Fantastic experience: I recently went to Dodge City Dental for regular teeth cleaning and recheck on recent root canal, done in Wichita. My dental assistant was so very sweet and gentle during my teeth cleaning. She was very thorough and referred Dr. Dowling to do further testing. Dr Dowling is the greatest! What a gentle and understanding dentist.

Fantastic experience: It takes a lot for me to be comfortable with a new dentist. The dentist and staff talked to me about different options in my care plan and truly listened to me without judgement. Thank you so much for making my first visit in years a great and comfortable one.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with this clinic for years and have always receive professional & complete care. This visit was to resolve pain from an infected damaged tooth. Dr. Dowling & Dr. Williams & the entire staff worked together to make sure I was treated promptly to relieve my pain. The reception staff and the assistants are just as caring & responsive. I definitely recommend this clinic for dental care.

Fantastic experience: My husband had the appointment. We were thinking he needed dentures because of all the work his previous dentist had said he needed. Dr Dowling said he didn't need that much done. Even a dentist in Wichita wanted him to get dentures. We felt so much better after leaving their office.

Fantastic experience: Dodge City Dental Care is a great place to receive dental care. I have had extensive dental work done by a few of their dentists and have been seen by many hygienists. They are all wonderful and care about the oral health of our family. I like and appreciate each of them. Dr. Dowling is PHENOMENAL! My children are lucky to have her as their dentist!

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned. They feel clean. It was fairly comfortable and kept the excess sucked up. I didn’t have to wait a long time.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Dr. Walters was in March 2003. I had to get a root canal done. I was pretty nervous and did not know what to expect. Dr. Walters did a great job and I have been with him ever since. The hygienists do a great job as well. I can vouch that Dodge City Dental Care has a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: You can have a infection and in excruciating pain and they dont care

As a mom with littles, they let me schedule everyone together to benefit my family and prevent multiple trips in for cleanings. They are very upfront with scheduling and pricing. I'm very thankful I choose them for my dental home.

Her numbing technique is superior and she's honestly the best dentist I've had in regards to her technique. She also gave great advice for my future smile and gave me something to look forward too. Fantastic experience: Warm, friendly service. I had been avoiding the dentist for a couple of years and these guys put me right at ease. They always do such an amazing job!

Negative experience: My appointment was for 9:00AM. I arrived at 8:30AM as I was a new patient. At check in I handed requested documents ; filled in paperwork and was done by 8:45AM. I didn’t get called until 9:15AM. Meanwhile any and all who came in after I did were called to the back. It took 30 minutes for X-rays, meeting with Dr and dental hygienist. Last October I saw a different dentist who found 1 cavity and needed a basic cleaning. The dentist at this facility didn’t find a cavity ( I hadn’t had the one found last October filled nor lost any teeth)!so how come I don’t have a cavity now. This hygienist says I need to have heavy clean. Come in every 4 months for a year, then every 6 months after that. Upon leaving the person at the desk stated that someone would have to call my insurance to see if they would pay for the heavy cleaning and then someone would call me. So far no call. The front desk people are not very professional and/or don’t know much of what is going on. So I’m definitely not a satisfied first time client. Maybe if you are of Hispanic heritage you will be treated with more respect?

I’ve got some anxiety when it comes to work being done on my teeth, Dr. Dowling has down an amazing job at keeping things running smooth and as pain free as possible. She does outstanding work and keeps things entertaining with jokes and answering any questions you may have.

Negative experience: After 16 years , we will not be going back. They forgot to send antibiotics prescription to pharmacy after wisdom extraction . On a Friday may I add... they said for some reason it didn't go threw but the medication is there now. Three days later. I had to call my personal doctor for some kind of antibiotics.
