I have had other dentists that did not care and keep working but here they stopped and numbed me up when I needed it. I feel welcomed when I walk in and am greeted by the front desk. I feel welcomed when I sit in the operating chair. I no longer have a fear of dentists after going here. And will be honest in her assessments and the treatment plans. Also buy the membership. It’s worth it.

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible at keeping their schedule. I had an appointment at 2pm. Showed up with plenty of time. At 215 I went to the desk and ask what was going on because I had another appointment at 4 in Green Bay. It was gonna be another 10-15 minutes before I would have been seen. Unacceptable. There are appointments for a reason. On my last appointment I was told that my dentist was leaving Two Rivers Family Dental. I asked why and her response was, "This facility is more about money than patient's. We have morals." Those people quit there. I will never give the a dime. I took off work for this appointment. I was screwed over by them and that is unacceptable. Never again.

Fantastic experience: I'll start with Tracy, my hygienist... because she has made me feel comfortable and confident in the practice for the past 2 years Dental work is not on my list of favorite things to do. Knowing that I needed an old crown replaced for over a year has been a bit of mental torture and I've delayed it as long as possible. Have I told you that dental work is not on my list of favorite things to do? Megan and Dr Jamie were fantastic today. I am so thankful for their patience and explanation of each step along the way... If I can do this... You can! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is super nice and clean. I have alot of anxiety related issues with personal life and dentists (previous one) and was scared to come back but Dr. James and the assistants do a great of job of helping me keep calm. I have been here 4 times so far and every visit has been comfortable. Dr. James does a great job of explaining what he's currently doing. He's good at taking his time to make sure everything is ready to go (local anesthesia wise). I've met Dr. Meunier once and she seems nice and caring aswell. I'd recommend dental care here.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing a dental emergency in the middle of the night, I called Two Rivers Family Dental in the morning and they got me in that morning to see Dr Jamie Meunier. Dr Meunier and her assistant were outstanding in the care that I was given. Awesome communication and great compassion and effort to assure my experience would be pain free. After bouncing around to different dentists throughout my life, and having not so good experiences, I found a place I feel I can settle in for a while. Very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I usually struggle with extreme anxiety at the dentist. Here, everything was thoroughly explained and I was relaxed the whole time! I had a be patient exam and x-rays, and they even squeezed me in for a cleaning, even though I didn’t have an appointment for one! Extra points for Heidi, who did the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: First Impression: Great! I had some slight discomfort with one tooth, so I stopped by to ask when the next possible appointment was. Because of the discomfort, Jess asked the doctor if he could squeeze me in to at least find out what is going on. They did and I am very grateful. My first impression is that they are very considerate and professional Costs/rates seem reasonable to me. For that reason, I already booked a standard new patient visit. Based on my first impression today, I would recommend giving them a try if you need dental services.

Fantastic experience: My cleaning was excellent, exam very good. However, the medical form was extreme and not necessary for dental work unless there would be surgery. Even if you asked if you had lung disease, there is no reason, in my humble opinion, to ask to name it or any other illness. I talked to another person who was just at a dentist and no form. Sorry my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentists here! I had a dental emergency and they made time to see me right away, even though I had never been a patient before. They made sure I was comfortable and ensured the procedure was completely pain free. They adjusted the price afterward to a cheaper rate because the issue turned out to be easier than anticipated and didn’t require dental surgery. Their prices were also more affordable than my previous dentist's. They were kind, nonjudgmental, and genuinely caring. I’ll definitely be transferring all my dental care here. If you're the type that's nervous or fear dental work, definitely check these guys out, you'll be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had an infected tooth. They took me as a new patient and got me in the next day. They scheduled it as a regular visit to get the ball rolling but the dentist told me she had time to extract the tooth if I wanted so that was great for me. The entire team was very friendly as well as helpful and I would recommend anyone to go there.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Two Rivers Family Dental and Dr. James and his assistant Missy did a great job of matching the fillings on the 2 lower front teeth. I was pleased with his sculpting , that you can’t tell the teeth have such large filling in the big chips. He took time to answer my questions and listened to my requests , not wanting to spend thousands on crowns on a 85 year old mouth. Highly recommend Two Rivers Family Dental.
