Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I started taking my oldest here five years ago after a fall had pushed his front in, from the start the Dr and staff went out of their way to accommodate my then speech delayed toddler. He's now seven and continues to do so well here. Today was my 3 year olds first visit and once again Dr Brown went above and beyond to make sure the experience went well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from beginning to end. Drove 14 hours from California to come to this specific office. Dr. Brown is professional, thorough, kind and great with kids. Both of my daughters needed work, one needed extensive work and he made sure she was comfortable and relaxed through the entire procedure all while keeping me updated on everything. Would highly recommend this office to anyone! Staff was amazing, super sweet, accommodating and professional.

Fantastic experience: 4 kids all in one appointment is always an adventure but I always leave SO GRATEFUL for everyone at the My Kid’s Dentist office. From check-in to checkout, they’re amazing with all of my kids and especially with one of my kiddos who used to be super hesitant about the dentist. We could barely get him in the door, x-rays lead to tears, and had so many sensory struggles. Dr. Brown has been so helpful with easing my son’s anxieties around the dentist and now my son walks in ANd out of the dentist office so happy and proud of himself. Dr. Brown and his team are also amazing with the high energy of all my kids in general. I never feel like I am being judged for having active kiddos here! We’ve been to multiple pediatric dentists and I can confidently say we LOVE our experiences and the team at My Kid’s Dentist. If you’re needing a pediatric dental office who treats you well from start to finish, is kind and willing to answer all your questions, and who remember you and your family, definitely come here!!! Fantastic experience: Amazing doctor Brown and receptionists are all kind understanding SO Sweet ☺️... Dr Brown is very patient and if you have any questions as a mom or the patient he has no problem explaining anything and will go at the patients speed if they have anxiety or anything like that very accommodating !!☺️☺️... They only have two locations I have Prescott and Prescott Valley so if you make an appointment at either or everyone from the office the receptionist and Dr Brown and the assistance all go to either the Prescott office or the Prescott Valley office ☺️!! No confusion or anything

When older kids have exams it is best for parents to wait in the lobby, but Dr. Brown is always so good to come out and talk about how the exam went and if there are any concerns. He is patient and answers all of my questions. We also love that his office has a fun, kid-friendly atmosphere and that he has a wonderful staff! We love coming to My Kids’ Dentist!

Fantastic experience: This was our son’s first time at the dentist and it could have been a scary experience, but it was the opposite! The dental assistant, Marisol, was very patient and friendly, as she showed him the different tools and apparatuses in the room. Dr. Brown was very friendly and calm in his demeanor. Fantastic experience: My children love coming to My Kids Dentist and get excited every time they have an appointment. They have lots of things to keep them entertained, speak to them at their level and are very efficient and kind. We have always had wonderful experiences there. In fact, my son loves to go there so much that he was talking about it every day for a week prior to our last appointment and counting down the days. They also try to get our children scheduled together for their cleanings, which is very helpful. Fantastic experience: My two year old saw Dr Brown and team this week and I’m not sure I can put into words how much we loved them . My two year old told everyone she saw for the rest of the day that she went to the “denis” and it was “mucho fun” . Taylor read her a book, let her play with the tools , hold the mirror and more for her cleaning . Dr Brown didn’t hurry me , answered all of my questions and I even learned some new things from him. I highly recommend them .

Fantastic experience: This is the place to take your kiddos for dental care. They do such a great job with reminders for the appointment, we arrived and were greeted right away, friendly staff clean waiting room, great fun toys and books for the kiddos. In the back, everyone was very friendly kind and competent. Everyone talked with both me and my daughter, the care was great. The dentist was knowledgeable, positive and kind. The price was reasonable too. My daughter loves going to my kid's dentist!

Fantastic experience: INCREDIBLE! I am very pleased with My Kids Dentist! I called on a Monday morning explaining I didn’t have insurance and needed to get my daughter in for an infected tooth as a new patient, they had no problem with that. They even gave me a base range for pricing so I was aware for not having insurance and the prices were actually very good considering other places I got quoted from. Most amazing thing was they had an opening for later that day and got us in. They sent me my forms via email so I could get that out of the way and not have to do it there. On arrival the receptionist was so very kind! The waiting room was very kid friendly. Go back to lay in a chair the dentist comes in and looks and talks to me the parent privately to go over the plan to not scare my daughter, once I gave the ok for the plan to remove to tooth they took me to the financing office to go over pricing which was great and they even gave me a discount which was incredible. I paid in full! They got my daughter in and under laughing gas and removed the tooth quickly and safely and my daughter felt nothing at all and they made a very nervous child a very comfortable child. Thank you!! Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic. Dr Kourtney took care of my daughter and she really cares and took time to listen to her pain. My daughter has anxiety about dentists and in the past at other dentists she experienced a lot of pain while getting work done and they would not listen to her or allow me to come back to comfort her. This was a different experience and I am so grateful they gave her space to let them know when something hurt or wasn’t right and they fixed it.

Fantastic experience: We recently switched to My Kids' Dentist for our three kids, and we’re so glad we did! Every time we go, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. They’ve been especially great with our special needs child, helping us tackle some dental issues that her previous dentist missed. They took the time to explain everything and came up with a solid plan for her care. Plus, they did an awesome job with my teenager, making sure she was comfortable and understood everything happening during her visit. Fantastic experience: I took my three children to their very first dentist appointment 07/10/24 and it was by far the best experience for not only my kids but for me! I had no idea what to expect and how the kids were going to act, but the staff was so professional and great with them. They knew how my kids were going to react before I ever knew and was so unbelievable patient. Not to mention the rock start himself Dr. Brown! So amazing with kids and having his staff distract my kids while we could talk and come up with a game plan was very helpful! I wish I could give 10 stars because that's what this place deserves.

Fantastic experience: We loved seeing the dentist today!! From the moment we walked in my son was excited to be there. The waiting room was fun for him with the toy cars and treehouse to play in. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they even checked my insurance and gave me any cost details upfront. Doctor Courtney and the assistant were kind and comforting to my nervous 1.5 year old. After the cleaning, he got a toy and was happy as could be. So grateful for such wonderful providers. Fantastic experience: So as a person who becomes overwhelmed quickly with my kids touching everything and exploring, especially in a medical setting where there are expensive tools… let me just say this dental practice has everything thought out from the esthetics of the building (best play area for kiddos without having all the screen time!) to the friendly smiles and knowledgeable team… my anxiety diminished after walking through their doors. They communicate every area from cost to procedure so there are no surprises. Dr. Brown and the team are so great with kiddos. Mine range from 10- 20 months. They see kiddos as young as one. Positive experience: We have been going to my kids dentist for 3 years now, we love it, the front office, technicians, hygienists and doctors are all wonderful kind caring staff. However, the office in Prescott had a weird, funky smell, almost to the point of where we were going to wait outside.

Fantastic experience: Today, my 4 year old daughter had a dental procedure with Dr. Brown. This was an outpatient procedure at YRMC East campus. Dr. Brown was very informative and had great, No amazing bedside manner! He Followed up on her later in the afternoon, to ensure that everything was going as expected! All around. Fantastic experience: Went from one of the worst kids' dentists (unnamed service provider in PV) to one of the BEST (YOURS)! Thank you so much for the amazing service you guys provide. I could tell from my experience here months ago, that you guys know how to handle all different types of kids. We have 4 young boys that went here and of course, going to the dentist isn't always the most exciting thing your child wants to do. But from the moment we walked in and saw this giant treehouse in the corner filled with books and toys, they knew they were going to have some fun. Fantastic experience: These people are PHENOMENAL. I had to reschedule three times due to different circumstances each time (the first time I scheduled it the wrong day, the next time the kids were sick, and the last time we were going through an insurance transition). They called this last time to confirm the appointment and I said that I wanted to ensure they were covered by AHCCCS first, and I'd call back. The wonderful lady I spoke with went out of her way to check my insurance and found it was the only insurance option under AHCCCS that they don't accept. She let me know how much it would be for each of them and even offered a 20% new customer discount, but I unfortunately had to cancel the appointment. She went even further above and beyond by letting me know what their insurance option was called and referring me to other dentists in the area that accept it. I'll be first to say that I was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of needing to reschedule several times and ultimately needing to cancel... but the staff at My Kids' Dentist went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide me all of the help I needed. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to help and if my kids ever change insurance, I know where I'm taking them!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. Brown and his staff! We have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen, everyone is kind, and they are always very professional. My son has Down Syndrome and deals with major oral sensory issues. He doesn’t like people to touch his mouth at all. Today, as with every time we visit, Dr. Brown was so patient even while my son was yelling and trying to get out of the chair. Dr. Brown calmly talked to him and asked him questions and made him laugh. Whenever Dr. Brown does this eventually my son calms down and Dr. Brown is able care for my son. My daughters love him as well and his assistants and always enjoy coming. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown, he is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown looks out for what is in the best interest of our girls. He always give us our options and suggest the best treatment but never makes us feel forced to make a decision, one way or another. He lets us decide what is best and then supports us. Our youngest has had extensive treatments and was scared and not reacting like any of us expected. Dr. Brown stopped immediately and we reschedule and came back later with a new plan. He would rather take care of our daughter than get the work done or make money. That is not what it about! In the end the dental work was completed and our daughter still loves going back to see Dr. Brown! Thank you Dr. Brown for you patience and kindness!
