Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Kelly are all wonderful, with a professional and friendly atmosphere. I’m so appreciative of their patience and kindness with all of us, especially with my children. My 9 year old daughter required some baby teeth pulled and had a lot of reservations. Dr. Kelly sat down with her and answered all of her questions and gave her all of her options. During the procedure, he continued to reassure her and help her understand the process. Additionally, hygienists were there to hold her hands with me and rub her legs in reassurance. In the end she was telling him how glad she was that he was her dentist and thanking everyone for boosting her confidence. A really tough situation ended very well thanks to a lot of caring and reassurance.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of the dental experience. It has been over 10 years since I’ve had a cleaning or any dental visit of any kind. Now, wanting to set a better example for my kids, I went to see Dr. Henricks. While I still Dislike the experience very much, Dr. Henricks and his team did everything they could to lower my anxiety, address my needs and concerns, and accommodate my low pain tolerance. We were able to formulate a viable and comfortable plan to move forward with the dentist work I need. From the kind words at the front desk to the jokes and gentle techniques by both the hygienist and Dr., the overall experience is one I would recommend to everyone. Please don’t be afraid, and even if you are, go see them! Your health is worth it. And they will take care of you!

I googled the best smile in the entire world and it says Anahita Hashemzadeh, an adorable little girl from Iran has the best smile in the world. I am a little torn on who to believe...A trained Dentist? Or google?

Fantastic experience: I felt my safety and the safety of others were a top priority of the clinic. My cleaning was very thorough and she recommended an x-ray which wasn’t scheduled that showed a crack in a capped tooth. Dr. Kelley confirmed and said the tooth needed to be removed. He offered to do it right then! In about ten minutes it was gone. I didn’t have to make another appointment! There was no pain. He does an excellent job at that too! So I think five stars were earned!

Fantastic experience: I like this dentist office, the help and especially Dr Henrichs. Dr Henrichs is gentle and not rough. I've been here before and will continue as long as I can. I've been to other dentists before coming to this office and the dentists were rough. Not Dr Henrichs, he is gentle would recommend this dentist office to anyone that needs to see a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kelly Henrichs for 30+ years. He put four bright and straight smiles on myself, wife and two kids. He is fair on price and many years ago extracted my wisdom teeth far cheaper than anyone else because he knew I did not have insurance. Kelly and his staff are professional and all around good people.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Henrichs and his staff are some of the best! When we became patients of his we were treated very well. Our son was told by another dentist that he needed major dental work. Dr. Henrichs told us he wouldn’t do anything to him that he wouldn’t do to his own child. Our son didn’t need most of the work at all. He treats patients with respect and honesty!

Fantastic experience: Dr Henrichs and staff are always friendly and accomodating. I have been going to that office as long as it’s been open. I started seeing Dr Cohoon in 1979, and after his passing continued with his associate, Dr Henrichs. Not a fan of going to the dentist, but they take great care of me!

I also was impressed with the level of cleanliness, sanitation and protective gear that was worn. Hygienist was friendly, thorough and explained her procedures and how I could expand my at home dental cleaning practices. It's just a well run friendly dental practice!

I tried another dentist when I moved out of this area. They wanted to do tons of work after I had just seen Dr. Henrichs 3 months prior. I asked Dr. H for his opinion. I did not need anything filled or worked on. I will be coming back to Dr. Henrichs from now on from 6 hours away.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE. Tammy and Debbie of the office staff are incredibly rude.Debbie will tell you you are being disrespectful as you try to explain your situation. The dentist is a misogynist "good ole boy" who slaps his staff on the ass and hollers for them to bring him things. He did not bother to introduce himself before attempting to work on my mouth. That could be overlooked if the office staff weren't completely rude and unprofessional. They, too, will yell at patients and God help you if you need to make financial arrangements. I can't stress it enough - UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. Save yourself the heartache, aggravation and being treated like you just crawled out from under a rock. Find another dentist.
