Fantastic experience: I switched Dentists to Dr. Ferguson. My first visit went great. I really like how the Dr. explained why my crown kept falling off and explained how I could benefit from a mouth guard that also helps with sleep apnea.

Fantastic experience: Staff was amazing, the receptionists were very nice and friendly (Wendy & Cheryl). The dentists Mr. Brettschneider was awesome. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about when it comes your teeth. On top of that very kind and curtious. His assistant Jenna was very knowledgeable and super nice as well. The hygienists Tanya was sweet, funny and kind all in one. They have a well oiled office and recommend anybody who needs a new dentists or just a dentists in general to go here.

From the time you walk into the front door until the time you leave you are treated with nothing but respect and kindness. The Dentists are wonderful, knowledgeable and very compassionate. They explain in detail everything that needs to be done and will answer all your questions. You truly feel like family! The office staff is beyond kind and courteous! I give this office the highest of recommendation!

Negative experience: The office staff are the rudest most condescending people I have ever had an encounter with. The new dentist that has taken over doesn't even do basic dental work and has to send out referrals for everything, and then they book appointments without your knowledge. Why would a filling be booked as a crown? Shouldn't you have the patients consent before pre authorization for insurance? I'm not a lawyer but I do believe this is insurance fraud. It's a shame that this is what the office is turned into with Dr Ferguson not even practicing. I also feel sorry for Wendy having to work in this toxic environment. I would pull out my own tooth before ever stepping foot in that office ever again.

Positive experience: Love getting my teeth clean. But this time the water pic didn't work. So had manual scrapping only and no water flossing that helps get a deeper clean. Hope it's fixed for my next visit!

Negative experience: They have “emergency services available” when you google them. There is really nothing available. My mom called because she was in excruciating pain and they offered her an appointment two months in the future and said there was nothing else they could do. So, their emergency services available isn’t actually a thing.

Everyone there is delightful to work with. My mother has alzheimers and I do not live with her, which could pose issues with appts. Everyone in this office works willingly w patients and patients families as a team to get needs met. My mother loves her dentist, but the staff OTHER MEDICAL OFFICES NEED TO BE TRAINED BY THESE PPL.
