Fantastic experience: It's my 1st visit to this dental office, every one was nice and polite; my hygienist was gentle, talked me through the entire process and the dentist was super nice as well

Fantastic experience: The Dentist and the Dental assistant were so professional and yet so personal. I can't believe I would state that I enjoyed getting a old crown removed,BUT they both were so engaging and so full of personality plus. They went into explaning every detail they were doing and I could tell they love their profession. The assistant even promissed me he would work late to accomdate my schedule.

Fantastic experience: I have high anxiety at the dentist....think wanting to run away. When my retired, I was concerned to say the least. My first new dentist visit was for an extended procedure, making it worse. But they were great! They both wirked with me to control it. Ive now had two proceedure bisits and I'm doing ok and that's saying alot!!

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Martell, I am so glad she did. From the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Martell and his assistant each one was amazing and explained everything. I went back for a cleaning 2 days later and Selah cleaned my teeth, she too was amazing and did a wonderful job, probably the best cleaning I have ever had on my teeth. Selah was easy to talk to and such a sweet person. If I could give Dr. Martell, Selah and all the other staff at this office more stars I would. I highly recommend 590 Dental. If you don’t have a dentist or are not happy with yours, definitely give this office a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you 590 Dental.

Fantastic experience: I made the mistake of not going to the dentist for a long time. Doctor A did a great job of fixing me all up and now Cindy is my hygienist who keeps me honest. She's a blast to be around and she gently encourages me to floss more do all the things I know I should. I enjoy going to Dentist. Who does that?

Dr A took extra time to explain my options and create a good plan for treatment. They made time I know they did not easily have to complete my initial work immediately! Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at 590 Dental and had the best experience. Michele was so kind over the phone and helped me get scheduled and helped me with my insurance. She’s seriously the best. When I went back for my appointment Katie was so patient with me and simply the amazing. Dr. A was quick and efficient and eased my fears of the dentist. Cannot say enough great things about them! Cannot wait to go back! (Never thought I would ever say that )

Negative experience: I called and clearly requested a teeth cleaning appointment and they accepted my request. In fact they told me that teeth cleaning only appointments have a 6 month waiting period which I was okay with. After sitting in the dentist chair and asked questions that were very personal and were more in line with questions that would be asked in a doctors office and not a dentist office I was told that I needed X-rays . I politely declined the X-rays and reminded the dentist on duty that I specifically made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and not a full exam . I let him know that I was not told that they would require X-rays in order to do a teeth cleaning which is what I requested. Again I politely declined the request for X-rays since I was uncomfortable getting any for health reasons. I was then told that I was being refused my teeth cleaning service because I would not concede to their request to do X-rays. I let them know that I made time in my busy schedule to come to this appointment for the teeth cleaning and unfortunately this fell on deaf ears and was told that regardless of their miscommunication in regards to not informing me ahead of time about their supposed policy of insisting on X-rays they would not honor my teeth cleaning appointment. I was never offered a waiver to sign. I was simply told if I refuse the X-rays then they are not interested in my business. I left disappointed in their unprofessional behavior/approach .

After switching to an electric toothbrush (per their recommendation) and having a deep clean, my teeth and gum health have improved immensely! No more thick tartar buildup!

Fantastic experience: I went to 590 Dental as a new patient on 9/23/25. First of all, the front desk staff was very welcoming. Then Lily, the dental assistant who took the x-rays, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained each step. It was determined that a tooth needed to be extracted. I returned in 2 days and Dr. Adel Rahman performed the procedure. Never in my life have I had such a stress free dental experience. It was done quickly, with little to no pain. I left the office smiling, and for the first time ever, I actually hugged the dentist! I highly recommend 590 Dental Group. Two thumbs up! Give stars!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at 590 Dental for over 20 years, Dr. Martell was the dentist at the time. In the last few years my dentist there is Adel Rahman (Dr. A). This guy is incredible! He does great work, explains things thoroughly, and makes a "chicken" like me feel safe and heard.

Fantastic experience: This was a lifesaver! I called during the weekend about a tooth that had broken during a meal WHILE I WAS IN ANOTHER STATE. I was frantic about what I should do, and the Dentist called me shortly after and explained that he woudl see me first thing Monday morning when I was back in town. He did the work and put a temporary crown on it to get the new crown ordered so he can install if when it gets here. I am SO grateful for his help and for his professionalism!!!

Fantastic experience: Their work is second to none. Got me in last second and had to pull a difficult tooth and got the job done. They could have given up and sent me to oral surgery but they keep working till they had it removed. Would recommend them 10/10 times!

Fantastic experience: I got three fillings in one afternoon. Dr. Adel was very kind, gentle, and understanding as well as knowledgeable. They gave me enough shots so that I felt almost no pain. And made sure to numb my gums before the shots! (I had a dentist neglect that in the past! It’s very important!!) They are coaxing me back into the dental world. I think he did a great job and the assistants/ hygienists are good too. Thank you. I had to shake his hand. The fillings were not simple and small, they were pretty extensive. Also they let me listen to music on my headphones to calm myself. Going back next week for two more.

Fantastic experience: Would HIGHLY recommended. We love Dr.A- he is extremely efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to all things dental. We’ve had several experiences now where he pays attention to detail and never provides too much intervention if it’s not totally necessary (unlike some other places we’ve experienced). We bring our 4 young children here and the staff is excellent with kids and all of their needs! The front desk staff is friendly and super accommodating! Overall, great dentist!

Fantastic experience: Appointment at 11:00 for tooth extraction. Professional friendly service, I was in my truck on my way home 11:27 with a tooth in my pocket (for the tooth fairy). Minimal pain experienced during and after the procedure. Highly recommended!
