Negative experience: Just horrible! From front desk to Doctor Walked out of the appointments with not one thing being done to my kids. Front desk lady needs some customer service classes…It doesn’t take much to be nice to someone.

Negative experience: I made an appointment but realized I had to cancel it. The person at the front desk was very rude. Said that they don’t do appointments at that time and hung up the phone.

Negative experience: When I walked into the office at 12:40 for a 12:45 appointment, the front desk employee advised me that they were still at lunch. She didn’t say hello or anything. It’s obvious that the office caters to kids, but you wouldn’t know that by the music selection. There were explicit lyrics in the majority of the songs. As I waited, an inmate in handcuffs was brought into the office to be serviced, which was fine, but it caught me off guard. I waited 42 minutes to be called back for my appointment. The room was not clean and there was hair on the seat and hanging from the back of the seat. The doctor was nice, but my cleaning was not thorough. I was not going to leave a review because my experience was not good, but I kept getting text messages requesting a review, so here we are.

Negative experience: I stopped going there due to the receptionists, michelle, I was running in the front.Has a really bad attitude tends to blame the customers. She's not only done it to me, but i've heard her talk on the phone to customers like she's the owner. Mr. Fleshman, I sure hope you read this and call me, so I can tell you what's really going on. This woman should have been gone years ago. That's the only reason we have not returned. You and your mother are awesome Dentist ,kind and honest. I've tried to make another appointment, hoping that she was gone. And she wants to bring up a last talk confrontation, we had over the phone in 2021 And caused me to hang up and go somewhere else again. This person is costing you a lot of business. I have tried leaving messages and even a email but couldn't find one directly to you,so you to a call or email me back so I can tell you what she is doing but she is playing gate keeper.

Negative experience: There is no dentist that can take my handicapped disabled son because they told me that they don't have anesthesia!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I made a appointment and after showing up to the dentist office the lady at the front desk was telling me that Medicaid only pays $500 per calender year we cant help you. She continues im sorry medacaid wont pay us so we cant see you today. She didnt even ask what was going on or try to help to get a pre-authorization sent in to the insurance. Its done now because the other dental office I went to faught for me and sent in a pre-authorization for me. This place is basic & unknowable. This dental office wont fight for you to get you the help you urgently need. Go elsewhere if you need a pre-authorization for necessary dental work . Medicaid approved my case because it was medically necessary. Thanks for refusing to help me in any way. Read their reviews..... if I were you, I would choose another dental office indeed.

Fantastic experience: Ok went to Brident Dennis Son orthopedic because I had an abscess tooth. Everybody in the office was very nice and polite and they worked very well together. Positive experience: The tech was so nice and I was very impressed with the Doctor. However, I feel I should have been told that I needed a medical clearance, due to my health problems. This information was shared to the clinic days before I went there. I was to have a 1:00 appointment and was not seen until almost 2:45. The form for clearance could either been faxed/e-mailed to me or given to me when I got there. I was told that so many people had came in, but I had an appointment and should not have had to wait that long before being told that I needed the clearance. I am going back in on 06/16 at 1:30 and don’t want to wait forever for the appointment. Again I love the Drs. Professionalism. I will return because of her.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 9 sat over an hour then asked receptionist if we had our appt mixed up and was told that we were still 3 people behind . Children coming out screaming , no bedside manner or compassion to the children. Receptionist was great but said herself that it was a constant issue and complaints and she agreed that she wouldn’t stand for it either . I’m sure we will get the customary reply they give to all reviews . Go elsewhere !!!

Negative experience: If I could out 0 stars I would. Don’t recommend this office at all. Wait time to be seen is about an 1hr+. Front desk (Nancy) & her team does not communicate that with the patients so it’s just horrible. Save yourself time and money!

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience as a first time customer. I went in for my first appointment still not sure on what I would be paying for because I have a multiple issues and I wanted to take care of the biggest ones first so I asked to speak with the dentist before I paid. I asked a few questions and she just seemed really annoyed you can tell by the tone of voice and facial expressions. I shook it off and said okay well ill do this and that I go to pay and paid. I'm told I was skipped over and my appointment was pushed back because they weren't sure I was going to pay. Which I took it offensively because I already said I would pay if anything a cleaning to both the receptionist and the doctor. So I don't know where the confusion comes from I took it as racially profiling because I am a black woman at the end of the day. But I brushed it off again. Now I got there at 9 its now 11 and I still have not been seen no one has told me anything so I ask nicely how long will the wait be. The assistant looked at me and walked to the front didnt say a word the the receptionist comes and tells me that she told me I had to wait for the next patient again I say I understand but how long is it gonna take cause I had other plans that day she goes and talks to the doctor comes back and tells me im next after the next customer so at this point not 1 but multiple people have been seen before me and I'm being asked to reschedule I said well nevermind just give me my refund please. The receptionist was upset I'm not sure why because look... how yall just treated a new customer. Why would I want to pay my hard working money to a company that doesn't show or act like they care for my service. I was given a run around about the refund til I ultimately had to return to the store for proof of the refund being processed and im met with a attitude and told " I dont know why your so frustrated" by the receptionist. Again at this point I just wanted proof of my money being returned which they refused to send me any confirmation the manger as well. I told them I need something she takes a picture of a email instead of her just simply sending one. This was alot of unnecessary confusion and horrible customer service. That's why I was frustrated. If your having a new client time should be put aside in the scheduled visit to explain what's being done and the cost of it all with out a attitude I should have felt like you all had my best interest I was not so I rather spend my money else where. That was all.

Negative experience: Was just pushed through and they didn’t lessen to anything I had to say. I waited for over and hour to get seen then they pulled 2 teeth and left my stitches long so they are always poking me on the tongue. I told them I wanted a certain medication because I don’t want to be in pain and they just gave me Ibuprofen. And there’s still parts of my tooth that they missed

Negative experience: I chose this location due to convenience and pricing. From the beginning the ortho service has been good but communication with front office, appointment scheduling, and customer service are areas the facility lacks. Communication from experience, my appointment has been rescheduled twice without my knowledge meaning it’s been months since I’ve been seen; when I asked question about the scheduling they stated “we’ve called you to reschedule you must have our number must be blocked?” Indicating they did not speak to anyone to actual reschedule the appointment. Also the number is not blocked from verification in my phone ultimately the call was never made. The front office manager is very rude when speaking to her I was making eye contact to express my concerns, she started typing on the computer and completely disregarded the conversation. I’ve asked about switching to a different location etc but I’ve already paid for all services. I really would consider doing research before choosing this particular location.

Negative experience: They rescheduled us about a month ago. Got here before 9am and sat in the WAITING ROOM FOR OVER 6 HOURS and I asked once when we go back? She was quick to say "other patients have cavity sorry for your wait throwing her hands up" It's a constant issue here. That or not even making you aware they haven't checked with insurance to see if we need money. Which has been a previous issue twice. The doctor has half an attitude if you even ask a question. This place screams practicing overtreatment and transactional relationships with their patients. It gives parents like myself a bad feeling at the door. I get we have limited options as Medicare members but, save yourself the headache and just go further away. Call the BBB please. As much money as this place is making you would think they could at least windex or disinfect the front door or bathroom but, no. I don't know who runs this place but, they got the game all the backwards. No consideration whatsoever people like that shouldn't be allowed to run even this nightmare of a practice. PS. Do not respond with we can't publicly answer you. You don't have intentions of fixing yall bs any time soon. Do better. Edit: it's 1:30 and we're still here. I've also watched them bring about 6 other kids out in a wheelchair and the nurse has hit every corner or wall on the way out the door. These kids come out with a swollen face and freezepop. To then watch her mock a shivering whimpering child when she came back inside to the other nurse. Edit: You'll see as soon as you walk in they have a 12" TV and the Disney waiting room music is turned up so you can't hear the children in the back screaming.

Negative experience: My son has had two appointments so far and each one was a disappointment. First visit we arrived at the appointment time only to be told that they tried to call me (it's 2026, everyone has access to see if they missed a call. No missedcalls!) to tell me to come in an hour later, because they were closing for lunch. Came back an hour later to wait for more than an hour just for x-rays. The second appointment, we arrived on time. After waiting for almost an hour he was called back to wait almost another hour. They told me that they had a water leak and that they needed to reschedule the appointment. No one else in the waiting area was leaving. I feel that the woman that I spoke to at the reception desk on the first appointment lied about trying to call. At the second appointment, I was called and told that I needed to reschedule the appointment. I was in the waiting area. The woman that I spoke to at the first appointment was nowhere to be seen. The woman on the phone sounded like the woman from the first time. She talked down to me and kept repeating that it was only for fillings not major surgery when I was explaining that my son had school, couldn't miss school and that it would be better on a day that he doesn't. I told them on the first appointment that he had been to the dentist twice in his life. He doesn't like to be touched. He is 20 yrs old and has anxiety issues. I shouldn't have to explain this in a waiting room full of people when they could have just opened up the door to the room and asked me back. Huge disappointment with this office!

Positive experience: They’re good with my kids (which helps with the stars) but today I got water shot up my nose and all over my face during my appointment as well as having the nozzles down my throat. Worst cleaning I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: 2 weeks after a complaint to customer service twice by phone and once by email and an email to the corporate office we have yet to receive a phone call or even a simple email of acknowledgement. I know they received the email because the staff stated that I reported them to corporate. Their customer service is literally trash from the office location to corporate. If they will treat a 90 year old patient with someone to advocate for them like this, it makes me afraid to think of how the less fortunate of customers are treated by Brident dental and its staff. They are quick to run the insurance and ask for out of pocket expenses which for the product we received is not even mediocre. Very poor product that is cheaply made but the cost was an abomination. The 1st set of dentures were never correct and had the appearance of being huge, then had to start using glue to keep them in which if they were of quality and correctly made the suction would have been enough. After being promised to have the dentures to the patient in 3-4 weeks, it was more like 3-4 months. But the dentures were paid in full within the 3 weeks. The remakes were just as bad if not worse. The biggest problem came when the bottom dentures broke in half. We took them to the office and before we could even say what happened, the front desk lady says your warranty is expired. I proceeded to ask how long was the warranty and she stated 1 year. Well it just so happens it hasn't been a year. Her response now is, its not covered under warranty. Well why tell me the warranty is up?? She gets extremely defensive and after her attitude and the office manager upholding her behavior and exhibiting the same behavior, I requested the information for the person they report to and the response was google it. The office manager then gave me a number for customer service and they both began speaking Spanish and left the front area unattended. The front office staff was rude and incompetent, the dentist was rude and did not listen to understand her patient. Brident has been the biggest disappointment and they have not stood behind their product. Save yourself the headache and go to a top tier office. People work very hard for their money and to be duped by Brident dental is utter disappointment.

Negative experience: If there was a ranking for the Texas City office it would be less than 1 star. It has been over a year and more than $4000 and the dentures are still not correct. The office staff is rude and when asked who the manager was we were lied to by the staff saying they did not know and did not have manager. If your insurance will pay to go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.
