Fantastic experience: This response is from Shari, although my husband Bill also is a long-time patient of Prescott Smile Care. I just had my regular dental cleaning with Maggie and then saw Dr. Bowman afterwards. In all the years of going to Prescott Smile Care, I have always received the caring treatment Dr. Bowman talks about in his video. He has always given me great feedback on how I am managing my home dental care, checks the condition of my mouth, takes the time to engage in some friendly conversation, ensures all my dental needs have been taken care of, and answers any questions I have. My hygienist, Maggie is a delightful person. She is always on time for my appointments, is friendly, checks on any changes in my overall medical status and confirms information in my chart, tracks when I am due for x-rays, and makes personal accommodations for me regarding my comfort and medical conditions. She is always gentle and thorough in cleaning my teeth. She actually checks three times to ensure all the plaque has been removed from my teeth - once after the scaling, then after the polishing, and then after the flossing. Then before I leave, she makes sure I have 3 future appointments for my regular dental cleaning and offers some free dental care supplies to ensure my home care helps me achieve good gum and tooth health, in partnership with what is done in the office. Can't say enough about all the folks at Prescott Smile Care. They are good people and consistently provide highly efficient dental care! I really appreciate them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. CB presented a congenial, authentic and friendly manner considering I was a new patient. Very knowledgeable with 30 years in the dental industry. Operation is efficient, clean and responsive to my overall assessment. I will require a procedure for a crown placement. I hope the tooth fairy will leave me a discount!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with Prescott Smile Care all around. I've had two hygienists, and both have been excellent. On the most recent visit (7/9/2026), Diana did a terrific job cleaning my teeth - an expert at her craft. This was just a 6-month cleaning, so no X-rays or visits from the dentist, but on my last visit Dr. Tori Bowman did an exam of my teeth and x-rays after the cleaning, and assured me all was well. (I have an implant, and a history of tooth resorption.) After several visits now, I'm still very glad I found Prescott Smile Care, Drs. Bowman (father and daughter), and their whole great staff, including the friendly front and back desk folks. Thanks PSC!

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown and expected to get a temporary and then schedule for the permanent a week or two later. However, they now can make the permanent crown, right there in their office the same day at a significant savings of both time and money.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Prescott Smile Care since I moved to Prescott 4 years ago and have never been disappointed! The doctors, hygienists and staff do excellent work and they all have wonderful personalities and obviously care for their patients! During my latest visit on April 13, 2026, Krista (spelling?) was my hygienist and she took amazing care of me. She put me at ease right away and was very gentle but thorough. And my doctor, Tori Bowman, has always done amazing work. I can't say enough about the office!

Fantastic experience: PSC is a very busy practice with a full parking lot and waiting room! The office personnel were friendly and professional upon check-in and check-out. My hygienist, Kelly, was very accommodating in making sure my sensitive teeth were comfortable during the cleaning. She was also encouraging and informative. I am used to each station being in a private room, so the background noise and conversations from the other stations was a little different for me, but not a deal breaker. Doc was welcoming and friendly as well. Overall good experience!

Fantastic experience: 10/2/25 WOW, today was my first visit to Prescott Dental Care and it was a terrific experience. The only downside to today's visit is that I should have switched dental care a long time ago-10 years ago when we move to Prescott would have been a great time to choose them!!! GRRRRR - My bad! (Smiling - my wife, Susan, has been going to Prescott Smile Care from just about our day #1 in Prescott and I should have listened to her regarding her extreme praise for everyone at Prescott Dental Care....hmmmm, I guess that's "2 BADS" for me!) Absolutely the best dental care experience I've had for many. many years. I saw Maggie, the dental hygienist for my initial treatment and then Doctor Curt Bowman as a follow-up. Maggie was terrific and Dr. Bowman was also terrific - both were very nice, caring, and informative. And, something dear to all of our hearts and "purse strings", the cost for today's visit which included multiple x-rays, cleaning, and info for improved dental care on my part was very reasonable. Fantastic experience: Went for my teeth cleaning. Front desk receptionist was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Hygienist showed interest in me and was efficient in her job. Dr. Bowman came in to do an inspection and gave me an ok. It is not easy to find good medical or dental offices in Prescott but Prescott Smile Care is a winner.

Fantastic experience: This last cleaning visit was only my second time to Prescott Smile. I was truly impressed by the friendliness of all the staff. My hygienist was MacKenzie and she was so pleasant and has such a gentle touch that I had a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I was in awhile back with a badly chipped front tooth. In just a few minutes, Dr. Bowman had reconstructed the tooth to look like new. It was charged as a filling. What a difference it made! Now he is working on an implant for me. Luckily, my bones are doing their part and we are right on schedule to have it done by Christmas.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a horrible fear of the dentist for most of my life on top of a strong gag reflex. I haven’t been to a dentist in probably 6 years and was having some pain in my jaw. So I put on my big girl pants and made the appointment. My very first interaction with the receptionist was amazing. She was so sweet and kind and didn’t rush me off the phone. She chatted with me about my fear and the options they have in standard X-rays wouldn’t work for me. Then came my appointment. Super friendly and patient staff AND doctor. Even talked about his fear of needles and how he had to get over that to be able to do Novocain shots on his patients. Very understanding and talked through every option and just all around amazing place. I think I’ll be fine going to the dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was having some fairly severe pain and they were able to get me in quickly. Stacy was very welcoming and understanding. Dr. Tori quickly and painlessly evaluated the situation and referred me to an endodontist, who was able to see me within a couple of hours for a root canal. Taylor, the receptionist was super friendly too. Honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I am so glad I chose Prescott Smile Care. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Bella did such a great job with my cleaning and also help to address the broken implant that I had damaged the night before when I chipped a piece off of it. She made certain to take an X-ray of the affected tooth and also a picture of it so that Dr Tori could see the problem clearly and quickly develop a treatment plan to fix the broken implant crown. They also made sure to help me get the most from my insurance coverage by making certain that the coding for the insurance was correct and help pay for as much of the procedure as possible. It is so great to work with people that love their work and want their patients to get the very best treatment possible. I highly recommend Prescott Smile Care as they really put the patient first.
