Fantastic experience: We love the staff at Children’s Dental. Dr. Black especially has worked super well with our family and our autistic son. He helped create a quiet environment for him to be able to sit through a dental exam. It worked so well even years later we still use it!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown that came off and needed it put back in. I called several dental offices on the island and all of them of course wanted to make me jump through hoops and had a list of things that I had to pay for before even seeing me. Glenn Family Clinic took me in as a new patient, which was a super simple process, paperwork was sent to me via text link. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of services that I didn't need. They just wanted to address my issue. The staff there and everyone that I dealt with from the initial phone call to the appointment was absolutely amazing. People at this clinic truly care about their patients and take pride in their jobs. I was actually blown away at how well they communicate and explain everything that is happening and going to happen. They were compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to meet. Dr. Garcia is an amazing dentist. He takes pride in his craft and is very good at communicating and explaining everything. Teresa was also amazing and very compassionate and made the experience as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. I can't say enough at how impressed I am with how wonderful a clinic this is. I definitely found my new dentist! And I didn't get her name, but whoever took my call and helped me book my appointment, thank you for being so responsive and actually following up, quite impressive.

Negative experience: Mr.Glenn retired and gave the dental business to a new upcoming dentist. Although they kept the name with the existing clientele base and the practice is definitely not the same. We got a written 10k grant from St.Vincint with the new dentist promising execution of that plan., a plan that everything was covered. They extracted our teeth. (My wifes and i)and re nigged on finishing our teeth sighting money from a 10 thousand dollar grant from St. VINCINT that they said was exhausted. They charged 10 thousand to extract our teeth. Seems like a rip off to me. We now are faced with living with no teeth. They also took impressions of all of our teeth and even charged ST.vincent for the flipper that was sent to the dental office. They actually have it and refused to give it us. My wife cannot chew her food properly and now has digestive issues creating unhealthy physical conditions. Mr.Glenn would of never done anything like this to his clients which he considered family. I cannot recommend anyone to Glenn family dental. This happened a year ago. Do not do business with Glenn Family dentist. The receptionist told us today that now they only do extractions. They don't even clean teeth anymore. If I could afford an attorney and sew them I would. They are liars and cheats. An investigation should be conducted on Glenn Family's best pratices.

Negative experience: While Dr. Garcia and Dr. Glenn are both great, whoever answers their phone is rude. My husband and I have both experienced this multiple times over the last six months. I used to recommend everyone to this office but I have stopped due to rude customer service.

Dr. Glenn has semi retired (well deserved) and the new Dentist (I think his name is Garcia), so far is very personable and has good marks from other patients..I will report back after tomorrow..I have a filling in my canine..woof woof..tomorrow..BTW Garcia likes the same banter as Dr Glenn..update...filling a success..great job Doc

Fantastic experience: As a new patient it was $150. But I got two X-Rays and a diagnosis turns out that I'm going to need to have the tooth pulled and have a crown or a post and have something done to the tooth next door. Do you have that done I think you said it would be about $6,000. Since I'm in no pain but he said I had an infection I got a prescription for the pain medicine which was an antibiotic of some kind but I only got I think two days of it I'm not sure I have to look at it. I asked for written prescriptions because sometimes I travel around and I may need it. I also asked for printed out copies of my two X-Rays. They gave me both the prescriptions in writing and the copies of my x-rays. They were able to get me in right away cuz this happened last Friday and today is a Monday. I was happy with their services and thought they were good.

They have taken care of multiple generations of my family! Extra kudos to Brittany who makes a teeth cleaning like a spa experience for me! She is attentive to comfort measures (positioning, neck pillow and eye protection) and proficient with the tools of her trade in hydro (high water stream) teeth cleaning and water suction (no gagging)... My teeth and gums feel ssooo good afterwards! Highly recommended this dental care team!
