great! Explained to me the process and also made sure I knew what I was getting done and how it would be completed. Very happy I was able to establish my dental care here!!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have gone better. The dental assistant/hygienist did an incredible job at talking me through all the uncomfortable parts of the appointment. She was great at setting the expectations for the current visit and what the future may hold. Can’t wait to return for additional torture.

Negative experience: I moved a couple years ago and needed a new dentist, so I made an appointment with this one. I came out of this office with more tooth problems than I had going in. The secretaries and staff are very nice, but the dentist is a total hack. He destroyed multiple gum lines between my teeth that food painfully gets stuck in every time I eat (years later). I had loose/painful fillings he did for over a year, and when I went to get them fixed he told me "it's fine" and ended the appointment. He drilled out 60-75% of 4 of my teeth for "small cavities", he left all the fillings sharp so they cut when I floss. I've never had any of these problems with my previous dentist. Don't go here if you value your teeth.

Negative experience: This business performs unnecessary dental work, also known as mutilating patients. Additionally, they pad their reviews with fraudulent accounts. You can tell because many of them have basically no reviews to their name - yet they review their dentist? Not plausible. Someone should tell the doctor that men live here.

Positive experience: Everyone I interacted with in person was wonderful. They have a great system in place to keep things efficient. I did however speak with a Beth today who wasn’t the friendliest and rude over the phone. I need a fractured tooth removed and I’ve never had to do this before so I was unsure of the protocol when requesting records to be sent to an oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: 100% satisfied. After not going to the dentist for over 10 years, I was very nervous on what I would need to have done and how long it would take. My experience at this location exceeded my expectations. They did everything they said they were going to do at the time they said they would do it. Special thanks to Benny the lab tech, and all of the very professional young ladies who helped make this possible. They are all rock stars in their profession.

Negative experience: Not the worse place to go as an adult or young adult. Fair prices, decent practice and a willingness to work with customers. Though would avoid this facility and it’s staff if you have younger children, they’re not equipped and more so seem very unwilling to work with smaller clientele. To the point where “overly aggressive” would be considered an understatement. Use to be a family friendly practice, yet no one that was there a couple of years ago has stayed and cannot say this was an improvement bye any means…

Fantastic experience: First time patient. Jennifer and Lisa helped me out today and found them very friendly and enjoyable. Jennifer took the time to explain everything and make sure i understand each step of the way. Had a really good experience. Plus their 3d imaging of the teeth and bite is really cool. Never saw that before. Neat! Looking forward to my next visit.
